13/10/2025: I've seen three negative reviews of this place that were posted with malicious intent, and I'm here to refute them. I was fortunately present at the time of the incident, and I consider it malicious intent to damage the reputation of a great bar with impressive human qualities. A guy went to the bathroom and upon exiting, grabbed a water from the fridge and went to what one of the bar owners who was near the bathroom said to him, "Excuse me, have you paid for the water?" The guy replied, "Yes." The owner asked the cashier to confirm that he did pay, and the owner told the guy, "Excuse me, thank you." However, I see in the comments that the protagonist of the events and his friends are exaggerating in a malicious way, claiming it was racism because of the guy's skin color, which was not the case. I was near one of the owners, and from his position, there is a column next to the register, so he was unable to see when the guy first went to the register and paid for the water. Of course it was a confusion that has nothing to do with racism but with being attentive to your business because more than one person (regardless of their skin color) has taken a product without paying, alleging racism is disproportionate and even more so calling for the closure of the business for a minor incident, I understand that the guy felt attacked but if he were an empathetic and conscious person he would understand. I consider the H369 bar my favorite bar in Jesolo where the first thing they strive for is to have excellent attention and service, they always have a smile, and their cocktails are undoubtedly the best in Jesolo.

31/08/2025: I go into the bar and buy a water. The owner with a mean look stops me and says, "Hey, where did you get that water?" I answer, "At the bar," and he asks, "Did you buy it?" I'm perplexed and say, "Yes." After I said yes, not happy, my chest puffed out, he was coming towards me with a stern face and asking, "Are we sure?" I wink, speechless, shrug my shoulders and tell him, look at the cashier... the cashier looks at him and nods as if to say yes, he paid me... I left with a nervous look.

22/11/2025: Excellent as both a restaurant and a pizzeria. A family atmosphere and friendly service.

26/09/2025: The food is spectacular! Affordable prices and a great atmosphere! Great pasta and the best pizzas!

08/05/2025: Scoperta per caso questa trattoria fuori dal centro di Chioggia Località Saloni. Locale sempre pieno a pranzo, si consiglia prenotazione. Personale molto bravo e super attento ai tavoli, con servizio molto veloce. Propongono un menù del giorno oppure alla carta. Piatti abbondanti e di ottima qualità con pesce fresco di giornata. Ci siamo trovati talmente bene ed abbiamo pranzato per 3 giorni di seguito. Ritorniamo sicuramente!! Bravissimi tutti!!

01/04/2025: Trattoria zona tranquilla di Chioggia. Accoglienza e disponibilità come pochi. Piatti gustosi e abbondanti. Giusto rapporto qualità/ prezzo.

01/12/2025: The staff were rude specially a guy named Nicole. There's only one bathroom on each floor so it's basically not clean at the most of the time. The staff literally cursed me in Italian once and think I would not understand and they do not provide good space at all also they want to act like they have a cool environment but they are just not after all shitty experience to be there.

28/11/2025: Knowing that those of us who use this type of accommodation don't usually take private taxis, and also knowing that there's a major vaporetto strike, they could at least bother to warn us about the complications this would cause for those of us who booked from Padua, for example, hoping to get to Venice, without even mentioning the difficulty of reaching the island where this hostel is located. It's a shame; I'm losing money because I can't get to my destination using transportation that suits my budget.

06/10/2025: Unfriendly staff. Absolute disregard for new guests. Even though only 2 tables were occupied, none of the 5-6 waiters who walked past our table even noticed us for 20 minutes. And then hostile communication like "why are you bothering us", so we changed restaurants, where the staff greeted us at the door, seated us and in 20 minutes we were all eating. And we had good experiences in other restaurants nearby. If you want to eat well without nervousness, avoid this one.

02/09/2025: In my opinion, the best restaurant in Altanea. A very nice restaurant. The food is very good. The music is very pleasantly loud. Unfortunately, it hasn't been the same at other restaurants here. The prices are very reasonable. The menus are also brought to the table at the same time. The three ladies serving are calm and have everything under control. We'll be happy to come back 👍

30/10/2025: Cover charge for two people was €10 euro. Very expensive as we only had one drink each.

28/10/2025: The food was fine but not good enough for the price. The fried calamari was soggy and the salmon lacked any flavor. The service was horrible. Our first waiter clearly did not want to be there, and our second waiter was incredibly sexist. My aunt asked for the check, he did not bring it to her, then my dad asked for the check and he brought it to him but my aunt had the credit card in her hand and still refused to give her the check. Then, my aunt finally handed my dad HER card, he tapped it, and the waiter said “thank you sir.” Terrible food. Even worse service.

14/07/2025: My VERY SIMPLE request (to get a cooler) took them literally twenty minutes. I could have easily gone in and gotten it myself, saving myself a lifetime of time. And with the long wait, we even forgot the €80 ball there. Shameful.

07/07/2025: Perfect location, right on the sea, with a private beach area. Great breakfast buffet, fantastic lunch buffet, and very good dinner. Great staff!

12/10/2025: The place is very nice, with background music, excellent coffee, and excellent service!! I recommend everyone to stop by the Bistrot.

17/08/2025: Nice bar, both inside and with tables in the mall's inner tunnel. Friendly staff, fast service. Good prices.

15/11/2025: Poorly organized, 30 minutes to order two glasses of wine, the staff pretends not to see you

10/11/2025: Yesterday was disappointing, especially the wine. The price/quality ratio was poor. I've had a much better experience here before.

16/06/2025: There were small flies and hairs in the ice cream.

19/11/2025: The quality of the coffee and food is quite poor, especially given how over priced it is. I was genuinely surprised by how stale everything was. Avoid!

11/07/2025: I'm giving one star because zero doesn't exist. This morning I came in and stayed at my table for 15 minutes without even being noticed and being continuously passed by other people. The result? No one took my order in 15 minutes. The waitress walked right past me without even noticing me. I couldn't order, so I got up and left. There weren't many people, so I don't see the problem with this wait. I understand that a person goes to breakfast because they have free time, but that doesn't mean they should waste it all waiting to order. I won't be back.

22/09/2025: We visited this restaurant at the end of the season: unfortunately, much of the menu wasn't available, and the service seemed a bit rushed in taking our orders. Despite this, we had a decent meal.

14/09/2025: What can I say, rudeness reigns in this place, if I could I would give zero, I went today with my family and we ate quite well... but when I asked if I could go to the bathroom I was told behind my back by a man with pigtails on his head (get out of my way) and I assure you that I only asked to go to the bathroom... I advise you to go back to school and learn respect for people

07/09/2025: Today, I went for some frozen yogurt. Always good, no complaints there, but the lady serving us seemed to have forgotten we'd paid quite a bit. The tub was half empty and everything was falling apart, not to mention the almost invisible filling, definitely not made with love. The highlight? I sit on the bench in the back and from the window I see this (attached photo). I remember posting this ad on September 7, 2025. AT LEAST FORWARD IT.

26/07/2025: The single portions are exceptional... a journey for the senses, truly extraordinary! The one with the crunchy inside is a spectacle ❤️💚 10 out of 10! The girls behind the counter are very kind and attentive to the customer's needs. Truly an experience worth repeating 😍

17/10/2025: I give it a 5 overall because finding staff as kind as I found last night while waiting for my flight makes all the difference! I tried 2 delicious muffins and a piadina with vegetables and it was all good!!

11/10/2025: Coffee shop at Venice Marco Polo Airport, first floor departures. A little more than a bar, with excellent coffee but fairly average pastries. The sandwiches and paninis are decent, but the friendly staff makes the difference. They also sell some products that could be described as Italian and local. It's hard to give the atmosphere more than a three because the place is located in a high-traffic area and is completely open, so it would be difficult to warm it up. Still, a good place.
