14/07/2025: My VERY SIMPLE request (to get a cooler) took them literally twenty minutes. I could have easily gone in and gotten it myself, saving myself a lifetime of time. And with the long wait, we even forgot the €80 ball there. Shameful.

07/07/2025: Perfect location, right on the sea, with a private beach area. Great breakfast buffet, fantastic lunch buffet, and very good dinner. Great staff!

17/10/2025: I give it a 5 overall because finding staff as kind as I found last night while waiting for my flight makes all the difference! I tried 2 delicious muffins and a piadina with vegetables and it was all good!!

11/10/2025: Coffee shop at Venice Marco Polo Airport, first floor departures. A little more than a bar, with excellent coffee but fairly average pastries. The sandwiches and paninis are decent, but the friendly staff makes the difference. They also sell some products that could be described as Italian and local. It's hard to give the atmosphere more than a three because the place is located in a high-traffic area and is completely open, so it would be difficult to warm it up. Still, a good place.

20/10/2025: I ate a jam tart, and I'm about to break a tooth!! It was so hard! I don't know if it was old, or if the dough was poorly made, I threw it away right away.

06/10/2025: Unfriendly staff. Absolute disregard for new guests. Even though only 2 tables were occupied, none of the 5-6 waiters who walked past our table even noticed us for 20 minutes. And then hostile communication like "why are you bothering us", so we changed restaurants, where the staff greeted us at the door, seated us and in 20 minutes we were all eating. And we had good experiences in other restaurants nearby. If you want to eat well without nervousness, avoid this one.

02/09/2025: In my opinion, the best restaurant in Altanea. A very nice restaurant. The food is very good. The music is very pleasantly loud. Unfortunately, it hasn't been the same at other restaurants here. The prices are very reasonable. The menus are also brought to the table at the same time. The three ladies serving are calm and have everything under control. We'll be happy to come back 👍

05/07/2025: Adoro, la margherita più buona che abbia mai mangiato in vita mia. Buona buona buona. Abbiamo speso nemmeno 30€ per due pizze e due coca cole, siamo stati serviti subito. Personale gentile e accogliente, ti fa sentire a casa. Ci hanno anche offerto un limoncello! Non è facile trovare tanta gentilezza, poco da fare, l' accoglienza che ti da la gente del Sud è un altra cosa. Ti fanno sentire a casa. Sempre col sorriso, il cibo è arrivato subito. 5 stelle ma ne merita di più. Bravi, bravi, bravi! Mi sono sentita a casa.

The bartender responded abruptly when we asked a simple question about the menu, and security looked at us like we were criminals. We felt unwelcome, and their attitude made the entire evening unpleasant and stressful. But the worst was the mandatory "bathroom tax" they imposed on us. We had to pay €3 per person to use the bathroom. This was imposed in a threatening manner by the staff, who refused to let us in without cash. It's ridiculous and seems like a complete scam. I've never experienced anything like it. The atmosphere was also awful, with loud music and dirty floors. Avoid this place like the plague; there are better options where you'll be treated with respect. Never again! 1 star, and even that's too much. I have never been so disappointed as when we were in Venice in September. In a nightspot like this place. 09/12/2025: Tourist trap. Avoid. Save your money. Got the crepe. They are premade and they heat it. Still cold. Complained and the lady there said "oh my god" with irony when we ask that they made it that time.

22/11/2025: Very convenient, quite tasty. Adequate prices, no hidden services (for boarding, service, etc.). You pay for what you see and buy. Not such a large selection of food, not restaurant service, but the prices are more than pleasing, like in the center of Venice. A lot of space, there is a toilet. Delicious pizza and coffee.

18/10/2025: My best cozze in Venice: Fantastic. The Portuguese-style octopus was also amazing. Great value for money. Everyone was very friendly. I'd go back anytime.

16/10/2025: Frankly, Italian cuisine has lost its way. Dishes are too peppery or too salty. Wine by the glass is a bit lacking. Friendly service nonetheless.

07/09/2025: We ate pizza from here several times while we were in Sottomarina. Both at Ice & Fire - and as a take away. Every time it was a really positive experience 😀 Super good pizzas and super friendly service. (You can get 1 large pizza to share with different fillings on each half, if 2 smaller pizzas are too much). Can only recommend the place 😄

03/09/2025: A rather unpleasant Italian, just as you'd imagine them. We don't know how to say prosciutto, so he pretends he doesn't understand anything. And that famous jamón of discord was really not good.
