29/11/2025: A unique and unforgettable experience. Let's start with Marianna's welcome; she immediately makes you feel at ease. She began by bringing bread to taste, along with a delicious small entree. She helped us choose the menu since my wife is pregnant. The appetizer was an explosion of flavors: a thousand leaves of vegetables and pecorino cheese. We then continued with a delicious and unique Florentine steak, tender and moist, accompanied by cavolo nero, artichokes, and potatoes: not the usual side dishes, but seasonal vegetables. The service was impeccable and friendly, and we also met the chef Domenico, where we sensed the professionalism and dedication evident in his dishes. I recommend this place if you want to combine good food with a family atmosphere!

17/11/2025: Truly, truly, an excellent restaurant. Very kind and friendly staff. Fantastic food. We had Gigli with Rooster Ragù and Pappardelle with Wild Boar, two truly amazing first courses. For the second course, pigeon (I still dream about it) and a tartare (the best I've ever had, without a hint of fat). A glass of Brunello, a dessert, and a coffee, €45 each, for what we ate, the quantity, and above all, the quality, the price was truly fair. I highly recommend stopping here for a meal.

16/12/2025: I had dinner with colleagues over the Christmas period, with a pre-arranged menu. I must say that for the price I paid, I ate well, and with almost every dish I ordered a second. The location is decidedly informal, more like a trattoria than a restaurant, with friendly staff and ample parking nearby.

Speaking of which... the tortelloni with fish sauce are to die for!

18/09/2025: The attention and customer service are truly exceptional. I highly recommend it, as it's a historic Venetian restaurant. The raw scampi and fish appetizer are especially worth trying. Prices are moderate, and relatively low for this type of restaurant, considering the high-quality products. Furthermore, the friendly and approachable owner will be happy to recommend a good wine to pair with your tastes! It's easy to reach by car and located in a quiet area with plenty of parking nearby. (I didn't stay in the rooms.)

07/09/2025: Since I didn't use the rooms, I can't judge them. I did, however, dine at the restaurant... a wonderful experience... excellent food, both fish and meat... a good wine list... very kind and attentive staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

07/09/2025: My wife and I had dinner at Il Cavallino in Quinto di Treviso, a trattoria that struck us with its welcoming and informal atmosphere. The restaurant is very charming and spacious, ideal for a pleasant evening where you can feel at ease. We chose the seafood menu and were extremely satisfied. We ordered two mixed appetizers and a scallops, two main courses, a side dish, a quarter of wine, water, two desserts, and a coffee. The quality of the dishes is excellent and the portions are generous, perfect for those who, like us, don't want to leave the restaurant feeling hungry. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick, another plus for this trattoria. The biggest surprise was the bill: for everything we ate, we spent just over €70 for two, excellent value. I highly recommend booking. It fills up quickly, especially on weekends.

12/12/2025: A casual, yet welcoming, pizzeria-style restaurant, run with care and cleanliness. I had the opportunity to dine there for lunch, with the set menu; the food was good, and the service was fast and friendly. I've had the opportunity to dine there on other occasions, and I must say it's always been excellent, with excellent quality and a very reasonable price. I recommend it for both business lunches and a pleasant evening.

12/12/2025: In life there are memorable moments for various reasons. Sometimes it involves a culinary experience which leaves an indellible impression. This is the place to find such a delight. On a rainy day in April when we considered a trip to Venice, we were discouraged and thankfully so. My cousins suggested a trip to a special place for an assault on the tastebuds. Dish after dish was served in timely manner with the smiling Giovanna encouraging a second serving before disappearing into the kitchen to repeat her gastronomic punishment. After falling and out of our food coma, we emerged after 3 hours vowing not to eat again for 24 hours. Satisfied is an understatement. Indulge yourselves and live an experience.

10/10/2025: Super handy when you need to refill. Tablet water isn't drinkable, but luckily I had my water filter with me. Also, definitely try the homemade pastries.

08/10/2025: The refuge manager was incredibly helpful and friendly. She managed to accommodate us at the last minute, and although we called, the rooms were basic but perfect for a refuge. The location is excellent, with a path leading directly to the shrine, accessible both on foot and by car. The food is delicious and traditional. We'll definitely be back.
