Restaurant in a pleasant place. It is divided into two parts: the actual restaurant, then there is the so-called tavern. Section where you eat the same things as the restaurant but imposed by the kitchen at a laughable price. The cacio e pepe is fantastic. For those like me who smoke, there is a luxurious outdoor lounge with sofas, armchairs and ashtrays. Excellent wine from the Montello area.

Excellent combination of farmhouse location and quality restaurant. Delicious egg, risotto with s-ciopet and rustic chicken from the Pedemontana top! The passion fruit and dandelion tart is absolutely worth trying for its surprising flavour. Highly recommended.

The environment is very welcoming and original, the service is top notch with great attention to detail and to the customer. The food is definitely high quality. It is not a place suitable for those who want to spend little, nor perhaps for those who expect generous dishes...

Hiden place, but one of the best one in Veneto! Delicious food and a great wine list. A place to keep in mind if you are in the area.

Montello offers a varied form of hospitality between farmhouses and typical restaurants. La Paterna Restaurant (and La Paternale connected to it) certainly offers an extraordinary combination of flavors linked to this very particular territory which touches and embraces the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Prosecco Hills. There is no better place to taste an excellent glass of wine 😏😉

Definitely an excellent restaurant, both for the dishes offered and for the abundant wine list. The location is also adequate: a warm and welcoming environment. And all framed by the excellent ability of the staff to put you at ease. Obviously the prices are accordingly, even without being exaggerated.

Our favourite place where we like experiencing food 🤙 since 2014. So far, based on my personal taste, I found no better place where I can say there is a real research behind each course. I like the creativity, the legacy and the people of this place. A restaurant that is evolving itself. Worth each $ spent here.

Non abitando vicino a Giavera del Montello, ogni anno approfittiamo di qualche occasione speciale per festeggiare in questo stupendo ristorante! che sia pranzo o cena, il personale vi saprà accogliere con grande professionalità e gentilezza accompagnandovi nella spiegazione dei piatti e delle materie prime. Il locale è davvero molto curato e consente di mangiare sia sotto la veranda in estate, sia nella sua calda atmosfera interna in inverno. Ogni piatto che abbiamo potuto assaggiare ha superato le nostre aspettative, dandoci la possibilità di assaporare abbinamenti particolari e mai banali. Consigliatissimo!
