You can drop by in person and order on the spot, although it's always best to call to find out delivery times and then pick up your pizzas. The pizzas are exquisitely crafted by master pizza chef Manuel, using a rotating oven for more even cooking. Furthermore, the owner's meticulous attention to detail, including the thorough cleaning of the oven and his tools, makes this pizzeria truly noteworthy. The cleanliness of the workspace and waiting room, combined with the courtesy of the staff, the quality of the ingredients used, and the menu always in tune with the seasons, make "Quelligiusti" an excellent takeout pizzeria. I won't publish any photos; they would never be able to match the flavor, aroma, and fragrance of those truly exceptional pizzas.

21/03/2026: Always a sure thing, a very nice place, two floors, right in the historic center of Vittorio Veneto. The pizzas are very good and well-topped. It's always busy. I recommend booking in advance on weekends. Service can be a little slow when it's busy, but that's okay. Otherwise, it's always a great experience, with plenty of choice and reasonable prices... definitely worth a try.

07/04/2026: This is definitely a pizzeria worth trying if you're looking for quality. The pizza is truly excellent. Light, easy to digest, and made with care. You can immediately sense the attention paid to the dough, especially since they offer several different types to choose from, which I think is a huge plus. The menu is quite varied, with many options and combinations, and the ingredients are clearly top-quality. Some are local, others not, but they're all carefully selected and often artisanal. Overall, you can tell it's not a standard offering. They don't just do pizza. I've seen other dishes, including pasta dishes, so it's a good place even if not everyone wants pizza. The place is very well-kept and clean. The atmosphere is pleasant, with both indoor and outdoor seating, so it's a great place to be in a variety of situations and seasons. An important thing to know is that it gets very busy on weekends. In my experience, it's difficult to find a table without a reservation, especially in the evening. I absolutely recommend booking. By calling in the late afternoon, we managed to get a table, but always quite late, around 9 or 9:30 PM. It's not a hard and fast rule, but it's happened to us several times. The best thing to do is book a day or two in advance, if possible. I can't say for sure during the week, but on weekends, it's definitely packed. The staff is friendly, kind, and helpful. Service is smooth even when the place is busy, which isn't always a given. The bathrooms were clean, another detail that's always a plus. We also tried the desserts, and they were very good—a great end to the meal. Overall, I definitely recommend this place. Excellent pizza, quality ingredients, a refined atmosphere, and well-managed service. You just need to make a reservation ahead of time.

23/03/2026: Excellent quality, but the service leaves something to be desired. I'm sorry to say that it's often difficult to contact the pizzeria; you have to call repeatedly and constantly to avoid a busy line. This may be normal, but when they finally answer, they complain about the calls. I don't mean to be rude; I hope this detail can be improved in the future.

26/03/2026: The atmosphere is new, modern, and very beautiful. The only flaw is the bathrooms, although spotlessly clean, are very small and housed in a cramped space. The staff is attentive, very kind, and knowledgeable, and the service is fast and accurate. We tried the pizzas, and I have to say they were good, but the desserts are truly exceptional. A positive experience, so a thumbs up!

10/04/2026: We stopped by for an aperitif with friends, and I must say it was a wonderful experience... Besides being in front of a beautiful landscape, the aperitif was fabulous, and we were recommended a typical drink (bellini) that we absolutely must try... Finally, the service was perfect, high quality, and the kindness was beyond words.
