The owners are helpful, friendly, and welcoming... The food...all good, wonderful, and always very satisfying! The friendly service alone is worth more than a thousand "Grande Scuola"-esque frills! I go there often, and I'm always happy to return...a guarantee! A guarantee of WELL-BEING. With them.

Surrounded by greenery, a stunning location. The owners are very friendly and hospitable, and the cuisine is excellent, featuring traditional Tyrolean dishes. Highly recommended; I'll be back soon.

*SUNDAY WITH FRIENDS* The restaurant is located in the hills of Mount Giavera, a place known for its famous cross-country track. The trattoria features a rustic style while respecting modern standards. Starting with the menu, we find a wide selection of meat-based dishes, with a single selection of warm and full-bodied Cabernet wine. The portions are generous considering the reasonable price, which does not compromise the excellent quality of the product. I highly recommend dessert, whose size will amaze everyone. Rating 8/10 I recommend the cold cuts platter to start: the bigoli with hare ragù, the stuffed fichi, and the venison stew.

Nine of us dined at Speck Stube Col del Bosco, and the experience was simply fantastic! Despite the number of guests, the service was incredibly fast and organized. We ordered practically everything, and every dish was truly excellent, prepared to perfection and with great care. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the passion in the kitchen! The value for money is beyond excellent: we ate very well for the right price. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back! 🍽️✨
