Booked for an alternative Sunday lunch after a tour of the Euganean Hills. Beautiful experience with excellent quality food at the end, notable choice of wines, even for the most delicate palates, and a very welcoming and well-organised environment. Very friendly, fast and competent staff. The agitation played tricks and an order hadn't been taken, but nothing that wasn't resolved impeccably quickly... so much so that I managed to start the meal with the rest of the table without problems. I dare say: top efficiency! Well cooked dishes, presented very well and plated with a touch of class. I highly recommend not missing the desserts!! Exquisite to say the least.

When tradition, excellent dishes and great hospitality are at the top, you can't help but be very satisfied and can't wait to return!!

Consigliati da una amica del luogo, abbiamo prenotato e siamo stati accolti con cordialità. La location è ben curata, luci e clima giusti e il camino acceso. Abbiamo ordinato due antipasti, due secondi (cuore di costata e faraona) , tutto davvero ottimo e gustoso. Il dolce ha davvero superato ogni aspettativa, direi il dolce più buono che abbia mai mangiato. Un amaretto bagnato nel caffè con mascarpone e cioccolato. Carta dei vini ben fornita e prezzi in linea con la qualità del prodotto. Vale davvero la pena andarci !! Grazie

Excellent cuisine, friendly and pleasant staff. The dishes are well presented, raw materials enhanced by the chefs and the passion for food. The landlady's desserts are absolutely worth trying. I'll be back.

Tasted the much-vaunted carbonara. Not bad but I would push the flavor of the sauce a little more which in my opinion would be less liquid and a little more creamy. I would use a little more bacon which I would also use as a garnish in a crunchy version. The tartare was good as an appetizer served with a flavored sauce that went very well. The starter of cured meats was good and presented a decent assortment combined with a small but excellent quality giardiniera and a taste of parmesan which I personally would replace with a less obvious and a little more captivating cheese linked to the short-range territory (a blue from the Capreria for example? Or one of the excellent old men from some mountain hut in the Venetian pre-Alps). For dessert I tasted a delicious homemade apple pie accompanied by a noteworthy cream. Excellent assortment of wines available which gives the opportunity to taste large-caliber wines. The cover was good with excellent onion and rosemary creckers. Price aligned with the quality of the raw materials. Family management well supervised by the historic and sly Serafino. The fireplace is splendid and evokes the atmosphere of times gone by. I will return to try other dishes and other wines.

mi aspettavo di più, visto il blasone e la storia della trattoria. I primi non esaltanti, discreto l'uovo ma non spingeva di sapore. Ottima la tartare. Prezzi troppo alti per il livello dei piatti. Peccato. Servizio ottimo, personale gentilissimo e ambienta carino.

piatti buonissimi, servizio eccette, cantina molto ampia, dolci buonissimi.. torno spesso sia in coppia che con amici.. prezzo conforme alla qualità dei prodotti.. per me il migliore della zona..
