07/10/2025: I went here with a local friend from Padova who recommended it as one of the best places for a Fiorentina steak 🥩🍷. The steak was exactly how it should be — soft, juicy, bloody, fresh, and full of flavor. The portion was generous too, enough to leave you completely satisfied with just one plate. The wine list was huge (almost overwhelming for me 😅), but the staff were really helpful and guided us to pick a perfect pairing for the steak. That made the whole experience even better. Everything from the food to the service was amazing and delightful. If you’re in Padova and want to try an authentic Fiorentina-style steak, this place is definitely worth it.

29/11/2025: Just a minute's walk from Santo, this blissful oasis awaits. Greeted by the smiles and friendliness of the staff, we spent a truly enchanting Saturday lunch. The atmosphere is charming and refined, and the menu ranges from pizza and fried foods to first courses, second courses, and desserts, with some very inviting options. After a delicious fried dish, we opted for spaghetti with clams, broccoli, zucchini flowers, and an excellent pizza. I can't wait to return!

03/12/2025: Shame! Horrible experience, not recommended You order one thing, they bring you something else and pass it off as what you ordered. You explain it to the staff and they tell you the product was similar but not the same. They're grasping at straws. They make the customer feel guilty. As if we were the ones who made the mistake, not the staff. They did nothing to avoid embarrassing us. For two extra shrimp found on our plate that we didn't order. How does the customer know if and how you fill or serve the dishes? We paid €24.00. Plus, congratulations! If I order one thing and you serve me something very similar, I can only assume you served what I asked for... We don't make the portions, ask the cooks, not the customers. Rude staff, they didn't even repair the damage!! We didn't offend anyone, and you feel disrespected? Wanted a tip for terrible service? Find another job if you don't like this! The price is out of line. Fresh fish is cheaper in Venice.

01/12/2025: We went yesterday for lunch. We were greeted immediately, the staff were attentive and fast. The location is beautiful, right in the center. The upper floor offers a view of the entire square. The food was excellent and beautifully presented. Congratulations, we'll be back.

21/10/2025: I went to Pizzeria al Duomo for a family dinner. The atmosphere was clean and tidy, and the staff was very attentive. The homemade desserts were excellent. Recommended!

26/10/2025: At Hosteria San Benedetto, every dish reflects care, balance, and a passion for fine cuisine. We started with crispy fried porcini mushrooms and a soft, fragrant prosciutto. The first courses were a triumph of flavor: creamy and aromatic fusilli with prosciutto and truffle, and perfectly creamed bigoli with vegetables. To finish, two desserts: a crepe with ice cream and raspberries and a fragrant pear puff pastry. Attentive service, a welcoming atmosphere, and excellent value: a place definitely worth recommending and a place to return to. 🌿🍷

26/10/2025: Excellent lunch at Hosteria San Benedetto! Delicious fried porcini mushrooms and melt-in-your-mouth raw ham. Fusiglioni with prosciutto and truffle and bigoli with vegetables were truly excellent, with authentic and well-balanced flavors. Superb desserts: crepes with ice cream and raspberries and puff pastry with pears, both delicious. Impeccable service, a refined atmosphere, and excellent value. Definitely worth returning! 🍷🍝🍰

08/11/2025: Fairytale Wedding on October 18, 2025 5 stars aren't enough to describe how wonderful this place is♥️ They made my day enchanting. Luca with the buffet and then with the dishes served at the table was the TOP!!! Then what can I say about the set-up by Cinzia♥️ and Lisa ♥️ who with their hands create wonders, making everything UNIQUE!!! Then, no less, all the staff who work there are UNIQUEly kind, and Marco with the cigar and rum corner is BRAVISSIMO!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU FROM THE HEART TO ALL OF YOU♥️♥️♥️♥️

02/12/2025: It's a really nice pub. It seems small at first, but as soon as you enter, you immediately notice how spacious, rustic, and welcoming it is. The food is very good and the service is very fast. The staff is very kind and cheerful. It was a real treat!

01/12/2025: There's a friendly atmosphere. During dinner, I noticed that many of the guests knew the owner and staff well. In fact, at the end of the meal, we even found ourselves exchanging a few words with them, with a sense of empathy that's rare these days. Well done. The dinner was good and plentiful. For two, we had two bigoli with radicchio and duck, a portion of cod with polenta (very generous), and three medium beers. The bill of €72 seemed reasonable and perhaps even a little below the average for central Padua.

07/12/2025: The shrimp risotto was good but not exceptional. I expected it to have a few whole shrimp, but they were chopped and barely felt right in the mouth. Perhaps this expectation stems from the restaurant and the high-level staff. The "ripassato" (ripasso) of the risotto was a pleasant surprise; it needed a portion, not a dinner portion, but a set menu one. A tip: the risotto only comes in two portions, which is typical of a trattoria; restaurants serve single portions and half portions. Excellent value for money. Definitely worth trying.
