20/08/2025: The establishment is located on the side of a main road, with prices higher than those of a mountain refuge, plus there's a cover charge, which is also high at €2.50. The portions are small, but the food is of adequate quality. Disappointing!

01/12/2025: We were put in the oldest most run-down room. There was no shower, just a bath and a shower head. Every time we wanted a quick wash the whole bathroom got soaked. The plugs in the room was an issue, the regular uk to eu adapter didn’t fit directly into the plug sockets. Luckily we had a eu usbc plug to charge our phones. The room like many others, backed onto a courtyard behind the hotel which is where they discard glass bottles so it got pretty loud at night. Also to note, all the rooms that are front facing, will be over looking a bar called bar sport. This can be very loud until late, and the windows do not block out any sound. We could still hear it and we were round the back of the hotel. You need to park up somewhere to go in and ask for the parking fob for the free car park, and also ask for directions. The entrance is hard to find as google pin points the hotels car park as the adjacent car park which is privately owned. All issues were fine, many couldn’t not be controlled by the hotel of course so no reason to complain. I just wouldn’t recommend the hotel for a long stay. Albeit the location is good, quick walk to many bars, restaurants and supermarkets. And the breakfast staff were very nice and accommodating.

01/11/2025: Osteria con cucina al Centralino is a pleasant surprise in the heart of Scalon. At first glance, the exterior doesn't do the place justice; it would be nice to see a little more care and attention to detail, because the entrance doesn't give you a clue as to how welcoming the interior is. Once inside, however, everything changes: the place has been tastefully renovated, the atmosphere is warm and convivial, and you can feel that homey feeling that only true osterias can provide. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the kitchen offers authentic, well-prepared dishes made with quality ingredients.

25/10/2025: I stopped in today with two friends for a beer, returning from a hike in Valbelluna. From the outside, it looks modest, but inside, it's truly comfortable and charming. I also purchased some dairy products and was pleased with the good prices. I also appreciated the efficient service from the two young women at the counter, presumably a mother and daughter, who were also very attractive. I discussed with the lady the possibility of making a reservation for a large group in the future, obviously with advance reservations. Rest assured, I will do so, as I'd love to try your cuisine. I apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by our large group.

23/10/2025: The location is good, but the prices are quite high. No distinction is made between large RVs and small tents. Unfortunately, there are a lot of long-term campers, and the atmosphere is strange. The sanitary facilities have been a problem for years: moldy, dirty, and broken. The location under the larch trees is great.

17/07/2025: Questo posto è una delusione! Per chi vuole mangiare prodotti tipici genuini e casarecci non è il posto giusto. È solo un agriturismo moderno che di agriturismo non ha nulla, una cucina appena sufficente come quella di un qualsiasi ristorante di città. Il panorama bello.

07/06/2025: Locale molto carino, bella vista ottimo cibo! Antipasto tagliere di salumi e formaggi tipici Insalata russa e confettura. Primi leggeri ma saporiti. Ottimo tiramisu, conto più che onesto.

14/12/2025: Everything was wonderful. All the staff were warm, friendly, and impeccably polite. The room was clean, tidy, and cozy, equipped with basic amenities such as slippers, toothbrushes, and a kettle, and the balcony offered a stunning view. Breakfast was served in allocated portions, which I found perfectly reasonable and well organized. Cortina is truly a fantastic city.

10/12/2025: My visit to this restaurant was really disappointing. I was surprised at the beginning that they charge €5 just to sit down, which is a lot considering the way the restaurant operates. Another annoyance was that they automatically brought us pastries that we didn't even order - and charged us €15 for them, even though we didn't even touch them. As for the food, the selection was small and overall not much. For these prices, I would expect much better service and quality. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

31/10/2025: If you're passing through Feltre, be sure to stop by this pastry shop. High-quality pastries and pastries. Chocolates galore. Always fragrant brie cheese. Tea, coffee, and hot chocolate with fabulous whipped cream.

10/07/2025: A wine bar run by a conscientious owner. The wine list is excellent. If you feel hesitant to order a whole bottle, I recommend trying a glass. Trust the owner's taste.

06/07/2025: I just opened a business next to this Enoteca which is located in Corso Italia 137 just down a few steps next to the municipal fountain. I met the owner and I went to lunch to eat an excellent tartare, delicate with a right balance of the condiments that composed it. The menu also offered cutting boards of researched cured meats with particular seasonings to make them sophisticated, I would have tried them all, but I will save them for the next time. The proposals differ from the commercial ones found in traditional bars where you don't even know where the cured meats come from and often you know to have more margins you don't offer quality. Of course you have to know about it to taste the products offered and not all palates can interpret their refinement well. The environment is absolutely relaxing and offers tables in the shade of a beautiful tree. The price is in line with the quality offered.

13/11/2025: I'm making a complete statement because it said online that the restaurant was open until midnight. We drove an hour and a half, arrived there, and the restaurant was closed.

21/10/2025: I went there for a business lunch. The first course was basic: pasta with tomato sauce or saffron risotto. The second courses, however, were good. The service was very poor: the cutlery was dirty, the knives encrusted. The staff replaced our knives without apologizing for the incident. The atmosphere could use a makeover. The price was high, even for the set menu, given the selection and the service. I won't be returning.

03/05/2025: Chiamo alle 9 per prenotare ma non risponde nessuno, ovviamente era troppo presto, verso le 10:30 mi richiamano dal ristorante: servizio eccezionale che già merita la visita. Alle 12 ci accomodiamo al meraviglioso tavolo sul laghetto, prima cosa portano l’acqua alla nostra cagnolina ( top!) il menu e’ molto accattivante, opto per il carciofo e le fantastiche patatine fritte con la buccia; ci portano un amuse bouche eccezionale che già di per se vale l’intero pranzo per non parlare della bontà del carciofo e delle patatine, concludiamo con un bombardino con mele alla grappa delizioso. 10/03/2025: Il migliore ma il personale è maleducato. Premetto che ogni anno a marzo, nel corso della settimana bianca, andiamo una sera a cena. Sono ormai diversi anni. Qualità eccezionale, ricercatezze e rivisitazione di piatti tradizionali. Prenoto in genere 15 giorni prima di andare i ristoranti per tutta la settimana. Ho chiamato e prenotato per questa sera. Devo evidentemente avere fatto confusione perché ricevo alle 20:30 una telefonata piuttosto sgarbata della signora che esclama: è lei la signora laura? Sa che avrebbe dovuto essere qui da una mezz’ora almeno? Mortificata rispondo che ero certa di avere ricevuto una telefonata di disdetta. Ero infatti a cena in altro ristorante. Insisto, in totale buonafede, e la signora esclama: la smetta di mettere delle scuse! Nelle mie prenotazioni avevo ricevuto due disdette ed ero certa che una fosse di questo ristorante. Mi scuso ancora, ma avrei voluto mandarla a quel paese. Ma che modi? Ma che gente? Ma quanta prosopopea e maleducazione! A cortina di ristoranti eccellenti ce ne sono e, davvero, sono anni che ceniamo al Pianozes. Da oggi, non più.
