23/03/2025: A place that has a lot to say! The manager is a calm and very attentive person, very smart. The cuisine is truly excellent. The still prosecco is excellent. And the room with the fogher is really warm and welcoming. I will definitely be back! Well done!

04/03/2025: Good morning, to be fair, I'll update the review. I recently ate for lunch and the pastas were good (cacio e pepe, with venison ragù and four cheeses) and plentiful. Grilled vegetables are also good. Very kind waiters. Large and heated room I ate at this restaurant last week. The restaurant is large and fresh and has outdoor tables. Terrible seafood pasta, mussels inedible in smell and taste. The other pastas were normal. High prices, for the food and the service. It's best to stick to pub food, such as schnitzel and potatoes. I do not recommend for the rest. Friendly staff.

25/02/2025: there were 3 of us, the place was almost deserted, we waited 40 minutes to get the price list, another 40 minutes or so to order, another 40'/50' to eat

02/11/2024: We arrive for dinner and after sitting down we realize that all the pages for pizzas and salads had been removed from the menu and so we were forced to choose between these. When I asked for a salad (the only thing I could eat since I couldn't eat pizza) the foreign waitress with the fringe answered me in a very rude and arrogant way that they only make pizzas, even though there are salads on the menu I asked if it was possible to have something with the ingredients of the pizza like vegetables etc and in a very rude way she answered me that they didn't make anything other than pizzas and basically it was my business among other things by leaving without even taking my drink order.... I was shocked and couldn't order anything and spent the evening watching other people eat pizza in front of me! Very negative experience, I won't go back again

23/02/2025: Il Rifugio Pomedes è una vera perla incastonata tra le Dolomiti, un luogo dove la bellezza del panorama si fonde con un’ottima accoglienza e una cucina eccellente. La vista dalle sue terrazze è semplicemente mozzafiato. L’atmosfera è autentica e accogliente, perfetta per una pausa tra una discesa e l’altra. Il personale è gentile e sempre disponibile, contribuendo a rendere l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Se sei alla ricerca di un rifugio che combini panorama, tradizione e ottimo cibo, il Pomedes è una scelta eccellente!

20/02/2025: We spent half an hour waiting in the queue for a lunch when a waiter told us that they are overcrowded and will be able to accept our order in half an hour. The service is a total mess.

Mr Bepi manages what is a true attraction of excellence in the Valley The choice of wines and grappas is valid. The cuisine is limited to some accompanying foods but you don't come here to eat Hats off, however, for maintaining such a characteristic and important place for the area: to be rewarded! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! ABSOLUTELY MUST VISIT TO DRINK AN UMBRA, A COFFEE OR A GRAPPA

09/03/2025: The location is amazing: a dive into a place halfway between the magical and the historic... It's like stepping into a time machine... The menu offers, in addition to a children's menu, two proposals: medieval and modern, which can easily be "mixed" by choosing what you prefer between one and the other... The selection of beers is very interesting: one better than the other. The medieval drinks are a nice and pleasant "alternative" and a small tasting is also available among the choices... Being around Mel and missing the opportunity to have lunch or dinner in the Tavern is a serious mistake! I have been there in the past, recently and I will go back again and again!! ❤️

02/03/2025: Abbiamo cenato in questo locale qualche settimana fa. Buoni i piatti proposti .. personalmente mi sono piaciuti molto i canederli e lo strudel .. forse manca un po’ l’effetto sbalorditivo .. però è sicuramente una buona scelta a costo contenuto .

15/02/2025: Every time it's like coming home. The kindness and availability of the owners and collaborators are worth the stay in themselves. Comfortable and clean rooms and a renowned pizzeria restaurant do the rest, but for my wife and my children the excellent breakfast with freshly baked stuffed croissants and a view of the Nevegal is the highlight. It is rare to see such passion and dedication in carrying on such a demanding family business for so many years, but always with a smile. Congratulations, keep it up! We will certainly be back soon. 09/02/2025: Location ottima , personale squisito , Cibo ottimo . Unico importante fastidio e’ il comportamento del cameriere all’inizio che chiede se volevamo uno champagnino di entrata . Poteva semplicemente chiedere “ volete la lista dei vini “ . Diciamo che poteva assolutamente non proporre questo tipo di vino mettendoci solo in difficoltà . Prezzo finale un tantino alto per un pranzo domenicale .

27/01/2025: Ho cenato con mia moglie e mio figlio il primo giorno della nostra settima bianca, sono 15 anni che vengo a cortina ma non lo conoscevo, è stata una piacevole sorpresa, ottimo servizio, ottimi piatti di grande gusto e fantasia, quindi lo chef veramente bravo, ma ad un certo punto abbiamo ordinato 2 calici di vino, capisco che siamo turisti ma non siamo cretini però !!! 12 € a calice che era meno di un dito, praticamente 2 calici invisibili 24 € ma state fuori di melone proprio ! Io sono un ristoratore e conosco benissimo le spese, i costi ecc… ecc… la media di un calice di rosso locale si aggira dai 5 ai 7 € Capisco la location, avrei capito 8/9/10 € ma 12 € un filo di vino versato nel calice è veramente una presa in giro e se posso dare un consiglio non tirate troppo la corda, perché a Cortina state esagerando un po’ tutti e il calo purtroppo è visibile in tutto il paese, fatevi 2 domande e datevi 2 risposte, è bello lavorare con la gente ricca ma il volume lo fanno le persone medie, il popolo da cui è formata per la maggior parte la nostra nazione, comunque scente vostre… il mio rimane un umile consiglio, ripeto a dire, tutto ottimo, tutto bello, ma alcune cose stonavano nel contesto… tutto qui, comunque complimenti ai camerieri e allo chef.

26/02/2025: Siamo arrivati a San Vito nel primissimo pomeriggio di lunedì. Fortunatamente abbiamo trovato questo locale aperto per pranzo nonostante l’ora. Abbiamo consumato due piatti : un affumicato e una pasta e fagioli: entrambi molto buoni. Abbiamo visto, nel tavolo a fianco, delle pizze che apparivano veramente appetitose. Servizio rapido e gentile! Complimenti.

25/02/2025: In due abbiamo preso una pasta e fagioli e un piatto di carpaccio affumicato e patatine fritte. Mezzo litro di bianco della casa. Tutto piacevole . Pizze belle a vedersi. Personale gentile e prezzi onesti. Valido per un pranzo veloce
