06/07/2025: We stayed here as part of our mountain bike tour across the Alps and were very satisfied. We had two double rooms. One was newly renovated, which was fantastic. The second room wasn't renovated yet, but was very spacious with two rooms. It worked perfectly for us. The service was very attentive and helpful, even though we had to overcome our language barriers. Dinner and the following breakfast were extensive and delicious. I'll be going back!

30/04/2025: DO NOT EAT HERE!! Not only did the manager refuse to serve us half the menu because he didn't want to free up space on his grill, but after negotiating for a hot dog, I received a kind of burnt bun with two disgusting bits of sausage! Look at the photos if you don't believe me! (The "hot dog" costs 5 euros). Dear Sir, the rest of my message is addressed to you. I know you usually respond to comments left by your customers, and I've seen that I'm not the only one to leave a negative review. I think it's time you took a hard look at yourself! I know you'll come up with another lame excuse, so don't waste your time; I won't read your reply.

25/02/2025: An excellent place to spend a relaxing weekend. The facility is truly beautiful, well-maintained, and very comfortable. As for the food, you can clearly taste the quality of the ingredients used, and this is reflected in the flavor of the dishes offered. A charming place, suitable for everyone. Highly recommended.

25/04/2025: Excellent hotel where the classic sympathy and friendliness of the Neapolitans reigns. An infinite availability made precious by Mrs. Gelsomina and her brother, great master of a cuisine with dishes not to be missed. Thanks also to the staff for the order and cleanliness of the room.

02/11/2025: I'm sorry but the lunch my wife and I had disappointed us, there was nothing to complain about the raw materials, but the dishes were not up to par, very well explained but with little substance.

08/10/2025: The restaurant is good, but the prices are high. The use of ingredients and their production on the farm are explained, which may be interesting for some people. The tartar and the pasta were good.

22/04/2025: Sedersi è stata una vera impresa! Il posto è accorsatissimo, più da viveurs che da sciatori ahahah. Tanta gente, musica, bella atmosfera festosa e menu con una scelta abbastanza variegata. Piatti abbondanti. Abbiamo anche ballato, è stato un pranzo lungo ma piacevole.

07/11/2025: The location was great, but we were hiking in the Dolomites, so breakfast was served too late, so we missed it. Two cars had pulled in, and we were given a third-floor room in a building without an elevator, making it incredibly difficult to carry our luggage up and down. Worst of all, there was no hot water in the morning, so we couldn't even wash our hair. The room lighting was very dim. The bed was very comfortable, and the bedding was warm in the cold, so I wanted to give it a positive rating. However, the lack of hot water in the morning in such a prestigious building really upset me.

20/08/2025: We stayed the week of August 15th. The staff were kind, professional, and high-quality. The food was good. Greetings from Pisa, Ken, Roberta, and Gemma!

25/07/2025: Dieci e lode!!! Veramente piacevole! Locale molto carino e accogliente, vista strepitosa, personale gentilissimo. Piatti della tradizione cucinati con gusto ed esperienza e gradevolissime novità nei piatti del giorno. Porzioni abbondanti e prezzo giusto. In sostanza: dobbiamo tornare appena possibile!!

17/07/2025: Locale con vista stupenda, abbiamo cenato, cibo veramente eccellente, consiglio di assaggiare la pancetta affumicata fatta da loro, personale gentile e professionale.

22/07/2025: It was not a nice experience! The food was not only like “pre-prepared” like the one that you buy frozen at the supermarket, the pasta was a completely deception it was the basic and the most cheapest one that you can obtain in a regular store for less that 1€ the plate was served with a basic pesto no even a good one, no even some cheese or tomatoes were added with the plate, the daily menu that is the okay one that costed 12€ and it doesn’t include any drink no even water, the second plate for me was a Caprese that was okay but not good presentation at all, furthermore inside the people were not that attentive or caring of their appearance not the place with hair from the pets in all the chairs. The second plate for my partner was even worse he couldn’t finished that one, the beens were the worst experience it was made like with a kilo of pepper or comino it was disgusting. It is sad bc this is a local place and we used to visit just the local ones to support and to know better the culture, to resume not fresh food and it is dangerous too bc with chicken and more the care must be higher. All my best to this place, and I hope this doesn’t turn into critics or offense, my intention is to inform and the observations need to be make maybe it is a chance to get better, to realize and to learn, I believe that we can always improve.

30/09/2025: Italy has some amazing food, unfortunately this place does not. Pasta was underwhelming, Pizza was nice though, go somewhere else.

10/09/2025: The room and bathroom were dated, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Unfriendly and unsympathetic staff. We thought it was expensive.

05/09/2025: We enjoyed the restaurant even though we weren't guests of the hotel. It's definitely worth a try. The typical dishes were well-prepared. The location was beautiful. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The atmosphere was great!

26/01/2025: For me, it was a terrible experience. The bill was exorbitant for the food and drinks offered.

29/11/2025: The pizza is good, light, but the service... the red-haired lady is annoying if there are customers? Booking at 6 pm on a Saturday... that's strange... she wanted us to eat outside. OK, there's a tent, but put something to keep it warm... please. Zero friendliness.
