08/03/2026: High prices, I'm referring to the quality-price ratio. The tigelle are too flat; they should be thicker. The gnocco fritto is good, but it should be twice as big. The cured meats are decent, some better, some less so, except for the cooked ham, which in my opinion is of barely acceptable quality. If a restaurant offers tigelle and crescentine/gnocco fritto, it has to do it well; the squacquerone must be PLENTY. Many bowls arrived, I think 12, with many specialties, all good, but useless and unrelated to the "tigelle and gnocco fritto" offering. Objectively, how can you expect to satisfy everyone's needs with just one tiny bowl of squacquerone? The idea of ​​bringing specialties from another region is nice, but it has to be done well. In Bologna, the home of tigelle, they always bring green olives and spring onions. Plus, everything arrives all at once. This is my experience and it is only related to the dish I chose, for the rest I don't know.

In the 10 years I've lived in Padua, it's one of the very few places where I can say I've eaten truly well. 05/02/2026: The restaurant has a very pleasant atmosphere. The service is spotless and fragrant, which is not a given. The service is 8/10, but could be improved a bit. The owner who came to the table to take our order was, in my opinion, a bit rude in answering a question about a wine. Regardless, there was a small hiccup with the wine served at the table and with the service of the main course; let's just say he was awkward. We started with a very tasty entrée, but I couldn't say what it was because it wasn't explained to us, but we deduced it was a soft polenta base with baby cuttlefish in squid ink. For appetizers, they served a selection of raw fish and a mixed fried fish platter with vegetables. Everything was excellent; the raw fish was incredibly fresh, the flavor of each fish on the plate was clearly distinct, and the fried fish was one of the best I've ever had. Crispy and not greasy. The first courses were two Gragnano spaghetti with lobster sauce. The flavor was excellent, too. My only complaint, however, was that the pasta was a little too al dente, and there was a touch too much pepper. The desserts were very good: a warm-centered chocolate cake and a tiramisu with coffee poured at the table. Again, the only complaint was that the hot coffee made the ladyfingers too crumbly. Absolutely nothing to complain about regarding the quality of the ingredients and the value for money. I'd definitely repeat the experience because, overall, it was a truly excellent dinner.
