A beautiful hotel, right in the heart of the action. We stayed at the hotel for six nights. All our wishes were fulfilled. The breakfast and the menu in the restaurant were very good. You simply feel at ease. Not to mention the consistently friendly service. Thank you!!

3 stars at most!! Friendliness was abysmal!!! The bar was incredibly uncomfortable and offered no service whatsoever 🫣 After I wrote the review, Sergio from reception approached us to discuss our dissatisfaction and offered to be available to listen to our requests at any time!! That's a good approach!

We just returned from a 3 week honeymoon in Italy which required a LOT of planning. I normally am not one to leave a review, but we relied so heavily on them to plan our trip so I wanted to share my experience to hopefully help someone else out. :) I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff, the rooms, the breakfast... FANTASTIC! And you can't beat the location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone I know. It might have been our favorite hotel of the entire trip. You should absolutely stay here!

We very much enjoyed staying at this property. The rooms were spacious and elegant. The service was very good and we enjoyed the food we had there especially the breakfasts. And it is within walking distance of everything. Highly recommended.

We weren't guests at the hotel, but we booked a massage at the spa, which I highly recommend. It was a wonderful little break, and the staff there were all incredibly kind and friendly from the initial contact to the day of the massage! We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel right on a narrow canal. Marble every. Room is nice, best shower of the 3 hotels on last trip to Italy. Good hotel for those looking to get away from an American hotel without taking a risk.

But above all, a professional, friendly, and attentive staff, reflecting the refined elegance of this delightful place. A truly endearing staff who breathe life into this hotel. Thank you to the warm and welcoming Alessandra at reception, who, from the moment you arrive, makes you understand that you've chosen the best hotel in Venice, a place to feel comfortable and happy in all its simplicity. For the same reasons, thank you to Sergio, also at reception. And let's not forget Deborah and Cinzia at breakfast, whose kindness and attentiveness ensure a pleasant and warm experience. As for us, we've found our "home" in Venice!

Great hotel, very central, pleasant staff, tasty breakfast

I stayed for two nights with my boyfriend during a trip to celebrate my birthday. The experience was nothing short of spectacular. The staff is always attentive and courteous, accommodating every request. Our room was very comfortable, warm, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was super comfy, and there are three types of pillows to suit every need. We also used the spa, which completes the hotel experience and offers moments of relaxation. The breakfast is truly rich and varied, with everything from sweet to savory, there's something for everyone! I really appreciated the little birthday surprise during breakfast; I wasn't expecting it, and I was pleasantly surprised. I'd love to return in the future!
