My husband and I just returned from a lovely stay. The rooms are beautiful and everything I was looking for to introduce my husband to this romantic city. I look forward to recommending this hotel to friends living in/ traveling to Europe as it is truly a one of a kind experience. We would absolutely return.

Excellent room on the first floor with three big windows with shutters that can be open, end up with a panoramic view of the canal. Very convenient, came by private taxing from the train station, 60 Euros. The porters at the train station will take you to a private taxi, much cheaper than booking in advance. The taxi drops you right in front of the hotel. Front desk personnel outstanding. Good personalities, very confident, engaging, also nice breakfast, all the basics cappuccino, scrambled eggs, bacon, juices, fruits, cereal so on and so forth. No need to start off hungry. The front desk team is very good on giving recommendations for places to eat or logistical details. You can't go wrong at the Rialto Hotel. Incidentally, we've been staying at the Rialto over the years I think the first time probably was close to 15 years ago. Our favorite place relative to price in Venice.

I stayed at the Reali the first days of the carnival on 28 and 29 January, a very elegant hotel, reminiscent of ancient Venice, with an entrance on a small romantic canal (the only way to arrive by private boat) and on a secret little square, near the bridge Rialto and Piazza San Marco......................the room in ancient Venetian style from 1600 - 1700, with canal view, quality furniture, excellent bed with a headboard elegant and particular, very beautiful marble bathroom, perfect for romantic evenings............... Charming hotel to savor the beauty and sensuality of Venice

We had a fantastic stay! We stayed here for a few nights while traveling across Europe and could not have asked for a better experience. The room was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The location is great - it's close to the Rialto bridge and plenty of shopping and dining. The hotel offers a private gondola experience, and also a free water taxi to a glass blowing factory. And most of all, the staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to give an amazing experience for our honeymoon. We had issues with the heating/AC in our room and the staff were very accommodating and ultimately were able to get us a new room. Stay here when you're in Venezia!

Relaxing moment ++++ at the spa. We spent an afternoon at the spa of this hotel....4 hours enjoying the jacuzzi, sauna and hammam. There is also access to a small roof terrace where you can drink tea provided.....Really a welcome break after a full day visiting Venice

Schon der Gruß aus der Kirche, bestehend aus vier delikaten Komponenten, machte Lust auf mehr. Als Einstieg in das Menü, ließen wir uns den sehr gelungenen, rohen Schwertfisch munden. Auch die darauf folgenden Sepia waren auch wirklich köstlich. Die Spaghetti mit rohen Garnelen konnte uns dann eher weniger überzeugen, aber dafür war der Seebarsch mit Mandelkruste wieder richtig lecker. Auch das Rinderfilet war perfekt zubereitet, und die schmackhaften Desserts rundeten das kreative Menü wunderbar ab. Dazu gab es eine hervorragend abgestimmte Weinbegleitung, die keine Wünsche offen ließ, und der Service wr bis hier hin auch sehr gut. Soweit der erfreuliche Teil des Abends. Dann mussten wir dreimal nach der Rechnung fragen und saßen schließlich sehr lange vor leeren Tellern und Gläsern. Man war offensichtlich nicht imstande, uns eine Rechnung auszustellen, obwohl das Restaurant fast leer war. Es gab ein Problem mit einer anderen Rechnung, um dass sich das gesamte Servicepersonal kümmerte und den Service an unserem Tisch darum völlig einstellte! Mit Verlaub, das geht gar nicht und uns ist bis heute unverständlich, wie man sich in einem Hotelrestaurant mit diesem Küchen- und Preisniveau dazu hinreißen lassen kann. Durch diese ungastliche Unprofessionalität, hatte der an sich recht erfreuliche Abend ein sehr unerfreuliches und ärgerliches Ende.

In cerca di qualcosa di speciale ho scelto questo ristorante e le altissime attese sono state tutte soddisfatte. La struttura è molto bella e l’atmosfera che si respira è veramente piacevole e esclusiva. Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile ma soprattutto professionale aiutandoci ad apprezzare al meglio quanto proposto. Abbiamo scelto il menù da 6 portate e siamo rimasti soddisfatti in modo assoluto, sotto tutti gli aspetti.
