15/06/2025: For us, this restaurant is the best location in every respect. We've been coming to Lazise and the surrounding area every year for 40 years. The ambiance, with the charcoal grill, the heavenly garden, and the entire decor, is simply unbeatable. The staff is simply fantastic, extremely attentive but not intrusive, and always up for a laugh. Even the various appetizers are explained to you at your table using ready-made pasta. This isn't the typical Italian cuisine you know and expect. No pizza, no Bolognese, no tortellini, and so on. And for the quality and selection of food and wine, the prices are really fair, sometimes too cheap, like an espresso for €1.50 or a bottle of water for €2.50. Try it, and you'll fall in love again with Italian cuisine, which offers so much more than pizza and pasta. For me, 7⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and another 5❤❤❤❤❤ on top if possible. We're looking forward to seeing you again at Pentecost and again in September. You're a great team!

14/05/2025: Spectacular little place, light and good pizza. The really hospitable lady served us right away, there is a counter with some places to eat inside. Worth it. Fair price, if you are in the area eat here.. recommended!

05/05/2025: A hidden gem only a few minutes walk from the arena. Huge variety of pizza slices (including vegetarian ones), that they warm up for you without even asking. We went twice and both times it was calm inside, so we were able to sit down right away.

08/06/2025: I chose Antica Torretta for a romantic dinner in Verona and the experience was simply perfect. The location, elegant and welcoming, creates an intimate and refined atmosphere, ideal for a special evening. The service was impeccable: attentive, discreet staff, always ready to give expert advice on both the dishes and the wine list.

07/06/2025: We had a wonderful experience at Antica Torretta last night. Service was thoughtful and passionate and timely. All of the servers made you feel like they wanted you to enjoy the experience. We tried some different dishes and flavors and were pleasantly surprised. All of the dishes were outstanding. Then, after dinner, it’s only a 1 minute walk to the Ponte Pietra and fabulous views. Great restaurant and location.

03/06/2025: Very well-kept restaurant, few dishes but very well-kept, special proposal. We stopped for lunch after a walk in the surroundings, by chance, but we found a great welcome. Excellent dishes also vegetarian, excellent service. We had a smoked salmon appetizer, and two second courses, and a very good ice cream. Prices adequate to the quality, but not exaggerated.

06/06/2025: We have been with my family a couple of times and I found everything I look for when I go out to eat: very well prepared and tasty dishes, managing meat and fish is not easy, impeccable service, the owner runs between tables and kitchen but stops for a quick joke. 25/05/2025: The food and service here is worthy of a Michelin star. We sat outside and started with scallops. I had the pasta special with fresh pasta and lobster. The pasta was so fresh and cooked perfectly. The dessert was a blueberry meringue that surpassed what I’ve received at many Michelin star restaurants. The wine menu was impressive with many great options though we went with a Ruinart Rose due to most people in my party getting seafood. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed that it was served in proper wine glasses and not champagne flutes. I would strongly recommend this restaurant if you’re in Venice and I will certainly visit again the next time I’m here.

I piatti, sempre preparati con ingredienti freschi e di prima qualità, raccontano la tradizione del territorio con gusto e semplicità. L’atmosfera è calda e autentica: merito della famiglia che lo gestisce, sempre sorridente e attenta, capace di far sentire ogni ospite come a casa. Un luogo dove si mangia bene, ci si sente accolti e si ha sempre piacere di tornare.

10/05/2025: Elegant, clean place and impeccable service, probably one of the best around. We ordered the catch of the day and it was love as soon as the cloche was raised. Highly recommended!!!!!

03/06/2025: We hadn't made a reservation and were there with our dog. We received a very warm welcome, and they explained to us in English (since we don't speak Italian) what extras were available. Unfortunately, I can only give the service 5 stars, but they deserved more. They also offered a wine recommendation. The food was excellent. We followed the previous recommendation and shared the delicious roast beef. Afterwards, we had a pizza unlike anything we've had in Germany. There were also a lot of locals there, which was a good sign for us. The visit was worthwhile. Thank you for the lovely evening.

28/05/2025: With friends to share an asparagus dinner at the end of the season, we were able to enjoy a tasting of the highest level. Starting with an appetizer of fried and raw asparagus in salad, continuing with a risotto, followed by the classic asparagus and eggs and finishing with an asparagus ice cream with salted caramel. All excellent, with attentive and punctual service. A Raboso Piave and a Malanotte Gelsaia from the Cecchetto winery completed the joy of our palate. Truly a great evening. Well done. Highly recommended and we will return at the end of the summer for the game!!
