03/10/2025: Spectacular! Nothing to say about the food, except that everything we ate was out of this world. From the generous, high-quality platter to the main courses and desserts, everything was delicious and much appreciated. The location is beautiful, all wood, on two levels, and warm despite it being already chilly outside. The service was impeccable; the young woman who served us was very kind from the start, making us feel at ease and making the experience even more enjoyable. The prices were very reasonable; it wasn't excessive, and given the quality and deliciousness offered, we were very satisfied. Highly recommended!

20/10/2025: It's not the first time I've been there, although the only thing that convinced me on Saturday night were the oysters and the appetizers. If you're looking for something special, the appetizers and oysters won't disappoint, but I don't recommend the rest.

15/10/2025: Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, we were informed that several dishes on the menu were unavailable. The staff was visibly understaffed, and service suffered, with rather long waits. Despite it being a tiramisu party, the dessert was already sold out, despite our early arrival. Overall, a somewhat chaotic and disorganized evening. A shame, because the atmosphere and concept of the place would be very pleasant.

The menu offers a wide selection, with simple combinations of dishes designed to showcase the quality of the ingredients. Excellent service, and the recommended wine paired perfectly with the dishes. 01/10/2025: A small, well-kept, and bright place... there's plenty of parking, but it's in a small town, so there's no private parking. The kindness and helpfulness of the staff, who even gave us a complimentary sample of bruschetta with cherry tomatoes and burrata, made us feel welcomed and appreciated. When I started eating the pizza, I understood why they insisted on going all the way there (because half the people there were from out of town)... it's truly delicious. Excellent ingredients, a fairly thick dough that rises perfectly... even when it cools, it's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The prices aren't cheap, but I'd say it's worth it.

13/10/2025: I stopped in for dinner almost by chance (I'd actually read excellent reviews) while traveling from another city. I was greeted by a kind and smiling lady. I ate a rosemary-scented tagliata, which was simply delicious, incredibly tender, and cooked to perfection. The complimentary glass of wine was excellent. The price was fair. What can I say? I hope to return soon to try the porchetta, which gives the restaurant its name. My compliments, truly...

16/10/2025: Intrigued by the name, I went to eat at this trattoria with two friends and it was a pleasant surprise. The cured meats and cheeses were excellent, the bigoli al tastasale was superb with generous sauce, and the obligatory mopping up of the bread was a must. Good prices. We had a pleasant chat with the owners, Silvia and Ivana. Recommended.

27/09/2025: I’m not sure I will ever experience a better tasting menu. We planned our Italy trip around this restaurant, and we would do it again in a heartbeat. We walked away completely full. With a range of options for the tasting menu, from adventurous experimental dishes to classics, it delivers exactly what you’re looking for. We loved every course of the experimental menu, and the dessert was truly otherworldly.
