23/07/2024: Under the advice of the owner of the accommodation, we had dinner in this typical trattoria... we found the typical flavors and the p with which they are prepared. Everything was very good, the staff in the room were very kind. They accommodated us even though we hadn't booked. Advised!

20/07/2024: Delicious. We really enjoyed that trattoria of excellence. We start with a Vitello Tonnato e Bruschette Mix. The Maiale stinco was fantastic, the pasta with Cinghiale delicious al dente and the manzo tagliata with just a little maldon salt and rosemary top. Great wines from Umbria but also from Tuscany etc!! The calm and friendly owner. Highly recommended

11/08/2024: The castle of Titignano is difficult to get to because of the dirt road, but once you arrive, the place is enchanting, lost in the Umbrian countryside. Once at the table, we found a fixed menu, worthy of a wedding lunch. Good quality dishes and portioned at the table by the waiters, who come back several times. Good house wine. It was a great discovery on a great beautiful day.

28/07/2024: Stunning place from every point of view, landscapes, gastronomy and peace of mind in general!! Perched 500 meters above sea level, even on the hottest summer days it can offer unique sensations. I was there for a wedding, but there were also a lot of people on holiday for the weekends. Sore notes: -the heat in the rooms. It was CONSTANT 31C in our room, both day and night. - mosquitos. If you wanted to take advantage of the cool night time by sleeping with the windows open (which we were forced to do) you would be literally torn to pieces. - Food risks. Marginal detail and I think very limited, but in fact me, my partner and two other couples on the second day had diarrhea and stomach problems in general. - invoicing. General confusion in calculating the totals, drinks never ordered charged to the room, ditto for double lunches never consumed. These are all solvable problems, all you need are €50 mosquito nets, a little attention in the kitchens and a simple notebook in which you are asked to sign with your room number for every order... The place remains wonderful, a shame for an experience not only with good memories.

12/08/2024: The place is small but very characteristic. The service was friendly, fast and satisfying. The carbonara (number one) is not just a course written on the menu but it is so in name and in fact, as are the ravioli which were fantastic.

11/08/2024: People of a kind now rare. Welcomed with a smile and a lot of kindness from all the staff of the place (we also had a puppy with us). We started with a platter of local cured meats and cheeses. Everything delicious. Then a first course, fettuccine with truffle. Homemade pasta and remarkable quality of raw materials. We combined everything with an aromatic white wine (recommended by the owners) which was exaggeratedly good. We pass through Orvieto at least once a year. We will definitely be back.

22/08/2024: Ambiente suggestivo, locale accogliente. La cucina è eccezionale, i veri sapori della cucina umbra e non soltanto. Il servizio ottimo. La migliore carbonara che abbia mai assaggiato.

22/08/2024: Personale e proprietari molto simpatici ed educati, si vede che lo fanno con piacere e passione. Cibo buono (primi abbondanti e saporiti), cantucci fatti da loro con vin santo assolutamente da provare! Bravi!

15/08/2024: Fantastisch lekkere gerechten met lekkere wijnen van eigen wijngaard. Supervriendelijke bediening. Wij verbleven 4 dagen in het hotel en hebben er elke avond gedineerd ( wel duurdere prijsklasse maar zijn geld meer dan waard). Culinaire verwenvakantie 😋

09/08/2024: Super recommended restaurant. The manager was very nice and ironic! Genuine cuisine with authentic flavours. Not abundant dishes, more! A rich and traditional menu. Very little waiting. Know how to try and come back!

24/08/2024: At 10pm, having just arrived from a long journey, it was the only place open to eat in Orvieto and its surroundings, where the kitchens do not serve dinner as early as 9pm. Good food, plentiful and tasty. Honest prices. The desserts are also delicious, including an Egyptian one. Courteous and helpful staff who also gave us information on what to visit in Orvieto. Must try!!

09/07/2024: Ottima location, ottimo cibo, ottimo servizio ed ottimo prezzo. Vi basta. Io direi proprio che può bastare, ma se non vi fidate, andateci.

21/07/2024: Fantastic pasta. We had several varieties and they were all very good. I even had wild boar, which was also good. The tiramisu was heavenly. All at a very good price.

21/07/2024: High quality ingredients, superb culinary result. For the quality offered, the price is decidedly lower than expected. The only note, if you want to find, is the management of the tables. Arriving without a reservation, we were told there was no room. Obviously understandable, except that we were the ones who instantly indicated that the table in front was becoming available
