31/05/2026: Excellent dinner! We chose the truffle appetizer and two truffle-themed first courses. House wine. Everything was excellent. Service was prompt and welcoming, though a little slower during peak hours. Understandable, given that the place was practically packed. We'll be back!

01/05/2026: We arrived on May 1st at 12:00 PM without a reservation, hoping to eat since we were traveling. We were greeted with extreme kindness (we have a 10-month-old baby and a 3-year-old girl with us). Everyone was very professional but above all loving; it felt like we were having lunch with family. The food was exquisite and delicious. Two crescie, a ravioli, a chicken breast, spinach, and water for €40. The portions were incredibly generous. If we had spent even €20 more, I would have thought the bill was fair given the portions. Every time we pass by, we'll definitely stop for lunch. It was a great pleasure.

16/05/2026: A treat in the center of Gubbio. We ate excellent food in a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful; they even went to get us gloves because it was pouring with rain and we were on our motorcycles. If you want to eat well in a peaceful setting, this is the place.

09/05/2026: I went to this restaurant with a friend for lunch after hiking in the area. The restaurant is definitely in a strategic location, on the Flaminia road in Lugo, which connects the sea to Gubbio. A classic yet well-maintained location, with a large indoor dining room and several outdoor tables. Very friendly and helpful staff, fast service. The menu is mainly meat-based, with a diverse variety of options, and in the evening the restaurant also serves as a pizzeria. My travel companion and I were hungry, so we ordered a semi-complete menu, sharing only one appetizer between us. The flavors are very good, the ingredients are fresh, the portions are excellent, and all at a truly fair price. We were very satisfied and will definitely return if we are ever in the area again.

It's one of those "old-school" trattorias where substance matters more than appearance, and where you always leave with a smile (and definitely full). Highlights: The portions are rightly described as "outrageous" or "truck-driver-sized" due to their generous size. Among the unmissable specialties are the fresh, handmade pasta first courses, a true trademark of the restaurant. Main courses with character: the fried lamb is a rare, crispy and flavorful specialty, as is the mixed grill and the Milanese cutlet, served in impressive sizes. Service and hospitality: Besides the excellent food, what makes this place special is the family atmosphere. The staff are extremely kind, always smiling and ready to run between the tables to ensure nothing is missing, even though the restaurant is often full. You can sense a rare dedication: the staff is friendly, fast, and attentive. and capable of making you feel immediately "at home". In short: An unbeatable quality-price ratio for those who love authentic flavors. It's not a place for those seeking luxury, but it's perfect for those who want divine food and be surrounded by exquisite people. We went there for two nights even though we were staying in Valfabbrica!!

13/04/2026: A rustic restaurant in true Umbrian style, with a simple menu but tasty, authentic dishes. The tagliatelle are excellent. I'll be back to try the chicken fricó. The house wine is drinkable and pleasant. Special mention goes to the young waiter, who was polite and quick. Recommended!

It's a wonderful place, staffed by exceptional and special people. Incredible elements and flavor combinations are the best you could wish for. All these elements are brought to life by the heart and soul of the incredible and talented Chef and owner. He possesses an absolute, top-notch technique that allows him to craft ingredients like very few others, resulting in dishes that are beyond unique and incredibly flavorful. For the owner-chef, perfection is a fundamental concept, and he strives to surpass it, ALWAYS. The expertly crafted ingredients, beyond perfection, blend seamlessly with the highest-quality raw materials, used with incredible skill. The dishes intoxicate the palate and the senses...everything is a caress for the soul. The ingredients were cooked sublimely. A tip: Umbricoli with Reggiano and black truffle. I have NEVER eaten better Umbricoli in my life! Here, the cuisine and drink, rigorously traditional, are a true art, a journey through sight, smell, and taste, but above all through the feelings and emotions that the Chef, preparing dishes unlike any other, evokes in those who enjoy them. 04/06/2026: Recommended by several locals, I went to what is considered the best restaurant in Gubbio for traditional Umbrian cuisine. The welcome was exquisite, and the food even more so. The first courses are highly recommended, and of excellent quality. Sitting on the terrace offers a beautiful view and fresh air.

High-quality, varied, and generous pizzas. Perfect al dente pasta and an exquisite mountain cheese fondue with truffle. Highly recommended.

05/05/2026: Nice location in the center of Gubbio. The selection of crescentini is quite extensive, but in my opinion they're all a bit dry; something creamy like cheese would be a good choice. We waited about 45 minutes for our order, but since it was a holiday, we didn't mind. The prices were fair. The waiters were young and helpful.
