21/08/2025: We definitely WON'T be back! We had lunch here based on the reviews, but we had a terrible experience, starting with our requests at the time of ordering, which weren't met either due to the presence of items the waiter had indicated were missing, or the timing of delivery. We'd asked for a dish more urgently so our child could eat, but it was brought to us at the end of the meal. We also ate lentil soup in which the lentils were almost raw. Finally, the toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom was jammed.

20/08/2025: We ate the best fried pizzas in the world!!! I'll remember them for the rest of my life. The pizza was also good. I tried the turkey and that was good too. What can I say? You can't go wrong, the prices are also great! Thanks!

21/07/2025: Beautiful village, clean and fresh apartments, and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. There are two lovely pools to relax in, and the restaurant offers excellent and varied dishes. Breakfast is also very varied and plentiful. It was a truly lovely stay, albeit unfortunately short.

25/07/2025: Lovely place, friendly, and helpful staff. The food is exceptional. The meats are incredibly fresh, as are the cheeses. The wine is also excellent. We'll be back to try other dishes. Highly recommended.

22/02/2025: Worth the experience: excellent raw fish, attentive service, a place that's not exceptional but reasonably priced. The outdoor terrace is warm in the summer, with no wind, because it's sheltered on three sides. There were four of us, and we shared two half slices of truly excellent pizza. Next, we ordered four seafood entrees (spaghetti with clams, a bit too oily; a tasty passatello allo scoglio; a sublime lobster gnocchi; and a plate of chicche with exquisite seafood). We drank a bottle of wine and two bottles of water. Total cost €30 per person, which I'd call fair. We returned and ordered pappa al pomodoro with fish, eggplant, mozzarella, and swordfish rolls, gnocchi with zucchini, courgette flowers, and prawns, and paccheri with seafood puttanesca... all delicious. We drank a bottle of water and two glasses of Vermentino. The price was still in line with previous visits: €65.

31/07/2025: I'm on vacation with my family at a nearby farmhouse, and this week we've been enjoying this place for three nights now. Everything was delicious, the XXL burgers were exquisite, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely be back before we return to Rome!

12/08/2025: Beautiful location, steeped in history. Excellent food, and incredibly kind and helpful staff. A particularly friendly young man greeted us and explained the building's history to us—much appreciated!

08/09/2025: A quaint place. Simple but tasty cuisine. We stopped by on a Sunday for lunch; the place was packed, which may have caused confusion and slow service. Overall, though, we're happy with our choice.

07/09/2025: The food wasn't bad, but the staff was rude and excessively slow. We waited an hour for the starters, when customers who arrived after us had time to finish their food and leave. Poor value for money, and the bathroom didn't have toilet paper (for a €2.50 cover charge per person, I would have expected the bare minimum). If you have time to spare, I recommend it for a long lunch; otherwise, you'd be better off choosing a place with more reasonable service.

25/04/2025: I'm on Erasmus, working and studying and it doesn't hurt to go out to relax a little from time to time, I would say that it is one of the best places in Foligno, the atmosphere is great, the music too, but the cake goes to Nicolás, the mixologist is a real genius with drinks, I asked him to make me a surprise cocktail but to bring whiskey! And what a good decision! Mucho Grazie Nico!

14/08/2025: We stumbled upon this festival of events dedicated to art, food, and wine, but above all to conviviality in a quintessentially Italian style. The small village of Torgiano comes alive by lending spaces and locations to local artists. Excellent food and a wonderful atmosphere.

07/09/2025: We came here because of the many good reviews. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. We should have read the latest reviews. Since the new owner changed hands in April 2025, nothing seems to be the same anymore. Whereas large portions used to be offered at a reasonable price, it's now the other way around. The value for money is completely out of place. The mixed grill or the truffle pasta used to cost €11 and now cost €16, a price increase of 45%. On my grill plate were a sausage, two slices of bacon, and two tiny chops. No small side dish, nothing extra, not even an onion ring or a slice of tomato. Even the once highly praised freshly toasted bread seems to have lost some of its quality; at least ours was hard and nothing special. The €12 coperto for four people rounds out the visit. All in all, in my opinion, the long journey is no longer worth it. We wouldn't come here again. If the value for money doesn't improve, I fear more and more visitors will stay away.

07/09/2025: We went without a reservation on a Sunday for lunch. They were busy, but they still found a way to accommodate us. Fast service, excellent food.

26/08/2025: Excellent flavors, the service is a little slow although competent in describing the dishes and recommending wine pairings.

20/07/2025: Tacitus offers typical local cuisine from Terni. Wonderful Ciriole, "Ternana" style, and with truffles. The meat is also excellent, as are the side dishes. Parking is convenient in front of the entrance, although it's paid, or you can easily find it on Via Pacinotti, the street adjacent to the restaurant. Reservations are recommended beforehand.

15/08/2025: Historic bar with sandwiches and more for all of us bikers. Excellent ham and cheese.

25/07/2025: Typical bar in the Bocca Serriola Pass. Don't expect super luxury, but the guy who served us was very friendly.

26/04/2025: Ristorante in Corso Mameli molto curato con personale professionale ed accogliente. Ottima qualità delle portate. Consiglio pappardelle al sagrantino e la bistecca al tartufo. Ottima la carta dei vini. Fermatevi e godete anche voi. Prezzo giusto.

10/06/2025: Ci sono ritornato dopo 2 anni è avuto il piacere di gustare i loro prodotti. Torta al testo con porchetta davvero squisita e abbondante. Personale molto accogliente. Ci tornerei sicuramente!!!

09/06/2025: Un posto accogliente, menù ben spiegato e chiaro e prodotti buoni…ci sono stata a pranzo con la mia famiglia, dopo la visita a Santa Maria degli Angeli, ed è stata una buona scelta. Raggiungerlo è molto semplice in quanto molto Vicino alla Basilica, ci si può arrivare a piedi in pochissimo tempo e anche in macchina perché ci sono dei parcheggi
