We only had pizza and dessert. Good. I would go back for the beautiful outdoor location where we ate.

The food is excellent, and the outdoor setting is beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed the stuffed zucchini flowers, the cheese gnocchi with walnuts, and the bucatini all'amatriciana.

The location inside an old villa is top notch. The food is excellent, especially considering the quality/price ratio.

A very pleasant place, especially on summer evenings. Thin and crispy pizza, the kind that holds up a slice 😁 Owners are always friendly. Diego, the waiter, is an added bonus 😀 Well done. Update The owners' son is now in the waiter's room, a polite, good, and fast guy. In addition to Simone's pizza, Elisabetta's cooking is very good. The Bucatini all'amatriciana and alla spoletina are truly delicious.

We spent five days in Assisi, Spoleto, Foligno, and Perugia, and on two of those days we also went to this Hosteria near where we were staying. It's near Foligno, and this experience was unique: Food) Excellent, we had dinner both days. First, we had Carbonara and second, pasta with Chianina ragù. Being from the north, we mostly eat meat ragù with sausage, etc. Service) The waiter and owner are very friendly but also serious, with few people if you come on the right days. Ambience) Very nice, with plenty of tables and music of all kinds. The restaurant overall is very large and beautiful, with reasonable wait times, which can be long for some. If you're in a hurry, you can ask for something to snack on (fries, potato croquettes, etc.), and they'll bring it right away.
