18/02/2025: I had dinner at this place on Valentine's Day. I would like to point out that despite the "celebration" day, the place was not very full, in fact we found a place without booking. We sat down around 8pm and were immediately offered a welcome entrée. Here is the first negative note: the entrée was nothing more than a spirit served in a glass, without anything to eat (you could have served some tarallo or breadsticks). In short, without having eaten anything you have a nice drink of this spirit which, instead of quenching your hunger, destroys your stomach. We took the order: 2 plates of beef gyoza and 3 sushi rolls. Second negative note: A table who arrived after us (but who already knew the staff) ate before us who had arrived earlier and they managed to both order and eat in about an hour (at 9pm they were already out of the restaurant). This was very frustrating because on the contrary, we had to wait 40 minutes before putting something under our teeth and in all of this the only thing we had ingested was the shot served as an entrée. After 40 minutes of waiting our 3 rolls arrived, nothing to say about these, the rolls were good and well presented. We waited another 20/30 minutes but the Gyoza didn't arrive so I asked a waitress who replied that the beef Gyoza were out of stock. (We had ordered them an hour before and when we ordered the beef Gyoza they were there! Who knows who ate my Gyoza). I know there was a mistake on the part of the waitress on the Gyoza and obviously it's not a fault, to err is human, but I wonder, how is it possible that ALL the staff (at least 4 people) don't realize that a table of two people is waiting over 40 minutes to eat and no one comes to ask if we want anything else or if everything is ok? The impression I had was that of a place that tries to be chic, serving water in the glass and serving an entrée (conceptually wrong), but which then totally forgets about the basics such as giving two peanuts or taralli while waiting and taking care of customers in times of need. In fact we were just completely forgotten all evening. I would like to point out, however, that I do not believe it to be a mistake made by a single person but by ALL the staff. We had a table near the counter, very visible to EVERYONE but no one ever bothered to come and ask us if we were missing something or if we wanted anything else, rather I saw empty tables being cleaned while we waited for someone to come and serve us. In the end we left at 10pm (after two hours) without having eaten practically anything. (3 rolls in two). At the time of the bill nothing was deducted from us and we paid a flat 60 euros for: 3 rolls 1 water 1 beer. I leave this negative review because the "dinner" was expensive and the staff was practically "absent". Some advice to the owner/staff: 1 - You must eat something with the entree, especially if a spirit is served. I don't think the people who come to eat in your restaurant usually eat beforehand, so they have an empty stomach! Serving a spirit without even a peanut and making you wait 40 minutes for a first course is a mistake. 2 - It is not correct to serve tables that arrived later (even if they are "friends" or regular customers) this is very annoying for customers, especially if they have to wait 40 minutes before putting something under their teeth and are forced to look at who arrived after eating. 3 - After you make a mistake you try to fix it by offering something or giving some discount to make up for the bad impression. However, not even the bottle of water was taken away from us.... Personally I won't go back there again and I wouldn't recommend it for a dinner! Rather, it's a bar trying to do some sushi. If you want to drink it's OK but for food I would recommend going somewhere else. In short, it is one of those places where you spend WELL and eat LITTLE.

18/01/2025: Norma is the place to be. Young, professional, capable and motivated staff. Pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. All the sushi we tried was excellent, as were the other appetizers. Really good cocktails (one leads to another). Last but not least... there is also the possibility of playing chess. Memorable experience.

29/03/2025: The setting is warm and welcoming, in a scenic Villa that alone deserves to be seen, especially at night: Villa Candida. This Hosteria (which offers various traditional Umbrian dishes on the menu) offers varied types of pizza, good and tasty. Careful service. Fair prices. Recommended!

15/02/2025: If you are looking for a restaurant in the historic center of Orvieto that offers delicious Umbrian cuisine and a welcoming atmosphere, "La Buca di Bacco" is the right place! The dishes are fantastic, like the forest-scented umbrichelli with sausage and porcini mushrooms, and the umbrichello with Norcia black truffle. Furthermore, all dishes can be gluten-free. Don't forget to admire the splendid medieval Etruscan cave located under the restaurant. An experience not to be missed!

13/02/2025: Food was meh by Italy standards and everything from the stalish bread for the cover, the wine and the desert was a bit of the up sell or up price. Nothing awful but much better options in Orvieto. Most def don't order from the un-priced chalkboard menu without checking price first.

31/03/2025: Tripe, coratella and pajata!!! Definitely the top in Perugia.

15/03/2025: The food is always excellent with cured meats and cake as in the past the premises are characteristic of a time that generates beautiful memories Apparo is always Apparo

04/01/2025: I often frequent this place, which is located in Valtopina near Foligno. The pizza is good and the American chips with sauces are definitely worth getting. They have some very good special beers. The place is a beer hall where you can also watch the matches. It is truly immersed in a grove and the name is also suitable for the interior furnishings. Affordable prices, friendly and helpful staff.

16/01/2025: Bellissima giornata di sole ,dopo una passeggiata lungo lago , Piediluco oggi sembrava un paesino disabitato non abbiamo trovato un posto dove pranzare,risaliti in auto ci siamo diretti verso Terni ma appena fuori Piediluco ci siamo imbattuti in una trattoria ,da fuori non è tanto accattivante ma appena si entra l'ambiente è caldo accogliente e ben curato, la cameriera gentilissima ci ha consigliato molto bene e ci ha fatto assaggiare dei piatti speciali di pesce di lago .Bellissima sorpresa se vi trovate in zona non vi perdete l'occasione di provare la cucina di "zia Teresa "

06/04/2025: Sapori was the most delicious meal I’ve had in Italy thus far!! Their menu is extensive and diligently marked with allergens, making it the ideal place for a vegan meal! The staff was so kind and accommodating, offering excellent service and creating a warm and inviting environment to share a meal with people you love, accompanied by soothing Italian music and warm lighting. The house red wine was delicious, the vegan truffle pasta was so fresh and melted in our mouths! The pizza was cooked to perfection, with a fluffy crust and a perfectly seasoned marina sauce, the lentil bean soup was to die for. 5 stars all around! The husband and wife duo who run the restaurant clearly know what they are doing and care about making sure you have a wonderful meal with them! Thank you very much from 2 Chicago foodies!

25/03/2025: Thanks to the lady who convinced us to come in and served us. Great atmosphere and service. I enjoyed a mixed platter of cheeses and Norcini cured meats and crescia, a legume soup without cicerchia and a portion of parmigiana.

10/11/2024: Il.posto è davvero.bello, d'estate di sta benissimo, c'è.insomma del potenziale che ancora non viene.sfruttato appieno. Il.fatto è che è sempre pieno, e i gestori se ne approfittano. Chiamo quasi una settimana prima per prenotare per cena, infrasettimanale. Mi.risponde una ragazza che, tra una risata e l'altra, mi richiede più volte il.cognome, il.giorno e l'orario, poi chiude a malapena salutando. Arriva il.giorno della cena con i mieie amici e, ci mettono nella sala dentro (dove saranno stati 40 gradi); chiedo perchè non abbiamo.il.tavolo fuori, dato che ho prenotato con congruo anticipo, e mi viene risposto che avrei dovuto specificarlo! Bè, prenoto una settimana prima, d'estate, sicuramente mi sono premunita di chiamare così presto per stare in.una sala senza aria condizionata con 40 gradi! Inoltre, avrebbero potuto chiederlo in fase di prenotazione,.visto.che questa è la loro politica, ma forse la.ragazza al di là del.telefono era.troppo presa a.ridere. Hamburger buoni, prezzi un pò troppo alti, visto che devi andare ad ordinare da solo.

26/02/2025: I was in this almost old-time restaurant, during an outing with friends. We ordered a first course, a second course, vegetables and wine each. The quality is excellent, fresh ingredients, polite and punctual service. Generous portions. Highly recommended.

15/03/2025: Basic pizzeria bar but with excellent products both at the bar and especially in the evening with pizza on the plate. Highly recommended
