And then the fried foods, besides the excellent portions, not at all greasy, there are so many things you don't find in other mixed fried foods, like fried sage, fried avocado. Excellent, fresh products, with so many different ideas every day, the pizza by the slice with fava beans, pecorino cheese, and crispy pancetta is amazing! The lady is wonderful, helpful, and always knows how to put you at ease. I really love her madly!

For me, who would eat pizza every day and have tried every type in many Italian cities and regions, this is the best pizza al taglio in Perugia. The dough is thick and crispy, the ingredients are high-quality, and above all, the chef's imagination creates fabulous flavors that even look gourmet... For me, it's an experience every time I try a new flavor, but even the classic pizzas are exceptional! The owner loves her job and knows what she's doing ❤️
