22/01/2025: Ambiente molto carino, dentro le mura del paese in uno storico edificio di mattoni. Cucina molto buona, con un menù che però mi ha lasciato un po' deluso perché un po' difficile da interpretare: non sono riuscito a trovare dei piatti che mi facessero pensare "voglio questo!". Ma ripeto, in fin dei conti ho mangiato molto bene spendendo il giusto. Ottimo e particolare il dolce: baklava con gelato e lamponi

06/01/2025: Che bella sorpresa nel bellissimo Borgo di Stroncone (TR). Il vero ristorante di una volta, bella location, gentilissimo e professionale lo staff e super Chef 🧑‍🍳. Cucina di una volta in chiave contemporanea, qui la qualità dei prodotti anche locali è super, ben preparati e serviti. Abbiamo fatto un bel pranzo luculliano, complimenti a tutti. Ci rivedremo presto. Ps non deve mai mancare il dolce che qui è strepitoso.

16/12/2024: Ottimo, un ottimo locale, moderno, accogliente e nello stesso tempo molto intimo, si sta davvero bene. Ottimo menù, servizio veloce e staff molto gentile e disponibile. Poi arriva il più, la bontà dei piatti, davvero roba di qualità cucinata molto bene. Con un conto finale molto giusto. Consigliatissimo.

02/12/2024: Siamo approdati a questo ristorante pizzeria per caso, e abbiamo scoperto che oltre alle solite pizze sono certificati per la vera pinsa romana, quindi ne abbiamo ordinate 2 diverse e devo dire che hanno superato l'aspettativa. Serata movimentata da un gruppo che si è dato al canto corale, la cameriera si è rivelata efficiente e gentile. Prezzo giusto.

18/04/2025: siamo arrivati la sera della processione di Pasqua, senza prenotare e siamo stati accolti con cortesia anche se c'era tanto movimento. i clienti intorno a noi sono stati serviti molto velocemente e così è stato anche per noi: ragazzi giovani ma molto ben organizzati! piatti gustosi e quantità giusta, servita con ordine. nessuna dimenticanza, nessun errore... tutto perfetto. complimenti!

15/04/2025: Lugar bullicioso, cálido, atractivo. Grande pero reservaría solo para ser dueño del lado seguro. Teníamos pizzas que eran enormes, delgadas y deliciosas. Deberíamos haber tomado uno y compartido un plato masivo de embutidos y queso o un segundo. Personal encantador, acogedor y lleno de lugareños que tenían apetitos masivos e impresionantes! El vino de la casa era bueno y hay una buena lista si quieres explorar variedades. 2 pizzas, vino, cafés 38 euros. ¡Grazie Mille!

03/01/2025: Pantagruel Ristorante eccellente. E quel nome e’ un impegno preciso, che incuriosisce e che non tradisce le aspettative. Già leggendo il menu sale l’acquolina in bocca, le proposte sono piatti raffinati negli accostamenti, ma anche di gran gusto. Ci sono tutti gli ingredienti d’eccellenza di un territorio ricco e generoso e dagli antipasti ai dessert e’ davvero tutto curato e buonissimo. Buona anche la cantina (anche se consiglierei di guardare anche un po’ più a sud per arricchire la proposta vini nazionali). Gentilissimo, cordiale e disponibile lo staff, che ti fa sentire a casa e questo fa la sua bella differenza. Consigliatissimo, noi ci torniamo molto volentieri la seconda sera.

27/03/2025: Had a great day watching basketball with my sons and friends. Service was awesome. I did not eat but what my sons ordered looked great. It was a very nice experience and I looked forward to going back.

03/11/2024: Unfortunately my experience in this place was very negative, poor service, waiting more than an hour, raw meat when expressly told that I wanted it cooked, ordering mistake, lack of kindness, I'm sorry because this place was recommended to me by someone trust me, last thing nothing has been done to remedy the situation! I wouldn't recommend it today!

07/10/2024: We were certainly on the wrong evening, the place was super crowded, many children were running between the tables making confusion but also their parents who weren't running between the tables were making even more confusion, it was like being at a village festival. Service not suitable for all that people...... too bad.

25/03/2025: Restaurant with very good food, with a particular atmosphere created by the large fireplace in the center of the room. Fair prices, friendly staff and clean bathrooms. We come here every first Sunday of the month in conjunction with the Pissignano market. Highly recommended.

16/03/2025: The pizza is not worth the wait. Arrived with a reservation at 9pm, waited over 25 minutes to order and another 40 minutes for the fried foods which were absolutely not worth the price, obligatory tasting menu for a sum of €25 which includes 1 courgette flower and a potato croquette, when I called to make the reservation I was told that the pizza would be a choice without specifying that the choice would be between 6/7 pizzas of which not all were available. At the time of the dessert we were asked for cutlery to be able to eat it, but the waitress replied that we would have to use our hands 😱 Lewd and non-existent service, when requesting the bill the waiter arrived at the table with the POS saying how much the bill amount was without a detailed receipt but a receipt with only the amount due written, the customer must know what he paid and how much I paid for everything. Good pizza but ruined by all the garnishes

20/02/2025: I went with some friends for dinner. The place is very nice, cozy and welcoming. I ate a pizza and a dessert. Very good pizza I must say. Despite the friendliness of the staff, the service could be improved. It's a place I would happily return to!
