11/04/2025: Como nuestra excursión de un día a Gubbio se inspiró en ver la serie de televisión Don Matteo, no pudimos dejar pasar la oportunidad de almorzar afuera en el Bar Ducal. Compartimos una tabla de carnes y queso y cada uno tenía un Spritz Aperol. Era nuestro primer día soleado en el viaje, así que disfrutamos de relajarse en la plaza, bien vale la pena los 32 €.

06/06/2025: Every time I go into Bar Pazzaglia in Terni it's like finding a nice surprise. I almost always have an American coffee, but what really wins me over are the tramezzini: very fresh, delicious, a real treat. Every bite gives me a little emotion, that authentic satisfaction that only things made with care can give. And what about croissants and pastries? Absolute goodness! The staff is always kind, attentive and professional, and this makes the difference. I like to sit in the internal room, where I find the privacy and tranquility that I seek: a little refuge in the heart of the city. A special place, which I sincerely recommend. 09/06/2025: Very nice, quiet location, a cool alley with little activity. But... 1. Unfriendly greeting 2. Although other tables were available (no reservations), we were assigned a table that wouldn't have accommodated two regular-sized plates. 3. When we wanted to order 1x tagliere salumi, 1x orologio di formaggio, and 1x crostini misti, a total of €34 without a drink, we were told we had to order at least €15 each... We looked at each other a bit perplexed and hesitated... And besides, they didn't do antipasti alone. We got up and left. I've never experienced anything like that before. ... Oh yes, and ATM payments only from €35. Italian law clearly says otherwise... And when it's €1...

03/01/2025: Pantagruel Ristorante eccellente. E quel nome e’ un impegno preciso, che incuriosisce e che non tradisce le aspettative. Già leggendo il menu sale l’acquolina in bocca, le proposte sono piatti raffinati negli accostamenti, ma anche di gran gusto. Ci sono tutti gli ingredienti d’eccellenza di un territorio ricco e generoso e dagli antipasti ai dessert e’ davvero tutto curato e buonissimo. Buona anche la cantina (anche se consiglierei di guardare anche un po’ più a sud per arricchire la proposta vini nazionali). Gentilissimo, cordiale e disponibile lo staff, che ti fa sentire a casa e questo fa la sua bella differenza. Consigliatissimo, noi ci torniamo molto volentieri la seconda sera.

15/06/2025: Quick lunch for two after visiting the city. Very nice atmosphere and professional and kind staff. Good omelette with truffle and equally good torta al testo with porchetta and roast potatoes.

24/05/2025: Maybe I got the night wrong, but unfortunately I can't give a good review, I was assigned a seat in front of the entrance not even a meter from the door, with a constant coming and going, the table was wedged between two other tables, we sat down and we couldn't move, we booked convinced we were going to a farmhouse, we found ourselves practically in a pizzeria, I mean that from a farmhouse I expect a menu with appetizers, first courses, second courses etc. etc. no pizza and sandwiches, among other things a very annoying noise, to speak I practically had to shout. Maybe I'm getting old?? Anyway if someone has the same culinary tastes as me and is looking for a bit of tranquility I don't recommend it. The pizza. ni. I forgot about the staff, which I found young, kind and fast.

17/04/2025: Ho passato due mesi a Foligno ed è un peccato aver trovato solo gli ultimi tre giorni i Dei Franceschi...le luci rendono l'ambiente rilassante...la Padrona di casa Cinzia e, la mamma, ottime cuoche e persone squisite...le portate e la Pinsa buonissime!!!...Quando tornerò a Foligno sarà un posto fisso per la cena...Assolutamente da provare...ah...più di una volta!!!!

23/02/2025: Ormai questo Ristorante è diventato un'istituzione in città, tappa dovuta per folignati e non. La pinsa è buonissima e digeribile, i primi piatti e i secondi sono semplici e ben fatti. Le titolari, Eva e Cinzia, sono state accoglienti e pazienti, nonostante il mio gruppo fosse numeroso e vivace. Siamo stati benissimo. Torneremo!
