24/06/2025: Locale catino, abbiamo cenato in veranda. Menu con pietanze tipiche del posto e molto buone. Buono il servizio così come il personale. Ottimo compromesso qualità/prezzo. Ottima anche la pizza. Se siete in zona direi di fermarsi.

Non-existent customer care, I have been to millions of restaurants and it has never happened that no one lets me taste the bottles of wine and demands that I take them now because I have to, no change of glasses between one bottle and another! Zero customer care, €200 spent between three, for having eaten almost nothing. Not even paper towels in the location. A short mistaken for a bitter, for €5, paying for dinner we ask for another 3 empty shorts that do not exist, practically another €15, rude and annoying girl..bah from when I wanted to go back to never again! I will not comment further

05/07/2025: A place to stop in the morning after cycling for breakfast with a nice croissant and coffee from the bar, maybe some cold drinks as a reference to continue the journey towards Bevagna. In the afternoon and evening the view is magical with the sunset and its magical colors of pink, purple, orange from the windows that overlook the surrounding vineyards, enjoying a good red wine from the area or a prosecco recommended by the owner of the bar. For the little ones and greedy adults its strong point is the _artisanal ice cream_ made by hand with seasonal fruit flavors and some classics of the past, memories emerge while you eat it. For lovers of herbal teas a wide choice with their pastries of the moment. To conclude the very kind staff can help you choose the best options to enjoy an unforgettable moment in your stay.

24/06/2025: Came here by chance while traveling, as it is close to the highway - but I'll come back for a vacation for sure after seeing this unique building and the lovely town it is in. People are friendly and laid back, the room is large and has AC, the hotel is clean. Total hidden gem! Highly recommended!!

24/06/2025: We ate outside, we were served by a really nice waitress, Gaia I think. We ate well in the beautiful little square of Spello and then we took a walk in the really really cute little village.

22/06/2025: We went for lunch on the day of the flower festival and we ordered a crescia and some bruschetta and a bottle of water and I noticed the owner scolding the waitress because we had taken few things but since the menu included what we ordered I don't see the problem anyway if I were to return to Spello I will avoid going there again I was disappointed 😞

09/04/2025: Very positive experience, very good food and despite the many requests from the rather demanding group, the service was excellent and quick. Furthermore, the choice is very vast and inclusive.

30/03/2025: Beautiful historic hotel with room for improvement in service The Hotel Bramante impresses with its special atmosphere and friendly staff - a stylishly renovated monastery with a fantastic view and a quiet location below Todi. The rooms are charming and clean, and the free shuttle into town is a real plus. The service was less convincing for us in some areas. In the lobby we were not actively asked if we would like something to drink - there is a lack of attention here. Unfortunately, the breakfast was rather simple and not at the level that you would expect for this category. Even dinner in the in-house restaurant didn't satisfy us culinary-wise, which is why we spent the remaining evenings in Todi - there are many great alternatives there. Overall, a nice hotel with a lot of potential that would be even more convincing with a little more attention to detail in the service.

26/06/2025: Very pleasant atmosphere, young....but we didn't feel out of place. Polite, correct, friendly service. Honest prices, ok food. Festive lights, easy but stylish tables, very pleasant breeze...good vibes. We'll definitely be back. Serena.

13/06/2025: I have been coming to this place occasionally for a few months now. In the last period I have noticed an impressive decline in both food and service but above all in the rudeness of the owner who in my opinion is not capable of treating customers with courtesy (look at the responses to the reviews for example) I do not recommend this place to anyone. Too bad!

16/07/2025: The place is enchanting. Relaxing, gentle, intimate, and bright. And then dining under a loggia with a splendid view and a pleasant breeze is fantastic. You can sense the passion and care of Chef Gloria in the kitchen and Luciano in the dining room. In fact, we loved everything, from the delicious mushroom croquettes, to the pici (fabulous) and the tartare, all the way to the dessert. Thank you, Luciano and Gloria. Hugs and see you soon. 08/07/2025: A wonderful dining experience! Excellent menu with something for everyone. Exquisite dishes, carefully prepared with quality ingredients. And a fantastic wine list, including excellent Umbrian wines! And all of this in a charming setting with friendly and professional service! Definitely worth a detour (on foot or by car)!
