Shrimp in a uniquely flavorful salsa verde, the perfect tagliata, excellent vegetables, and my son's pasta was devoured in a flash. Breathtaking views, nestled among the alleys of Piediluco. I also tried their Easter pizza, a step back in time for those seeking the true flavors of yesteryear. Congratulations

17/03/2026: Grilled meat and the atmosphere of a true Umbrian tavern

20/01/2026: I stumbled upon it by chance and due to its proximity to the hotel where I was staying. I discovered this somewhat spartan inn with grilled cuisine (my favorite) where I was able to choose the wood-fired cockerel. A true delight; cooked to perfection, another very good second course was the lamb scottadito (I recommend adding an extra rib for a more suitable second course)... forgive the expert advice, but everything was excellent, including the side dishes: grilled vegetables and roast potatoes, very tasty and beautifully presented. An unexpected discovery. Well done. I will definitely be back.

30/12/2025: Nice pastry shop/cafe, but with outrageous prices. Charging 40 cents for a short glass of water (Shortino) for a coffee is unacceptable. A coffee and a drop of water total €1.70 at the counter, definitely excessive.

07/10/2025: We want to thank Beatrice from the bottom of our hearts for welcoming us immediately with such professionalism and passion. From the very first moment, she was able to guide us and instill a sense of calm and security, which is not a given! We knew that with her and her staff, on the most beautiful day of our lives, we wouldn't have to worry about a thing. Everything was perfect, exceeding all expectations, from the abundant and delicious food to the decor and organization! Everyone complimented us! The location is also beautiful and well-kept: the staircase, which I immediately fell in love with, the view that becomes magical at sunset, the very characteristic old tower that we wanted as a backdrop for the cake cutting, and the small village in front...wow!! We couldn't have made a better choice!! I hope there will be other opportunities to return soon, perhaps at someone else's wedding 😜

18/03/2026: This restaurant in Assisi has a very pleasant atmosphere and the service is exemplary. The food was delicious; I can wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful restaurant in the enchanting old town of Assisi.

18/03/2026: In Assisi, you go up and down... Even to enter shops and public establishments, there are steps to climb... For someone with walking difficulties or in a wheelchair, it's truly difficult! Luckily, this business had thought of this and set up an outdoor area accessible to disabled people! So we stopped for lunch here. And we were lucky! In addition to being greeted by attentive and kind staff, we ate really well. A generous and delicious platter of local cured meats was served to us, accompanied by a delicious local wine. We left satisfied, even if the bill was a little (just a little) more expensive than it looked... But that's to be expected, given the tourist traffic here.

04/04/2026: The shop has a nice souvenir shop and typical products, but as for the sandwiches... absolutely avoid them, they are inedible, frozen stuff and of very poor quality, after the hamburger we felt sick!
