Property located in the historic center of Spello. Friendly staff. Rooms are a bit cramped but clean and comfortable. There's no elevator, and the stairs are very heavy, especially with luggage. There's no parking, which is very inconvenient. Prices are a bit high.

A small hotel in the historic center of Spello, on one of the main streets. You can drive up to the hotel and unload your luggage, but you'll have to park about 300 meters away because parking in the center is for residents only. The hotel is small but very well-maintained, with the classic atmosphere of a Hollywood movie set in Italy. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and have spectacular views of the hills, a true added bonus, which can also be enjoyed from the breakfast room. In the summer, you can enjoy breakfast on the terrace with a view. Highly recommended, especially for the price, which is decidedly low for this type of hotel. The staff is extremely kind, competent, and friendly. I highly recommend it.
