19/09/2025: The restaurant doesn't offer much from the outside, and it doesn't look welcoming inside because it seems bare. The staff is polite, smiling, and helpful. The pizza is thin, tasty, and crispy for those who like it. I had a good time.
06/09/2025: On our way back from Rome, we stopped for a quick pizza, and even though it was past 9:30 PM, they seated us right away. The pizzas were very good and well-topped, with thin but not overly so crust. Very fast, courteous service, and excellent prices. Recommended.

01/06/2025: A down to earth tobacco bar. The owner is always jovial and helpful. They have a sisal machine for recharging and paying bills. They have a tobacco machine outside that allows you to pay by card.

12/10/2025: We stopped for lunch for a quick bite; we were passing through, but luckily we stopped. I had a charcuterie board, spectacular in both quantity and variety; my wife had a melt-in-the-mouth tagliata with truffle; baked potatoes and sautéed vegetables to finish. The service was prompt and courteous.

05/10/2025: A good hotel for a night or two while exploring Assisi.
Comfortable, well-equipped rooms (although ours didn't have working air conditioning, which fortunately wasn't a problem in late September).
The meals were tasty, though not very varied. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

12/07/2025: If you're passing through Perugia or after a party, this is the best place to go.
Be careful with the double-filled brioche—there's so much of it, it's scary.
Then, if you want to look cool, they make croissants with multiple fillings, and they're mouth-watering.

19/10/2025: I was very shocked by the hygiene and what is known as cross-contamination, meaning the cross-contamination between raw and cooked foods. The guy who prepares the piadinas and cooks them on the grill handles the chopped sausage with his bare hands, shapes it, and then, without washing his hands, touches the piadinas ready to serve.
This behavior is unacceptable and can easily compromise food safety, causing intestinal upset and discomfort.
The girl who helps with the preparation also works too quickly and pays little attention to detail: for example, she adds salt only to the center of the piadina, leaving the edges completely tasteless. A small gesture that reveals a general lack of care.
The waits are quite long, and while I recognize that the piadinas are still good, it's natural to ask: "Why did I do this?"
