23/03/2026: A calzone costing 8.50 was just mozzarella with double the amount added, without me even telling them to add that amount... for me, it's a steal, either change the prices or change your mind. You can't do things your own way.

The seats are a bit narrow,but all in all I found it a great experience. And, they realized a special diet lunch for my friend, which is also a big plus. Thanks Jen and your wonderfully kind staff. 25/02/2026: The atmosphere is welcoming and warm. Upon entering, you're greeted with warmth and friendliness. Unfortunately, there's limited seating and the tables are cramped. But it's worth it because the food is excellent.

05/01/2026: A truly beautiful place. The interior, with a glowing fireplace in the center, is a true gem: warm, evocative, and meticulously detailed. The decor is rustic yet extremely welcoming, and the tables are large and well-spaced. Four of us dined here and ate deliciously; an experience that has convinced us to definitely return, perhaps in the summer, because the outdoor view is also truly worth it. One detail I greatly appreciated—and which I think every restaurant should have—is the attention paid to service: sanitary napkins, mini towels with a special basket, perfumes for both men and women, mirrors, brushes, air fresheners, and even a small heater to make the space comfortable. A rare and truly commendable touch. Highly recommended! Price per person: medium-high. Value for money: fair and in line with the setting and experience offered.

06/04/2026: But what's wrong with those who write negative reviews about this place? It's a mountain trattoria, a spartan atmosphere, no menu, and plenty of choice. The dishes arrive automatically from the kitchen in the order of two appetizers, two first courses, two second courses, and dessert. Water and wine are included in the price. The owner is extremely kind, and the young woman who served us was very friendly. In short, it's one of those places where time has stood still. Excellent food, true old-fashioned flavors, it's like eating at grandma's house. The portions are generous. When you sit down, you have only one goal...to survive all that abundance. UNESCO World Heritage Site, no other comments to make.

18/03/2026: We stayed at this hotel with a Smartbox. A pleasant surprise. Everything was wonderful, from the building, which is a former convent, to the cleanliness, the spa, the dinner (sublime), and the staff. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. Highly recommended.

04/12/2025: My husband and I got married at San Pietro Sopra Le Acque on July 7, 2024, taking advantage of factors we considered essential in choosing the venue: the possibility of having a religious ceremony on-site at the church on site, the proximity of us and our guests (almost all being local), and the reception being held in the park. Our day was exactly as we had imagined, so much so that our friends often remember it as one of the happiest weddings they've ever been a part of (we're probably biased in describing it that way ourselves!). The weather initially seemed to be unhelpful, clearing up only shortly before the ceremony, and for this I will never be able to thank all the staff who went out of their way (despite the tight schedule) to allow us to hold the outdoor reception as we wanted. We will never forget it!

01/10/2025: With these local ingredients and scenery, it would difficult to create an unpleasant dining experience, and yet this place manages it. There is plenty of choice in Spello, go elsewhere (think the owner has confused us with someone else - we tried to eat)

29/09/2025: A unique culinary experience! Very kind, knowledgeable, and able to recommend the best. 🥰🥰🥰🥰 Oh, and try their truffle and sausage lasagna... PHENOMENAL!!!

11/03/2026: Unfortunately, we didn't have a positive experience, starting with the restaurant... dirty tablecloths, cobwebs on the walls, and a concrete floor. Besides the cold in the dining room... The food... let's say "passable," but if I go out for dinner and pay... even a little too much... I expect more. Dessert at 7 euros... (not homemade as we were offered) definitely too much to be industrial... Personal opinion... But since I'm in the industry... I can afford to say a few more words.

22/02/2026: Everything was perfect thanks to the impeccable service that complements the dream cuisine. The "ceriole" are incredible. The place is cute and welcoming. I'm Tuscan and I've been there every time I'm in Umbria. I can't wait to go back.

02/09/2025: We had lunch last Sunday and it was an amazing journey through flavours!

09/07/2025: A must-try. This restaurant has been open for about 70 years and has been run by the same family for generations. The hospitality is top-notch, and the food is superbly prepared. When the lady saw we'd really enjoyed the crostini with pâté, she spontaneously brought us another portion. I call this a little treat. I personally had the Italian-style appetizer, made with delicious local ingredients, but the incredibly delicious pappardelle with hare was a cut above, and then the guinea fowl with its cooking juices you could dip your face in. Superb! To top it all off, the homemade desserts were accompanied by coffee and grappa, which she left with the entire bottle. But the incredible thing is the prices. We're talking first courses between €6 and €9 with truly sizable portions, and second courses between €9 and €15—basically, prices stuck in the '80s, with truly high-quality food, believe me. So if you're passing through Narni, pop into Trattoria Tiberina in Taizzano and you won't regret it.

08/03/2026: A welcoming atmosphere, whether you're dining with a group or just two or three people, and friendly staff. Quality ingredients are used in a straightforward and well-crafted menu. The pizza has improved greatly, being well-cooked and very easy to digest. Well done.

20/09/2025: This is an amazing agriturismo. Our hosts Luca en Matteo were so kind and helpful. Matteo is an amazing chef who prepares a fresh four course meal every night. It was never a problem that I am a vegetarian, he always made up an alternative meal for me. The location is beautiful and the brothers have great suggestions for places to visit in the area. We enjoyed the view every day. The room was really nice and clean and the pool was great! We hope to visit again sometime.
