04/10/2025: Good food, service just the way I like it, and a surprisingly simple atmosphere. I'll definitely be back. I'm not sure about the price. I had a Smartbox, but I think it was around €30 for a meal, a starter, a first course, dessert, water, wine, and coffee.

06/10/2025: A lovely place that feels like a family! They sell lots of fresh pasta and special ravioli! You can eat there or buy pasta and ravioli by weight and prepare them at home. Highly recommended! This is a perfect place to eat right after the Shabbat market! Delicious food, a pleasant atmosphere and free water, which is really not something you can take for granted in a restaurant in Italy... In short, highly recommended!

27/09/2025: Truly a surprise! You can buy fresh, quality products or eat them on-site, choosing one of the condiments of the day. The place is very simple and self-service, with the counter service welcoming, friendly, attentive, and kind, even to the most hesitant customers. Excellent for a quick, tasty meal.

14/09/2025: A property with tremendous potential, but in my opinion, it's been underutilized due to poor management. The location, a renovated monastery, is very beautiful and peaceful. The breakfast, contrary to what some of the reviews read, isn't exceptional; it's a standard buffet with industrial, not artisanal, products. The dining room staff is quite attentive to guests' needs, while the reception staff needs training as they're unable to handle standard guest requests. In our case, they messed up the quote first and then the room, so much so that upon arriving at the property, without being informed, we found ourselves in an economy room despite having paid for a classic room. When we pointed this out, they told us that nothing would change, that the rooms were the same, and that ours was the last room available.

29/09/2025: I went to Taverna dei Duchi with my friends. We found the place by following our instincts, since we're not from Spoleto but were just passing through as guests, exploring this wonderful city. This place was also a surprise for us; Giorgio welcomed us with such sweetness and kindness, immediately accommodating all our requests. Our experience with him as our guide gave us the pleasure of savoring his professionalism and patience. We tried a typical local dish, Strangozzi al Rancetto, a delicious fresh pasta. We then continued with a slice of beef with Gorgonzola and walnuts, Umbrian lentils, and a selection of local cheeses. We finally concluded the meal with a typical dessert made of chocolate and amaretti biscuits with a very delicate cinnamon note: Crescionda. Everything was truly excellent and meticulously prepared. This place is recommended for those who truly want to savor flavor and tradition in a friendly atmosphere. We paired everything with a good house red wine.

23/05/2025: This was a lovely little find with a calm relaxed chilled vibe. The highlight was the curated wine list with some very resonantly priced and exceptional little gems. The food was also very delicious the only negative was that we asked for a medium fillet and it came rare, we asked again to cook it a bit more and it came back slightly seared. The real class of this quaint eatery was show by the owner who without hesitation removed the item from our bill. Well played sir well played! highly recommended!!!

08/09/2025: Very good Neapolitan pizza (one of my favorites in the Perugia area) in a somewhat chaotic environment especially when full.

06/09/2025: Hospitality, friendliness, and quality. Found it somewhat by chance, we stopped for pizza. Everything was excellent. The pan pizza was superb! Not to mention, dogs are welcome.

We had an excellent pizza, and both an appetizer and a main course were excellent. Great attention to detail, the staff was kind and helpful, and the food was clean and tasteful. Highly recommended. Super!

06/04/2025: Non è la prima volta che veniamo in questo ristorante di sushi, e ogni volta è una conferma! Il locale è accogliente, il personale sempre gentile e disponibile, e la qualità del cibo è davvero ottima. Un posto dove torniamo sempre volentieri e che consigliamo a tutti gli amanti della cucina giapponese!

15/03/2025: Qualità, cortesia, professionalità, cura dei dettagli e passione sono di casa qui. Ogni piatto è preparato e spiegato alla perfezione. Piccoli cambiamenti nell'arredamento hanno reso il locale ancora più accogliente.

07/10/2025: WOW! WOW! WOW! We are in the tartufo area. BUT! here you can have a lentil soup made from local lentils. Or maybe something with wheat from here? Salsiccia Bar is recommended by locals from the area - this is not a tourist attraction! They really cook great here!
