16/06/2025: OH MY GOD!!! The caprese focaccia was AMAZING!!! Get it and pair it with a nice little drink. Loved it to come here consecutively for a few days! Genuinely such a discovery. The friendly waitresses were very fast. They even hosted a small art exhibition with local artists! Beautiful experience. But if i tell u the focaccia was the best I’ve ever had! I will be back as soon as possible! :)

Every bite was so delicious that I couldn't help but compliment them every time: intense aromas, authentic flavors, and cuisine that nourishes not only the body, but also the soul. 23/04/2025: Un Viaggio Sensoriale firmato dallo Chef Tommaso Mintineri che dopo aver lavorato in diversi ristoranti stellati nel mondo, apre il suo (fortunatamente) a Stroncone vicinissimo a Terni. Da Mammè, quando ci si siede a tavola, inizia un vero viaggio, un percorso culinario orchestrato magistralmente dallo chef Montineri, un talento raro che con la sua esperienza trasforma ogni piatto in poesia. Posso dire unico a Terni??? Un ristorante che non è solo un luogo dove mangiare, ma dove vivere un momento unico. Un applauso sentito allo chef Montineri e alla sua brigata. Ci ritorneremo. Dalla location strepitosa, bellissima, curata e pulita...al personale gentilissimo e affabile alle pietanze che spaccano dalla bontà e genuinità....le lumache cucinate in diversi modi sono strepitose, le porzioni abbondanti il vino della casa è buonissimo e il rapporto qualità/prezzo è perfetto....sempre un piacere tornare....ogni volta andar via è lasciare un pezzo di cuore....grazie davvero e a presto

05/12/2024: Serata con amici tutti hanno mangiato lumache e sono rimasti contentissimi ottima cena . Io non mangio Lumache ho mangiato Soufflé di patate con fonduta di pecorino e tartufo eccezionale. Poi ravioli cacio e pepe . Ottimo Anche i dolci buoni . Consigliatissimo per lumacari e ottimo anche per chi non le mangia.

06/04/2025: Non è la prima volta che veniamo in questo ristorante di sushi, e ogni volta è una conferma! Il locale è accogliente, il personale sempre gentile e disponibile, e la qualità del cibo è davvero ottima. Un posto dove torniamo sempre volentieri e che consigliamo a tutti gli amanti della cucina giapponese!

04/06/2025: Su consiglio di gente del posto io e mia moglie abbiamo lasciato i luoghi piu' turistici del lago e siamo andati a San Feliciano con lo scopo specifico di assaggiare un menù fatto esclusivamente di pesci di lago. Scelta azzeccata. Il ristorante é elegante anche se un pò datato e forse poco adatto ai giovani ma la location é bella e la cucina senz'altro valida. Abbiamo assaporato l'antipasto misto di pesce del Trasimeno, i filetti di codregone in tre modi diversi, ottime tagliatelle alla tinca affummicata. Mezzo punto in meno forse per il capitone alla spiedo, un pò troppo piccolo come taglia. Se un giorno passeremo di nuovo da quelle parti ci rifermeremo senz'altro da Settimio.

27/05/2025: A San Feliciano splendidi panorami alimentano sensazioni di pace e cari ricordi (visita a "la Zizaia" con Faliero Marcianti). Francesco e il suo staff ti coccolano con ricette antiche e nuove. Pesce fresco, preparato perfettamente, ti mette in crisi per una scelta. Per fortuna la bravissima Sofia ci aiuta. Applausi allora per: -latterini fritti -tegamaccio -grigliata e frittura mista -carpa regina in porchetta -capitone allo spiedo. A presto.

08/08/2025: We went here three times during our few-day stay. We like to try different dishes in different places, so this is a great honor! We tried different dishes each time and were never disappointed. ;) For visitors who want to try local dishes, I recommend the appetizers, pasta (especially the Umbrian one with truffles!), the salad translated as "Perugia's flag," and all kinds of pizzas.
