19/10/2025: Recommended by a friend, I went there. The owner was kind and waited for me until around 11 PM. The room was new and very nice. The only thing I didn't like was that when I pulled the blanket off the bed, the sheets were all wrinkled, giving me the feeling of being used and not washed or ironed. Breakfast was okay.

07/12/2025: Good quality. Disastrous service. Asked for bread three times and received two small pieces. Asked for potatoes and discovered they were missing at the end of the meal. Service much worse than usual.

24/11/2025: Traditional Umbrian dishes are beautifully prepared, with excellent selection of meats, cooked to perfection. The service is also very good and fast. A delightful place.

13/08/2025: Excellent home-cooked food in a beautiful setting of the hilltop village of Monte Santa Maria Tiberina and overlooking the Umbrian hills. We ate here three times during a two-week stay in the area. The truffle pastas were excellent, so was the grilled lamb. It was a gift to have this place nearby!

08/12/2025: The entire place was booked but was actually free, in a city stuck in traffic where families with children come and ask for a quick pizza, and you abstain, ordering takeout as if you were doing them a favor? In the meantime, we ordered and ate outside. The place was still empty, and by empty, I mean empty, with at least 50 seats. You would have made money from us and also from those who had booked, who I think arrived after 9 PM (it wasn't even 8 PM). Frozen supermarket-style pizza and rude staff. This is

07/08/2025: Accoglienza genuinamente cortese, al limite dell'orario di chiusura, affidata a due sorelle cordialissime; conversazione piacevole con entrambe. Cucina super genuina, di ottima preparazione affidata alla madre delle due, gusto ottimo sia per i primi che per i secondi come il vino. Prossima al sito di Rasiglia, ma su un altro pianeta del piacere, rispetto agli esercizi contigui al sito. Una esperienza che varrebbe la pena di ripetere pur distante 250 km da casa.

05/07/2025: We ate here several times during our stay at the Tenuta. Excellent food and excellent service. Highly recommended. We remembered it being different; the last time we were there was in 2016. It's definitely improved.

31/10/2025: We went for an aperitivo in a nice atmosphere. The staff was friendly, but we thought they'd bring us something else besides drinks and a bucket of chips (of questionable quality).

26/10/2025: Despite our reservation, to make room for a larger table, they moved us to a spot in front of the bathrooms, which was cramped for the number of people we were. Not fair. The food was okay. The staff was okay. The music was a little loud for my taste.

30/11/2025: 🍕 Excellent Pizza and Impeccable Service Despite the Full House! We visited this pizzeria during the busy Eurochocolate period, and although the place was understandably full, the experience was very positive. Strengths: Service: The waiters were very attentive, friendly, and above all, extremely helpful, managing the chaos with great professionalism. They treated us very well and made us feel at ease. Food: The pizzas were absolutely delicious! Quality ingredients and excellent dough. It was worth the wait. Things to Consider: It's important to note that the kitchen seemed to be struggling: the pizzas were a bit slow to arrive. Despite the short wait, the quality of the food and the excellent service more than made up for it. Highly recommended, especially on less busy evenings, but even under stress, the staff proved to be incredibly helpful!

30/06/2025: As promised, it was a MUST to write this review for this hotel. Structure organized on 3 levels. In the lower area: breakfast room, lunch and dinner room, bathrooms attached to the rooms and a wonderful swimming pool which unfortunately we did not use; ground floor: reception and rooms; first floor rooms. We were a group of about 50 people who stayed overnight and lodged in this structure on a full board basis. We chose it because of its strategic position: it allowed us to be in Assisi in about 25 minutes and since we moved by bus, in the structures located more in the city center we would have had to pay the entrance fee for the vehicle, but in this case we did not have to. The staff was extremely kind: Mr. Paolo, the receptionist, was able to welcome and manage all our requests, for this I have to mention him in an exceptional way, because his service and his precision contributed to making our stay easy and efficient, thank you. The restaurant staff was also always welcoming and ready to manage all our requests. The food served was well cooked and reasonably good, judgement expressed in the quality-price ratio. The rooms all equipped with TV and very efficient air conditioning; the beds really comfortable, with the only complaint of the pillows (always) too thin in hotels, but now we have learned to ask for a few more. The cleanliness was visibly high, both in the common areas and in the rooms. I was not afraid to take a shower without slippers and that says it all. 02/11/2025: The meat was top-quality, expertly grilled. The grilled mushrooms were also exquisite, as was the Strangozzi alla Spoletina. Absolutely worth the trip, just 30 minutes from Spoleto.
