25/08/2025: We're visiting Gubbio, but in the evening all the places are full (or have only outdoor seating, but it's raining) or have unreasonable prices. So we find this place online and drive there. The parking lot is large but full. Luckily, there are other parking lots nearby. The place is very large and almost sold out. The menu is extensive, the prices are affordable, and the quality is acceptable. The service, however, leaves something to be desired: diners should be served at the same time, not 15-20 minutes apart. A special mention goes to the restrooms: beautiful, spacious, and very clean.

18/06/2025: Had an amazing tour with Matilda she has only been here for a few weeks but was an amazing tour guide. The wines were also very well explained by her and the other workers there. We all enjoyed the winery very much!

03/09/2025: A very nice place with a lovely outdoor terrace. It's a shame everything isn't very well-maintained. The food is very homely, with some dishes being good, like the homemade stringozzi, others less so, like the meats; despite being medium-rare, they were overcooked and a bit tough. The local ingredients are decent, but they don't justify the somewhat high prices for what you get. The owners are friendly and the service is good.

20/08/2025: I've stayed and eaten at Osteria del Mandorlo many times, and it's always a guaranteed success. Carlotta uses quality ingredients, making every dish incredibly tasty. I recommend everyone try her cuisine.

13/07/2025: The quality of the cured meats, cheeses, and meats is top-notch. The service was excellent, and the location was beautiful.

12/08/2025: Average service, the two waitresses were friendly. As for the food, it was truly disappointing. We had an appetizer of cured meats and pecorino, but instead of pecorino, they had a completely different type of cheese. The cuts of meat were badly cooked and completely soaked in oil. I think a cooking class by the chef wouldn't be bad. And finally, the side of baked potatoes was inedible, old and flavored with some spices that didn't quite fit. It's a shame that we ended up here during our two-day stop in Orvieto.

27/07/2025: The food was good, average Umbrian fare. The portions were very generous and filling (especially the appetizer), but nothing special. The value for money is okay. The ambiance is pleasant, but if you sit outside, you have to expect cars to drive past you. The service was attentive and friendly.

23/08/2025: I found this restaurant by chance as I had gone to the snail festival, but fate would have it that it was closed for lunch, so some locals recommended this restaurant to me. It's excellent, the food is really good. I love snails, and I had a wonderful time. The tagliatelle with delicious snail sauce, slightly spicy enough and with all the flavor of the snails underneath, then the roast snails were spectacular, delicious, made with artisanal oil, so good that I finished the remaining oil in the dish with all the bread I had. They had told me in advance that it would take a bit of time as they had two ceremonies, but instead the first course arrived in 10 minutes and the second course after another 15. Excellent service, excellent food, and a very kind waitress. I will definitely be back.

28/08/2025: A wonderful place. Our room was very spacious and had a spectacular view of the Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi. When we arrived, the suite was already air-conditioned and ready for occupancy. The staff was very attentive and professional. The area surrounding the main house offers many options, and the care taken with maintenance is noticeable. Two very special days spent in this paradise. Congratulations!
