05/12/2025: I went for lunch on Saturday with some friends. In my opinion, the place is one of the most beautiful in the area, incredibly quaint and surrounded by nature despite being easy to get to. The service and menu are traditional and very '80s-inspired, which I think is a plus. The bill is very fair and in line with the quality of the food. I'll definitely be back during the Christmas period, hoping for some snow!

08/11/2025: The place is beautiful and relaxing. My wife and I were thrilled with the welcome, friendliness, kindness, and helpfulness—truly unique and rare these days. The cuisine was simple but excellent, and the room was warm and equipped with every comfort. In short, everything stayed with us, so much so that we'll be back soon.

15/09/2025: For my first time in Citerna, I had lunch at Belvedere. It was an experience worth repeating because the fish was fresh and well-cooked, the restaurant was absolutely beautiful and clean, and the view of the Tiber Valley was breathtaking... the only downside: the waitress made a mistake with one of our orders, and we waited a bit too long to fix it. I must say, however, that the waitress was good; she apologized several times (mistakes can happen, of course!) and offered us dessert. The prices are fair for what you get, and I think I'll be back.

31/08/2025: A restaurant with a truly enviable view, not to be missed. The menu offers a wide variety of choices, both for starters and main courses, and a wide selection of desserts. Excellent quality and quantity. Fast and friendly service. Reservations are recommended, especially for a comfortable table with a view.

03/12/2025: Super-abundant appetizers, special fried foods, and top-notch pizza, just like the ones they used to be—crispy, thin, and with lovely charred, hollow edges. We went here with friends for dinner on the recommendation of Mr. Pierotti (whom I'm mentioning), and I have to say, he never fails!

01/11/2025: A group of five of us celebrated a friend's birthday! What can I say? It was an experience we'll repeat. The place is clean, well-organized, and has just the right amount of art. The staff is super welcoming and attentive to detail. As for the food, there's nothing to complain about; everything was perfect!

His cuisine is the absolute star: the dishes were extraordinary, true works of art combining exceptional flavors with impeccable presentation. In addition to his culinary talent, I would like to highlight his kindness and admirable dedication to his guests. Chef Collazzo knows how to make the dining experience not only a pleasure for the palate, but a special and personalized experience. A true added value that makes all the difference! 25/11/2025: A 5-star experience in every sense of the word. If you want to feel pampered in a peaceful oasis surrounded by greenery, you're in the right place. Superbly maintained spaces, extremely friendly staff, and a fabulous breakfast. The spa is also lovely, with a whirlpool in the pool that has sliding doors to access the outdoor pool. We'll definitely be back.

11/12/2025: I dined here 10 days ago for the first time and had a wonderful time. The mussels were plentiful and fabulous, including the sauce. The scrambled egg with truffles was excellent, the lamb was delicious, and the beef in Sagrantino was truly tender. The price was fair. The staff were kind and welcoming.

09/11/2025: A truly enchanting place to stay. My partner and I found a little paradise in the Umbrian hills. Every detail reflects the care and commitment the property dedicates to its guests. 03/09/2025: A great place to relax... The lakes offer excellent sport fishing, and then you can savor the delights of the restaurant, where Chef Roberta, along with her highly trained staff, creates amazing dishes! MUST VISIT!

30/11/2025: We went to this place for an evening with colleagues, taking advantage of this special offer they were offering. Good quality Neapolitan pizza, larger-than-usual cuts of roast beef 🤩, and nice, thick, juicy heifer burgers 😋.

19/09/2025: Tiramisu Restaurant – amazing! I visited Tiramisu Restaurant and was absolutely delighted! The atmosphere is very pleasant, cozy, and relaxing. The staff is polite and attentive, and the service is excellent. I especially want to mention the tiramisu with pistachio and Nutella – both options are simply delicious, tender, and absolutely delicious. A true delight! 30/07/2025: We've been customers for a few years now. The staff is always friendly and attentive. The menu is simple but the ingredients are excellent. The wine selection is excellent. I recommend trying it for dinner or an aperitif.
