25/04/2025: Ich muss mich leider den vorhergehenden bewerten anhängen. Es ist eine absolute Touristenfalle. Pizza ist kalt langweilig und man schmeckt das keine Liebe drin ist. Nudeln gingen so. Das Service hat für die paar Tische zu lange gebraucht. Gehe nicht wieder hin da gibt es bessere

14/07/2025: Abbiamo trascorso un bel weekend di luglio al Maso Pan, in compagnia di famiglia e amici, e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande calore: il personale si è dimostrato non solo gentile e disponibile, ma anche simpatico e attento a farci sentire davvero a casa. La loro presenza è stata una costante discreta e piacevole durante il soggiorno, arricchita da consigli utili su itinerari, passeggiate ed escursioni nei dintorni. La struttura è immersa nella natura, in una posizione tranquilla che invita al relax. Le camere sono accoglienti, rivestite in legno, pulite e ben accessoriate: ci ha colpito l’attenzione per i dettagli, come i dispenser con sapone e docciaschiuma già presenti nei bagni, comodi e sostenibili. La colazione, servita ogni mattina, è ben equilibrata e soddisfa tutti i gusti: una proposta semplice ma completa, con dolce e salato, prodotti freschi e locali. Abbiamo scelto di cenare al Maso Pan per due sere e siamo stati molto soddisfatti. La cucina riflette perfettamente l’anima dell’agriturismo: piatti gustosi, ben preparati. Ciò che rende davvero speciale questo posto, oltre al buon cibo e all’accoglienza, è l’atmosfera serena e il contesto naturale che lo circonda. Si respira pace e autenticità, e questo contribuisce a trasformare un semplice fine settimana in un vero momento di rigenerazione. Se in futuro torneremo in Val Rendena, il Maso Pan sarà senza dubbio la nostra prima scelta. È il luogo perfetto per chi cerca semplicità, genuinità e un’accoglienza che viene dal cuore.

21/09/2025: The wait was moderately long, despite the waiter slaloming between the tables and the kitchen (which I personally found a bit annoying). The manager doesn't understand a word of English, and overall, we weren't entirely satisfied with the food and service. It's clear that friendliness isn't the order of the day.

02/09/2025: I'm giving only one star to the atmosphere because it shouldn't affect the total; it's not assessable. The place is owned by the municipality, and the management changes. The food is truly shameful: €15 for a cutlet and fries, inedible, tough, and bad-tasting meat; €7.50 for a pre-cooked piadina, a water, and a Coke, for a total of €30.50. Make up your own minds, because €8 for a half-liter plastic bottle of water and a can of Coke is a rip-off. The whole thing is run by two people, with a place where you'd find full tables that needed clearing, a line of ten people at the cash register, and people sitting around waiting. Management isn't up to par. It's a classic tourist trap, to say the least. They charge one euro to use the bathroom, which is dirty and has no paper. As they say... I like the first one, but not the second one.

29/04/2025: da 30 anni frequentiamo val Rendela e decine di volte siamo stati ospiti del Ristorante, il passato oltre alla qualtità del cibo anche il servizio era impeccabile, ultimamente è cambiato molto, credo che sono aumentati molto il numero coperti ma non altrettanto la qualità, escluso i salumi che erano buoni il resto deludente, tagliata insapore e grigliata povera e poco invitante, oltre al problema che abbiamo ordinato dei tagliolini ai porcini chedendo di non mettere prezzemolo, arrivati con

14/12/2025: A pleasant surprise! A unique and very nice place, the staff are helpful and the menu is really well-curated, the food and combinations of flavors are truly superb... a welcoming place and I will gladly return to try other dishes.

07/12/2025: Shocking: I walk in at 2:15 PM and, out of respect and with the utmost politeness, ask if the kitchen is still open. The owner looks at me, sneers, and, turning to the dining room in a loud, sarcastic, and mocking tone, says, "No... we're here on vacation..." I'll spare you the subsequent embarrassing, idiotic jokes. Out of curiosity, I've read many other reviews, and the theme is always the same: the owner is incredibly rude. I apologize to the rest of the super-kind staff. I'm from Levico, but they obviously don't see me anymore.

29/10/2025: As soon as we entered the room, we immediately noticed an unpleasant musty smell, mostly coming from the bathroom, where it was clearly present and visible (even in the shower). Furthermore, the bathroom didn't include a bidet (which wasn't stated anywhere), and the magnificent toilet needed two flushes to turn off, otherwise it would keep running incessantly. It also said that if you left the bathroom towels on the floor, they would be changed, which didn't happen because they folded them up and put them back up. The room had this beautiful, now historic fan that had to be turned on at night. Needless to say, it made an absurd noise. Basically, since there were no mosquito nets, you either died of heat or were eaten by mosquitoes. The parking lot, which was quite small, required you to leave your car among the others with the keys in a box so that other guests could move it if there wasn't a space available. I didn't feel like leaving my car keys with just anyone, and I had to park outside the hotel. In conclusion, I firmly believe I won't return, and I certainly don't recommend it. I know I stayed in a two-star hotel and shouldn't expect much, but I'm not expecting much either.

14/09/2025: A wonderful experience, a very welcoming place, well-maintained rooms, and meticulously cleaned. The hotel is a little dated, but very simple and welcoming. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

09/12/2025: In my opinion, it's absolutely not worth the money and it's a real shame for the type of facility they have. Breakfast was very sad with very little choice and not very good, and dinner was equally poor with very little choice and very sad. The food was unexceptional and the service was very slow. When we arrived, nothing was explained to us; we had to ask about breakfast and dinner times, how the spa worked, etc. The room was nothing special, very bare and sad. There was really nothing except toilet paper and towels. The bathroom was terrible, especially the shower, where the showerhead was tiny and barely any water came out. The pool was terrible, extremely dirty, and you are required to wear a swimming cap, which we weren't told, so we had to pay €3 for it. Towels and bathrobes for the spa also cost extra, otherwise, if you don't bring your own, you have to use the ones you shower with. I find it truly absurd. The hotel, rooms, and spa were very dirty, unkempt, and poorly maintained. It's absolutely not worth the money you pay.

09/12/2025: The only positive note: the kindness of the waiters. Otherwise, total disorganization. The food was disappointing, with heavy and poorly prepared dishes (excess oil and cream practically everywhere). The waits for dinner were interminable, even though we were traveling with a young child. The room was spotless; the carpet, which had been dirty for who knows how many years, was beyond comment. When we returned at 2:00 PM, the room still hadn't been cleaned: when we asked for an explanation, we were told they "didn't have time." I specified that the child would be resting and to come back later. At 5:00 PM, still seeing no one, I asked again and the answer was that they would be "going to the second shift because the child was taking a nap." PS: The cleaning of the room ultimately amounted to emptying the wastebaskets!!! Overall, a negative experience and definitely not up to expectations. Check-out? Waiting from 9:30 to 10:30!!!

01/08/2025: Abbiamo preso due bocconcini di puzzone con miele ed insalatina (ottima ma la porzione non era enorme, solo con quel piatto non ci mangi molto), 2 radler medie ed una fetta di strudel totale 60€....ottimo il cibo pessimo il prezzo.

14/03/2025: baita posta in luogo eccellente per esposizione e vista...ho consumato velocemente una birretta e caffé..simpatica e carina la ragazza al banco ..un giorno sono stato fuori al sole con vista sulla belle Montagne...il giorno dopo dentro al calduccio in veranda..prezzi nella media dei rifugi al di sotto parecchio del rifugio Col Margherita..con prezzi altissimi

20/09/2025: We stopped for dinner without reading the reviews, and that's our own fault. After all, we had a first course, a second course, and two beers for €53...that's a lot of money. But the service is unacceptable: the waiter wasn't uniformed, and the place was dank, unclean, and messy. Never again! My fault.
