The rooms are well-appointed and equipped, with a hairdryer in the bathroom with a large shower and bathroom amenities, a bedroom with wardrobes, air conditioning, and heating. The rooms are welcoming, comfortable, and well-lit. Just steps from the rooms is the restaurant, serving homemade cuisine and local products. It is divided into several areas, one inside and one outside, with a small children's area. The staff is impeccable, friendly, and helpful. Ample free private parking is available, including spaces for campers with all their amenities. Excellent quality and service. Recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, immersed in the history and culture of Trentino. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍.

05/01/2026: A few dishes, but well-prepared, with a friendly waitress and a professional and welcoming manager. Excellent platter, delicate polenta gnocchi, and a very tender and flavorful venison stew. The Mochena braid is amazing! Super-fast service. A huge play area for kids, and right above it, an exceptional view.

28/02/2026: Rudeness and incompetence! A waiter who's been assigned the wrong job, rude and aggressive! Everything that shouldn't happen in a restaurant. We went for lunch, but after the initial rude approach, we tried again, but in the end, after another argument, we were forced to leave. Obviously, the owners are also in trouble; keeping someone like that in the restaurant is madness!

03/04/2026: The food is decent and the dishes are generally good. However, the portions are quite small: if you're hungry, it can quickly feel light. The service is rather slow, with quite a wait. We understand that there aren't many staff to run the restaurant, but it's still a long wait. The tiramisu was very disappointing: dry, with a biscuit that wasn't even soaked in coffee, which completely ruined the dessert. Overall, an okay experience, but several points need improvement.

28/10/2025: A Wonderful Dining Experience – Exceptional Food and Hospitality We arrived after a long bike ride, still in full gear and outside the official opening hours, and asked if the kitchen was still open. After a quick check, the staff kindly agreed to serve us — and from that moment on, everything was simply fantastic. We started with homemade bread in four different colors, served with matching spreads — already worth mentioning on their own. The amuse-bouche, saffron rice fritters on olive paste, was a promising start. The following dishes were outstanding: ravioli filled with cod and tagliatelle with shrimp — both perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The octopus on lemon purée was tender and beautifully balanced, while the seared tuna with braised fennel and seasoned spinach was nothing short of a revelation. Dessert was another highlight: the tiramisu struck a perfect balance between the cream and soaked biscuits — not too watery, not too dry — easily one of the best we’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly friendly and even stayed open a little longer so we could enjoy our late lunch at 4 p.m. As a charming final gesture, we received the cookies served with our coffee as a small package to take with us. Prices were absolutely fair for the quality and generous portions. Many restaurants charge similar prices for food that’s nowhere near as refined. In short: a truly memorable experience — from the warm welcome to the very last bite.

07/11/2025: It's a bar you wouldn't expect, especially inside a Milan metro station. Fair prices (coffees are still €1, by the way), and friendly, proactive, and courteous service. I still remember when I once asked them to change €5 in coins to use the vending machines next door, and they sent me straight to the restrooms in their bar without a second thought. Thank you so much! Whenever I pass through Ponale, stopping by your place will always be worth it!

19/11/2025: A very beautiful hotel and well worth a visit. Among its most prominent advantages: Ample parking with a receptionist who can drive your car, exceptional cleanliness, security, and the incredibly friendly and helpful reception staff. Its location is excellent; behind the Center Hotel and next to a mall, just a minute's walk away, in addition to its proximity to a wonderful beach with a beautiful pier. The breakfast buffet is also excellent, the sea view is captivating, and the rooms are very spacious, each with its own private balcony. In short, if I were to visit Riva again, it would be my first choice for accommodation. 👌🏼👌🏼
