30/06/2025: If you came here a long time ago and had a fantastic food experience, don't come back expecting the same. The restaurant is under new management. The menu is boring (no stinko or polenta) and the staff are rude and unwelcoming. Consequently the place was completely empty and soulless. Such a shame as we made a massive detour to visit here and left disappointed. The lake, however is as beautiful a picnic spot as ever was.

27/06/2025: English: We contacted the managers Nadia and Lorenc in a very short time, who made us speak directly with the chef Michele, organizing an ad hoc meeting. Clear agreements, estimate received in a few days, very precise and without surprises. In 40 days (from mid-August to 21 September 2024, the day of the event) we organized our wedding together, from the setup to the menu, with maximum flexibility and availability from the managers and the chef. The guests (100 adults and 40 children/teenagers) spoke very clearly even in the days following the party: enchanting location, very good food and lots of it, organized and managed with great professionalism and following the needs of the party and the guests. If in the past I dreamed of my wedding, it was exactly how I thought of it: simple, quality, abundant, with lots of smiles, without worries. This is what you find at Lago Bagatol!!! All the staff made our party truly unforgettable and even more special!! I will never stop thanking the managers, the chef Michele (superlative!!) and all the staff!!

01/02/2025: I have little hotel experience, but clean, well-kept floors and bathrooms and clean impression with furnishings that are not new. The restaurant promises them good, local dishes and those that are not tasty anyway.

17/01/2025: Strange and disappointing way to take reservations. They give you availability and within 4 hours they give you the rooms away, obviously without warning! To my disappointment they said I had waited too long!

28/03/2025: Todo lo que hemos probado y hemos venido tres días, nos ha gustado, especialmente la pasta casera, el chateaubriend y por supuesto de postre un espectacular, ligero y muy equilibrado tiramisú. Los bombones hechos por ellos buenísimos. Personal muy atento, servicio rápido y ambiente agradable. Es muy muy recomendable y tienen una muy buena carta de vinos locales que están bastante ricos.

22/02/2025: Después de un largo día en las pistas, disfrutamos de una excelente comida en Sal Feur. Las pizzas eran deliciosas, con bases perfectamente crujientes y generosas coberturas (me encantó la de Emilia! ) Los postres eran igual de impresionantes, visualmente impresionantes y absolutamente deliciosos. A pesar de nuestro amplio grupo de 10 , el personal se encargó de todo sin esfuerzo, asegurando una experiencia gastronómica fluida y agradable. También gestionaron otros grupos grandes con facilidad, creando un ambiente acogedor. Un gran lugar para un poste - fiesta de esquí!

05/05/2025: La malga è molto semplice e casalinga, ci si sente accolti in un ambiente molto familiare! Il tagliere di salumi e formaggi veramente molto buono, tipico e abbondante, le tagliatelle al capriolo nella norma. Nel complesso esperienza buona!

22/04/2025: Abbiamo prenotato senza conoscere il posto ma è stato un bel colpo di fortuna. Piatti buonissimi senza spendere tanto. Consigliatissimo

24/04/2025: Sono stato con mia moglie in un ambiente rilassato e confortevole. Il personale è disponibile, solerte e sorridente, davvero bravi! Abbiamo mangiato due hamburger; io smash burger e mia moglie chicken burger. Devo dire buoni entrambi, con grandi porzioni di patatine; mi sarei aspettato dei sapori “maggiormente tipici” visto il luogo ma, ripeto, comunque buoni. La birra fatta da loro discreta, molto buona invece la grappa (sempre di produzione propria). Sicuramente merita fiducia. Prezzo 55€ per due panini hamburger (con annessa porzione di patatine per entrambi abbondante), due birre (una piccola e una media) e una grappa.

24/05/2025: Scammers, fraudsters...don't book!!! My booking through Booking.com was canceled at short notice via email one week before departure due to alleged renovations and was not canceled through Booking.com. Therefore, any money already paid will not be refunded.

01/03/2025: The food made the difference together with Nizar's service! Good variety of our 5 courses every day. The service is more like a Michelin star restaurant. All the staff are nice. Leonardo makes delicious drinks! The hotel has large rooms with nice beds, our two bathrooms were large. Ski lockers are available and you can enjoy a swim in the outdoor pool, sauna or jacuzzi after skiing. The room had a nice hot tub. Value for the money!

01/06/2025: Il locale è tipico, caldo e accogliente, curato. Il servizio cortese, disponibile e attento (anche alle eventuali intolleranze alimentari). Il cibo è eccellente, dall’antipasto al dolce, i piatti sono ottimi, le porzioni abbondanti e l’impiattamento è curato. Se paragonato ad altri ristoranti della zona che offrono piatti normali a prezzi spropositati, gonfiando coperto e bevande, qui anche se a prima vista il conto può sembrare un pó salato, in realtà è assolutamente in linea con l’elevata qualità delle materie prime, all’abbondanza delle porzioni e alla bellezza del locale e dell’area circostante immersa nella quiete e nella natura. Per me è stata una piacevole esperienza che ripeterò al più presto. Complimenti a tutto lo staff. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

02/05/2025: Bella location, ma cibo pessimo e servizio scadente Il posto è bello, nulla da dire. Ma la cucina è stata una vera delusione. I funghi avevano un sapore acidulo, i fagioli erano insipidi e annacquati. Non si può davvero chiamare un pasto. A questi prezzi ci si aspetta molto di più. Inoltre, il servizio è stato scortese e disinteressato – ci si sentiva più un peso che degli ospiti. Un’esperienza frustrante e soldi buttati. Non ci torno di sicuro e lo sconsiglio vivamente.

22/05/2025: Ottima pasticceria, nota da anni ed è stata una piacevole conferma! Servizio veloce, cordiale. Molto buone le paste, soprattutto il croissant con crema chantilly!

17/02/2025: Unfriendly, incompetent and slow! Not recommended, we wanted to eat lunch with children and sat at a free table. We were ignored for more than 10 minutes, then the waiter came and said the table was reserved - he couldn't tell us in advance (other guests had). Didn't want to look for another table for us either, so we left again... PURE WASTE OF TIME!

26/06/2025: Ordered the “fantasy” pizza (toppings not listed on the menu)—one half came with potatoes and other with ham, the other pizza (forgot the name) with chanterelles and spicy pepperoni. The pizzas were interesting but fairly average in taste, especially after a long hike—we were hoping for a bit more flavor. The menu had so many options it felt a bit overwhelming. The staff was very polite, though a bit overly friendly for my taste.

29/03/2025: Semplicemente tutto buono, camerieri gentilissimi e simpaticissimi. Preso lo stinco e a dir poco tra i più buoni che abbia mai mangiato. Complimenti allo staff tutto. Consiglio al 1000x1000

17/02/2025: Bistrot in pieno centro paese. Locale caldo, accogliente a volte molto affollato e ,di conseguenza i tavolini vengono addossati l’uno all’altro, Piatti, essenzialmente del territorio, ben cucinati. Servizio cortese e relativamente veloce. Prezzi decisamente alti.

25/05/2025: Siamo in #badia #Pedraces dal ristorante pizzeria L'Nagler, la nostra prima esperienza. Cucina tipica tradizionale trentina e cucina asiatica. Tutto perfetto, dal servizio ai piatti eccellenti e vini del territorio che non possono mancare. Grazie di tutto e un arrivederci.

16/03/2025: Ci siamo fermati per un aperitivo. Il locale e molto bello e i cocktail sono fatti bene. Come stuzzichini ti portano una ciotola di patatine, ma è possibile ordinare anche dai taglieri a pagamento.

03/01/2025: A truly pleasant structure, rustic and with classic Tyrolean furnishings that gives a deep sense of native belonging, very exotic for us Italian native speakers. Very comfortable within its service limits, the managers also very friendly. I stayed 3 nights with my wife and we really enjoyed our skiing week. On various occasions where I needed "help" or information despite the language barrier that divides us they always knew how to do their job and give even more than possible. Giovanni and Monica very good and open to dialogues of various types, greetings from the Marche.
