31/01/2026: Always excellent. The first and best Chinese restaurant in Bolzano.

21/01/2026: This iconic Chinese restaurant has been in Bolzano for several years. The staff are discreet and friendly, and the interior is tastefully decorated, with the added bonus of enjoying the cuisine in a discreet outdoor garden from May to October. Located in the center of Bolzano, this restaurant is a great place to combine sightseeing with lunch or dinner. The menu is varied, and the restaurant's defining characteristic is the high quality of the dishes served, crafted to satisfy even the most discerning palate. In my opinion, it's one of the best restaurants in South Tyrol for both value and quality. I've been frequenting the restaurant for years, always satisfied with the quality of the dishes. For lovers of exotic restaurants, this is a must-visit.

29/12/2025: The staff was excellent, two really helpful girls. I should point out that we were there for lunch, but the food wasn't good at all and in my opinion the price wasn't right. We spent €80 for two chicken steaks with chips (which were also on the children's menu) and chips with an appetizer that was honestly not good.

20/12/2025: Cafè Stofner is a simple and pleasant spot with a calm atmosphere. The coffee is good, the pastries are fresh, and the service is polite. It’s a nice place for a quick break or a light snack, offering good quality for a reasonable price.

31/01/2026: Well the place is nice the atmosphere is good the food there is no food for vegetarians and the service was very weak I would expect a waiter that can help and explain and can help and choose right courses we wait to the food 45 minutes I think because one of the male was fish but the problem is the waiter that should say that it's going take a time to prepare the fish ‏can in the mean time ‏i will give you a spaghet if for the child it is very difficult for a child to wait 45 minutes for his food all in all the food was not so wow the service was bad play I don't understand how it's got to recommendation for a Michelin star

29/01/2026: The restaurant is very beautiful, including the bar area where you can enjoy an aperitif in front of the fireplace while listening to live piano music—an increasingly rare thing to find. The service is excellent, a shout-out to Silverio for that. I recommend the polenta cappuccino with truffle, which is extraordinary.

06/03/2026: The mixed salad was minimal and not fresh. The schnitzel was burnt with a few fries. No fresh dishes, no fish, etc. Very disappointed, an outrage! I will definitely never eat there again.

01/03/2026: We arrived by bike and were kindly allowed to park it in the restaurant since we didn't have a lock and didn't want to leave it outside. The waiter, Michael, was especially friendly and attentive. All in all, a wonderful evening with good food and a fantastic view of the lake!

20/02/2026: The food was good, when it came to paying we kindly asked if we could each pay for ourselves without any demands on our part, but the lady at the house, probably the owner, started off in a hurry, harassing us with behavior that is not appropriate with customers.

12/02/2026: Decent experience, I didn't appreciate the fact that it says that the bathroom can only be used after having consumed something, considering that it's the only place you find after a good walk.

22/09/2025: Very nice accommodation with great hosts, very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and very clean. The bathroom was also top-notch and very clean. The pizza was excellent, and overall, the pizzeria with the millstones had a very nice atmosphere. Why only 4 stars? Because we always needed a car to get to our planned vacation destinations. But if you want to explore the nature park, this is an excellent place to stay. We would still be happy to come back, just with different destinations :-)

23/09/2025: Reopening and under new management after various ups and downs. Run by young but experienced and well-intentioned people. The typical local dishes are acceptable, although I personally think the tosella cheese should be revisited and the sauerkraut should be tasted before offering it. All in all, it's adequate. The new start deserves praise, given the improvements already made, both to the restaurant and to the stable, and the surrounding environment. Prices are in line.

23/08/2025: The starter and courtesy were good, the dumplings and main courses were not satisfactory.

20/12/2025: Modern bar pizzeria restaurant between Trento and Bolzano, I ate the fixed price menu at lunchtime, excellent dishes, pennette with ortolana 🔝.

09/11/2025: I hadn't been there for years, but I heard rumors that there was a really good chef there, so we decided to organize an evening. It was a pleasant rediscovery; fair prices, quick service, excellent food, and generous portions. I highly recommend trying the carbonara, which we finally have made "just right." BRAVO!

11/03/2025: Bellissima baita con arredo nuovo, tutta in stile montano all'arrivo delle piste di Versciaco. Ottima la pizza. Prezzo altino ma in linea per la zona

17/02/2025: Unfriendly, incompetent, and slow! Not recommended. We wanted to have lunch with our children and sat down at a free table. We were ignored for more than 10 minutes, then the waiter came and said the table was reserved – he couldn't tell us in advance (but he could tell other guests). He didn't want to find another table for us, so we left… A PURE WASTE OF TIME!

07/03/2026: We came here for a family dinner during a vacation in Pinzolo. The restaurant is very cozy and rustic, like a true mountain hut. Even though the place was packed, we were served quickly and courteously. The pizza was excellent and there was a wide variety to choose from. I gave 4 stars for the desserts, which we weren't entirely impressed with.

02/03/2026: We have been going to Italy and the mountains, especially Val do Fiemme, for more than 15 years. We love the food in Italy and enjoy it very much. We accept that prices are rising, it is not unusual, not only in Italy. Unfortunately, I have to say that we were somewhat surprised by lunch here. The price is a little higher than around, that's ok, I've already written about it, goulash soup for 12 euros, excellent, penne Carbonara, average, but two small dumplings with butter for 14 euros, that is, to put it mildly, a disproportionate price. Around and around disappointment.

17/02/2026: This restaurant deserves a much higher rating. Maybe in the past it had some problems but now they are definitely fixed. Food is excellent and service is fast. Totally worth it.
