05/05/2025: Small restaurant where we ate and drank something. Upon request, we were given something vegan - unfortunately the pizza was out. They probably don't do that many of them in a day.

04/05/2025: It took 45 mins to prepare 2 portions of 2 eggs with a tiny cheese ciabatta and cost 16 eur each… If you‘re looking for a savoury breakfast this is NOT the place.

19/05/2025: Trovo che tutta la catena dei ristoranti Forsterbrau in Trentino Alto Adige sia assolutamente di alta qualità, dove mangiare cibo della tradizione locale sempre ottimo ed a prezzi assolutamente ragionevoli. Qui a Trento è forse uno dei più caratteristici . Bravi .

23/06/2025: Great hotel, good value for money. Dog-friendly. We booked quite spontaneously, just three days before arrival. It was handled smoothly over the phone. We slept excellently. The breakfast was great, and the staff and hotel owners were super accommodating and hospitable. You feel completely at home. We'll be back!

04/06/2025: I was able to stay here for four nights. The location is perfect, and after a wonderful and restful sleep, you're treated to a fantastic breakfast buffet. There's nothing you can't find. The owner's homemade cakes were divine. The coffee was outstanding; as were the scrambled eggs. The room, which had a balcony, was very spacious and offered everything you needed. You can use the beautiful natural pool outside in the garden and refresh yourself. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. I'd love to come back. Thank you very much. PS: The village itself has everything you need, including a supermarket, a restaurant, and leisure activities.

19/06/2025: The pizza was delicious, well-topped, and perfectly cooked! The service was quite poor, inattentive, and seemed extremely lackluster to me. The last time I visited the restaurant a year ago, the quality was significantly better! It's a real shame.

15/03/2025: Las costillas del restaurante de autoservicio fue el mejor almuerzo que tuve en toda la semana en la zona de Canazei mientras esquiaba. Fue una gran ración, así que fui un poco ambicioso comiendo todo el plato con las patatas, fue un poco difícil esquiar después. Ojalá lo hubiera probado el primer día para poder haber vuelto a comer. Para ser honesto, la comida en muchos de los otros restaurantes que visitamos en las pistas estaban por debajo de la par. Estaba un poco decepcionado con ellos, pero este lugar son dos pulgares arriba!

08/02/2025: Abbiamo deciso di concludere in bellezza la nostra Settimana Bianca 2025 con un ultimo giro a Passo Sella e un pranzo al Rifugio Salei. Abbiamo prenotato un tavolo attraverso il comodo servizio presente sul sito web del rifugio un giorno prima e al nostro arrivo siamo stati subito accolti dal personale e fatti accomodare. La location è estremamente suggestiva, si presenta come una maestosa baita in legno ai piedi del Sassolungo e a ridosso delle piste da sci; gli interni sono accoglienti e gli arredi in legno curati nei minimi dettagli contribuiscono a disegnare un’atmosfera calda e avvolgente, ulteriormente alimentata delle ampie vetrate che si affacciano sul panorama circostante. Il menù del ristorante è vario e propone una vasta scelta di piatti tipici della cucina tirolese. Noi abbiamo scelto il “Pentolino Salei”, una pietanza proposta dallo chef composta da Spätzle bianchi in burro con filetto di maiale, e funghi gallinacci e porcini. Il piatto ci ha conquistati immediatamente, il gusto ottimo e la qualità dei prodotti eccellente. Al Pentolino abbiamo abbinato una gustosissima birra alla spina, fresca e sempre molto gradita, anche con otto gradi sotto lo zero! Il servizio è attento e premuroso, il personale è gentile e cordiale e i tempi di attesa sono giusti, efficienti anche in pieno servizio con il locale al completo. Il prezzo è in linea con questo tipo di offerta, che si avvicina di più all’idea di un ristorante di livello ad alta quota piuttosto che ad un vero e proprio rifugio di montagna, ed è ottimo rapportato alla qualità dell’esperienza. Il Rifugio Salei è stata una bellissima scoperta, sicuramente torneremo a fermarci per un pranzo durante la prossima Settimana Bianca o escursione estiva al Sassolungo.

28/05/2025: Finalmente un ristorante dove si mangia bene il pesce, cosa non facile in Trentino. Pesce fresco, cucinato bene, porzioni abbondanti, servizio attento e cortese. Locale interno molto accogliente. Rapporto qualità-prezzo buono. Da tornarci senza dubbio, consigliato.

28/02/2025: Semplicemente perfetto...per location, varie sale con arredamenti diversi ma nel rispetto della tradizione montanara e trentina. Personale di sala attento, preparato e discreto. Piatti anche locali ma non solo. Materie prime ricercate. Prezzo medio sulle 50 euro a persona per due portate e bevande. Lo consiglio caldamente

27/03/2025: Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante l'ultima sera della nostra vacanza a San Valentino. Frequentiamo questa zona da moltissimi anni, ma è stata la prima volta che ci venivamo ed è stata un'ottima scoperta, peccato non averlo fatto prima. Il cibo, il servizio, l'ambiente, il prezzo, tutto era perfetto. Ci ritorneremo, sicuramente a luglio, questa volta vorremo assaggiare nuove pietanze, conoscerci meglio.

02/03/2025: A typical, family-run hotel where you feel at home. A lovely welcome, very friendly staff. Functional room with comfortable bedding and well-appointed. The location is ideal. The pool and spa area are also very good, except for the pool, which is a bit too cold. Restaurant: Decent breakfast with lactose-free options available. Good meals, but the meat isn't always cooked perfectly. Excellent value for money. We will definitely return, especially for the friendliness of the entire team.

19/01/2025: For a 3-star hotel, it is a very nice hotel, first of all it is very clean and the location is great, the service is also very nice, the people working there are Poles so you can get along, the rooms are very spacious and with a great view, the food is ok - it can always be better but for it's definitely not bad - that's why for three stars you can't give a lower rating than the highest one. What could be improved is the time of serving breakfast - 7:15 would be useful to easily get to the slopes for the opening, tea should be available at the breakfast table so as not to waste time ordering it, the water in the spa is cold - this is dictated by local regulations however, it is an inconvenience. There are a few minor flaws, but our stay was very nice - thank you

26/05/2025: Very bad experience, low quality meal with zero hospitality. Not recommended at all.

25/05/2025: We had booked the BBQ (grilled area) in exchange for drinks ten days in advance. We even double-checked and confirmed the reservation, and the lady on the phone clearly promised us the space. We organized everything carefully, invited our friends for the planned BBQ, paid for all BBQ stuff, and even traveled all the way from Bolzano to the restaurant. This was supposed to be a special day, and we had trusted the restaurant to honor their commitment. However, upon arrival, we were shocked and disappointed. First, the lady told us there was no reservation at all. Then, after some back and forth, she admitted she had our booking but claimed we should have called again. Moments later, she changed her story yet again, saying the BBQ area was already being used by someone else. Frankly, this behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. It raises a serious question: if the business owner cannot even keep a simple promise for a booking, how can they be trusted to deliver on other important aspects like food quality, hospitality, and customer care?

19/04/2025: Heerlijke pizza’s gegeten. Krokante bodem met goede ingrediënten belegd en vers gemaakt in hout gestookte oven. Goede bediening en heerlijke lokale wijnen

01/03/2025: Santa Croce Refuge es una de las cabañas más antiguas de Dolomitas. Se puede llegar en ascensor y luego caminar un par de cientos de metros. Lleva tus bastones contigo. Cuando llegues a la cima, vale la pena visitar una pequeña iglesia. La vista de los Dolomitas es hermosa. La comida es deliciosa y recién cocinada. Tuve milanesas kotlet para morir y Kaisesmarren mejor en Dolomitas. El servicio es amable y rápido. Valió la pena caminar hasta allí. Gran lugar para esquiadores y excursionistas.

03/02/2025: Tappa obbligatoria delle ns sciate in val Badia. Facile da raggiungere anche se fuori dal giro del Sella Ronda. Ma vale la pena fare questa deviazione. Cucina tradizionale a prezzi ancora normali. Personale disponibile e simpatico, tutti molto cordiali. Adiacente al santuario che d’inverno è quasi sempre chiuso. Pietanze sempre ottime
