21/06/2025: I'm not Italian, but this is how I imagine a perfect Italian pizza. The crust is crispy and thin, the ingredients simple but of high quality, resulting in what is, at least in my view, utter perfection.

25/07/2025: A relaxing stay near the village of San Gimignano. Our double room was in even better than shown in the hotel photos. The common areas were clean and well maintained. The restaurant and pool area offered stunning views of San Gimignano and the Tuscan hills. Breakfast was Italian-style and very good – all were fresh. The pool area was tidy, and water quality was well. Overall, a relaxing accommodation experience with truly friendly staff.

06/06/2025: Hotel in a good location with spectacular views of San Gimignano. Excellent cleanliness, abundant and varied breakfast and also good restaurant. We were welcomed warmly, including our Taffy.

08/07/2025: Fast service, excellent first courses and super super friendly staff! We chose two first courses with truffles, one of which was recommended by the chef: Ravioli with truffle and saffron. We certainly didn't regret it!!! 😍 I strongly recommend trying it.

04/07/2025: "Authentic" place and food, no imitations of dishes but cuisine with "personality". The staff was very helpful, beyond our expectations. Very positive experience!

17/06/2025: Beautiful property and friendly staff. We stayed here for 6 nights with our 3 month old. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was great but the same options for 6 days got a little boring after some time. Also for food after hours you have to drive to town. One suggestion I would make is to add a coffee or tea maker in the room. It was advertised as the rooms have one but they don’t. A lot of early mornings I would have loved to enjoy some coffee/espresso on my balcony but did not have the option. And the Restaurant doesn’t open till 8am. Overall still great stay.

16/06/2025: It was a memorable stay! The resort is quiet, clean, cozy and royal and historical. It was a monastery 500 years ago. The view from the gardens is stunning! The staff is very nice, friendly and professional! I would definitely go back in the future!

05/06/2025: Recientemente pasamos 3 días en Fattorio Poggio Alloro y fue nuestro favorito 3 días de nuestro viaje de 2 semanas! La gente es maravillosa allí, la comida era excepcional y las vistas eran espectaculares. Cerca de San Gimgnano, así que mucho que hacer. Nos encantó la sensación relajada del lugar y el hermoso campo. ¡No puedo esperar a volver!

05/06/2025: Estando en Toscana desea probar el vino Chianti. Sí, lo tengo y mucho más. Hemos paseado junto a los viñedos y olivos, hemos saltado a los establos y hemos aprendido dónde y cómo se crea el vino. Todo el grupo de nosotros tuvimos un maravilloso tiempo de cata de vinos, disfrutando de maridaje de vino con productos locales. La cena se basó en la granja local y la comida de temporada y hemos aplaudido. Una señora que estaba celebrando su cumpleaños el mismo día tuvo la oportunidad de beber vino de la copa muy especial. Quedamos fascinados con el paisaje, la comida de gran calidad y el vino de Dios y sobre todo apreciamos el amor y el cuidado de la familia y todo el equipo. 08/07/2025: Da Nisio Restaurant – San Gimignano A beautiful restaurant nestled in the countryside just outside San Gimignano. You can dine outdoors, enjoying a splendid view of the Tuscan hills: a truly peaceful haven. The restaurant is only open in the evenings, making it perfect for a relaxing dinner in a quiet and refined atmosphere. The cuisine is excellent, with tasty and well-prepared dishes, perfect for those who love Tuscan tradition but also for those seeking something more sophisticated. The staff is very kind and welcoming, helping to make the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a special evening in an enchanting setting.

17/05/2025: We had a fantastic meal at Da Nisio. The hosts were lovely and the food was excellent. Service was a little slow but nothing an extra glass of wine could not take care of! We would return!!

26/06/2025: Beautiful hotel located near San Gimignano. The location is perfect if you want to visit different villages and cities in the area. The breakfast is good and offers a variety of food - coffee, water, juice, fruits, salad, breads, eggs and pastry. We stayed in room 110 which has been fully renovated (I am not sure about the other rooms, but at least rooms 100-120 are fully renovated). The room is cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis, including new towels. The swimming area has also been upgraded with large, comfortable beds and parasols. In addition: some other areas have also been renovated, making it a much nicer place compared to some photos we've seen in the reviews from 2 years ago.

24/06/2025: I wouldn’t recommend this place. The food was terrible. The mozzarella wasn’t buffalo and tasted sour. I also ordered the rabbit ragù and couldn’t eat it — after two bites filled with bones and some very questionable pieces of meat, I gave up. On top of that, the prices were far too high for what was served. A definite no from me.

13/07/2025: The place is cozy and quaint, but the food and prices leave much to be desired. The menu is limited if you don't want toasts, which are expensive (€15 on average) for what they offer, although there's a lot of variety. The ravioli and lasagna are good, but very average; we weren't impressed with the quality at all. They charged us €10 for five slices of bread with olive oil, and the drinks are very expensive. The service is good.

23/06/2025: !!Tourist Trap Alert!! We paid €9 each for bruschetta and received a single slice of bread with a drizzle of olive oil and one lonely piece of garlic in the center—definitely not worth the price. While paying inside, I saw the chef preparing more bruschetta and casually sniffing the sausage before using it. After that, we were actually relieved we’d only ordered the plain version. Strongly recommend avoiding this place.

02/05/2025: Abbiamo cenato in due, cibo di buona qualità e cucinato bene però veramente troppo caro per un bistrot. Abbiamo anche dato un’occhiata alla carta dei vini ma i prezzi erano proibitivi, molto molto più cari del ristorante di buon livello in cui avevamo cenato la sera prima. Peccato perché il locale è molto carino ma dí sicuro non ci torneremo

21/04/2025: Abbiamo visitato San Gimignano recentemente. Arrivati all'ora di pranzo abbiamo deciso di fermarci in questo locale. Abbiamo mangiatoi i pici e le casarecce ed il tutto accompagnato dai vini consigliati nel menu. Tutto buonissimo. Certo il conto un pò esoso.. una calice di vino 8 euro non è proprio economico. Comunque sei a S.Gimignano e se la qualità c'è va pagata!

27/04/2025: Se siete a San Gimignano non fatevi scappare questo ristorante. Ambiente molto intimo e con una bella atmosfera. Fatevi trasportare dal menù e dalla professionalità dei ragazzi di sala. Piatti molto buoni e da degustare anche con gli occhi. Complimenti a tutti/e

26/04/2025: Restaurante com bom ambiente , comi o pato , regular . Garçons assoberbados atendem com pressa . A bisteca boa , foi o prato do restante da mesa . Solicitamos pão mas o garçom disse que só podia trazer qdo viessem os pratos apesar de insistirmos .
