17/05/2026: I ordered the cake for my birthday about three weeks in advance, going to the pastry shop in person to arrange all the details, the date, and the pickup time. On this occasion, I noticed that the clerk had written everything down in a calendar, but on a random date, not the one I would actually need the cake on. I assumed, however, that it was their way of managing the organization. Unfortunately, I was wrong. In fact, when I showed up to pick up the cake, the girl clearly didn't know what I was talking about and walked away, talking on the phone without offering any explanation. During all this, I had to wait for forty minutes, so I assume my cake was freshly made in the shop and they had completely forgotten about it. Of course, I had to wait without anyone telling me anything about the situation or even apologizing for the mix-up. Mistakes happen to everyone, but to be professional, you have to be able to admit them. It was my first time using their services, and certainly my last. It must be said that the cake, despite being clearly cobbled together with what was available at the time, was nice (not identical to the photo sent, but that's fair enough) and also very good, so if you don't mind the disrespect, go ahead.

12/05/2026: A WONDERFUL BAR for breakfast, BUT NOT ONLY... They also sell cakes, bread, and freshly made sandwiches. They also have a deli and cheese shop, a tea room, and a pastry shop. The atmosphere is small but BEAUTIFUL and RELAXING. I highly recommend it for both the inside and outside. The croissants are excellent, especially the pistachio one. The baked cakes are also excellent, especially the ricotta ones. I always love coming back when I'm having breakfast away from home.

In my opinion, my wife Lisetta Bertocci is absolutely the #1 in the area and beyond!!! ❤️❤️❤️🤮 splendid and delicious food, unparalleled service, breathtaking location both for the view and the unique elegance of the restaurant 😍😍😍😍😍 very fair prices for the type of restaurant.... What can I say about Franco and Anna, two unique and beautiful people who immediately make you feel at ease and super helpful!!!!! Excellent and competent staff❤️❤️❤️❤️whoever tries to leave negative reviews either doesn't understand a kaiser or does it to benefit some other jealous restaurateur😜😜😜😜😜😜 what can I say you have to try it!!!!!😜😍😘😛❤️tempestini gianluca

08/04/2026: The other day I came to Montecatini for a walk and to visit, my mother offered me an ice cream, the prices are exorbitant for the quantities, the gentleman who worked there was quite rude to my brother and didn't even pay attention when it was our turn to choose the ice cream flavors, terrible experience, I'm not giving 1 star because it wasn't that bad, but exorbitant price, small cone!

16/04/2026: I enjoyed the unicorn gelato! Plenty of options but this one stood out. It tasted like cake batter and was eaten quickly! Thank you!
