05/08/2025: We were a party of 5 adults and 2 children. No reservation, but we got a table.
Thin crust pizza (which i don't particularly enjoy). Topping was good, but not "classical" Italian.

I would have revised the portion sizes of the fried food and mixed grill; at other places at the same price, the portion sizes are much different.
Slow service... There were three of us and we arrived at 8:00 PM. The place wasn't even half full, and for two courses and a dessert each, it took almost three hours. The younger waiter should be more cheerful and smiley.
29/06/2025: For the first time here. So we ate a raw fish (where I said not to put onion and instead it arrived with onion gel) and a mixed seafood appetizer and the quality is there. Then a grill that I didn't try, I was told good but a little poor, a tagliolini with lobster that tasted of tomato... and I don't think the lobster was fresh. Then the thing that bothered me the most was a glass of Vermentino la pettegola for 7 euros!!!! It costs 8 a bottle... this is really scandalous!!!! Which is really poor as a glass. Without sweet bitter coffees... 163 euros for two a little too much. A small bottle of wine. Good service, the guy with glasses, the rest in short. Then we got up in a hurry because inside despite the air conditioning we were sweating

27/07/2025: Moeder en dochter doen dit puur uit liefde voor het vak. Moeder als kok en dochter als bediende, op persoonlijk niveau. De pasta carbonara was buitengewoon lekker, terwijl ik een regelmatiger carbonara-eter ben. Nog nooit zo lekker gegeten en heel authentieke ervaring zonder toeristische focus. Ook veel locals komen hier eten als vaste klanten. Warme sfeer, echte aanrader!
25/07/2025: Si quieres una experiencia gastronómica Italiano tradicional en la Toscana entonces ven aquí. Sí IT es un servicio lento, ya que solo hay nonna cocina en el ITchen y un servidor (la hija), pero es fabuloso. Tómate tu tiempo y disfruta del ambiente, nos encantó IT. La pasta gf estaba genial, el filete estaba tan tierno y el vino precioso, la crema de caramelo era la mejor que he probado. Disfruta del ritmo, IT es más lento pero relájate y sigue la corriente. Nos encantó IT y hemos reservado para volver!

02/05/2025: Posto molto interessante,alla periferia di Montecatini ,tagliere toscano con salumi ottimi e focaccetta fantastica ,i primi molto buoni...gnocchetti al sugo di granchio e tordelli al ragù..il tutto annaffiato da un buon bianco.prezzi al di sotto della media per la qualità .Consigliatissimo

11/05/2025: Kind and cheerful guys, thin but large and well-seasoned pizza. The rotisserie dishes are also very good. The fried polenta is super! Takeaway service always on time. We are now fond of it!

11/08/2025: Everything was delicious, from breakfast to dinner. The staff were young and friendly, professional, but with just the right amount of good humor.
10/08/2025: Restaurant with excellent food and a casual atmosphere. The staff is a bit slow but helpful. We ate there twice during our vacation because the price-quality ratio is excellent.
Gluten-free options are also available!

23/07/2025: Appaltino was recommended to me at the post office, 100 meters away. I didn't regret it. Spaghetti with clams was truly delicious, like a well-known restaurant, the coffee was excellent, which is very important to me, and the hostess was very kind. Highly recommended!

Pur essendo affollato in giorno di festa, ho trovato un buon servizio, una ottima qualità del menù e molta gentilezza.
Lo consiglio anche a persone celiache.

09/06/2025: We rarely give 5 stars, but everything here is just right. The food is incredibly delicious. We were there for two days and were particularly impressed by the pasta. Even when the restaurant is empty, it takes a while for the food to arrive, but after all, you want freshly cooked food, and we're sure you will! Authentic and very tasty cuisine at extremely fair prices with no "nasty surprises." Table charges are clearly stated on the menu (€1.50) for everyone, and there is no charge for children. That's fair and definitely not the case everywhere. The house wine on the tourist menu was also great. If we had discovered the restaurant earlier, we would have come every day and avoided one or two disappointments elsewhere. A little tip: The restaurant's opening hours are nowhere to be found. As the owner, I would change this.
