25/03/2025: We stayed in this facility with a large group of 79 students aged 12/13, and from the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with unique availability. With her cuisine she delighted us with tasty and genuine dishes. In particular, Donna Laura's spaghetti aglio e olio were a true triumph of flavours. Despite the enthusiasm and energy of our children, the staff was always patient and courteous, managing every situation with professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend this facility and we will definitely be back!

23/03/2025: The hotel is not new, but it is well maintained and clean. The food is good and plentiful. The rooms are clean and spacious enough, and equipped with all the extras you would expect for the price. The staff are a real gem,especially in the restaurant. Friendly, helpful and willing to help. Location very good,but the tourist bus can't get to the hotel,still it's only about 300m walk. Considering the price high level of service. Highly recommended.

30/01/2025: Welcoming, clean and helpful, I had even forgotten the key and they didn't make a fuss about giving me another one (obviously I hadn't lost it but left it at a friend's house), it didn't seem at all like described by other comments

18/07/2024: I go there when I take the car to my mechanic. Excellent cappuccino, very good croissants, and for those who smoke, they have a tobacconist inside. Clean and tidy place. Place run, I believe, by a small Chinese family business and I am very happy that they speak the language perfectly. They are kind and quick in service. If you happen to be in the area, I recommend stopping for breakfast. I know they also make sandwiches but I haven't had a chance to try them.

13/02/2025: Ottimo! Consigliato a chi voglia gustare le specialità della tradizione culinaria toscana. Ribollita. Pappa con il pomodoro. Fagioli. Funghi. Bistecca.

10/02/2025: J'ai mis 2 parce que le vin était bon et que c'est très joli Énormément déçue de ce repas Souris d'agneau très salée et sèche Un plat de gnocchi au fromage très moyen et on a commandé des funghi porcini grillé pour 2 vu le prix !!! Donc 2 morceaux de cèpes dans l'assiette ! Fades plein d'eau décongelés sûrement Enfin catastrophique Notre addition très salées elle aussi nous a révélé qu'il nous a été facturé 2 fois les cèpes que nous avons payé puisque pour eux nous en avions commandé 2 ! Du vol Je déconseille vivement Une catastrophe culinaire

26/01/2025: Nice place, never tried the restaurant and I don't intend to. If you go dancing, don't go there, at least for special events where I promise lower prices than normal. Paid advance sales that expire at half past one; opening at midnight; they haven't opened yet at one. Midwinter, lots of kids stuck alone in the cold. Bouncers who don't do their job. If anyone feels bad I would really like to know who takes responsibility.

05/11/2024: Tenía muchas ganas de pasta en esta hora del almuerzo, pero desafortunadamente no tenían ninguno en esta ocasión (muy inusual) esto nos lo explicaron antes de conseguir una mesa, pero tomamos la decisión de tomar pizza. Compartimos una pizza Diavola Era muy bueno y no excesivamente caliente. La pizza fue cocinada frente a nosotros. Personal muy amable y servicial. ¡Espera la pasta la próxima vez!
