23/07/2025: Appaltino was recommended to me at the post office, 100 meters away. I didn't regret it. Spaghetti with clams was truly delicious, like a well-known restaurant, the coffee was excellent, which is very important to me, and the hostess was very kind. Highly recommended!

This year I also tried the exceptional fish dishes!!! I definitely recommend it; the place is beautiful, and the staff is helpful, kind, friendly, and very well-trained.

03/11/2025: Guys, if you're ever in the Montecatini area, I can confirm, as I see many others have already done, that Libertine is truly worth the 5 stars I gave it with great pleasure and duty, because everything was perfect, from the cocktails and long drinks to the desserts, from the burgers to the first and second courses. Fair prices, excellent service, and friendly and empathetic staff, the quality of the products is truly high. Let me just say... the five-grain bread exceeds all expectations, the baked potatoes are exceptional... and if the four of us leave satisfied with what we ate and don't complain, we've reached the top. Well done, guys. Keep it up!

26/09/2025: I've been to this place three times for dinner and twice for aperitivo. The food isn't bad, and the atmosphere is nice, so we've been several times. For a cocktail bar, however, the drinks are expensive and watered down, and the owner was guilty of arrogance. €24 for two watered-down cocktails is excessive, and when I pointed it out, he wouldn't listen to us... too bad, you lost a customer for one drink. Make your cocktails better, and for that price, if a repeat customer isn't happy, you can offer them another, or find a more strategic marketing strategy instead of pretending nothing is happening. If you don't care about your customers, you think I don't care about returning to your place. So, food is fine, but cocktails are a no-no.

02/11/2025: As soon as we entered, it felt like we were ice skating because of the humidity. We sat down at the table and immediately opened the window a bit, which was enough to improve the situation a bit... There was so much humidity on the windows, like when you're driving in the car in the winter. The pizzas weren't pizzas; except for the pinsa my friend got, the other pizzas weren't great. Mine was a bit watery, flat and uniform, as if they'd made it with a mold. My friend's sandwich was served open, something I've never seen done in a restaurant... The response: "Yes, it's open!" 😂 The staff was normal. The draft beer was good. Otherwise, I don't recommend much... The wait times were normal. I'm giving one star mainly because the floor can be very dangerous. When I sat down, I practically ended up eating with the table behind us, and I'm not kidding. 😅 We have a video of us playing curling with a chair. 😂 A fun evening for the setting, but not satisfying, sorry.

02/11/2025: Terrible experience. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait 15 minutes for a table. The floor was wet and slippery, very dangerous for someone like me who uses crutches. Service was sloppy; they brought us the wrong drink (which was later corrected). The wings arrived frozen inside, so they weren't cooked fresh (they were later reheated after we complained). My friend's sandwich, a photo of which is attached, was served in disarray, with no attempt by the waitress to explain, despite our concerns. Very fair prices (hamburger €8), but unfortunately, we won't be returning.

09/06/2025: We rarely give 5 stars, but everything here is just right. The food is incredibly delicious. We were there for two days and were particularly impressed by the pasta. Even when the restaurant is empty, it takes a while for the food to arrive, but after all, you want freshly cooked food, and we're sure you will! Authentic and very tasty cuisine at extremely fair prices with no "nasty surprises." Table charges are clearly stated on the menu (€1.50) for everyone, and there is no charge for children. That's fair and definitely not the case everywhere. The house wine on the tourist menu was also great. If we had discovered the restaurant earlier, we would have come every day and avoided one or two disappointments elsewhere. A little tip: The restaurant's opening hours are nowhere to be found. As the owner, I would change this.

17/05/2025: Mientras queríamos pagar la cuenta, los camareros intentaron estafarnos, ya que nos enfrentamos a ellos y se nos ocurrieron excesos. Tan dijeron que los costos adicionales eran el costo de la mesa para sentarse. Entonces dijeron que el dueño lo quería de esta manera. No se nos dijo de antemano que las comisiones de mesa ni cuando pedimos la factura que había un cargo de mesa. Cuando preguntamos por qué la cuenta era tan alta, los camareros de repente dieron excusas y fue muy molesto. Definitivamente no recomendaría este restaurante a cualquiera que visite Atenas Grecia. Muy decepcionante, nunca volveré de nuevo.

02/11/2025: A very disappointing experience. We had booked two tables for €350, with €200 per table to spend on bottles, as confirmed via text. We arrived at the club at 12:30 AM and waited over an hour without receiving anything. After an hour, a waiter told us that the €200 bottles were "no longer available," even though they were included in the reservation. In reality, the menu listed bottles starting at €250, something never communicated before, forcing us to pay an additional €200 in cash for drinks. No receipt, no bill. Only after speaking to the manager were we "offered" a basic bottle, proving that the staff's story wasn't true. The venue lacks transparency in its management of tables and payments. Not recommended.
