17/07/2025: È il ristorante della pensione Alassio. Molto piacevole l'ambiente, wifi molto scarso. Cucina solo di carne, con piatti nella media. All'inizio offrono un assaggino apprezzabile. Conto sui 45 eur a testa senza vino.

12/07/2025: Siamo stati Dal Mi' Cecio per una cena in coppia ed è stata una bellissima esperienza. Il locale ha un'atmosfera calda e intima, e la veranda all'aperto è il posto perfetto per godersi una cena rilassante. A rendere l’ambiente ancora più piacevole, della buona musica di sottofondo, che accompagna la serata senza mai disturbare. La prima cosa che colpisce è il menù strutturato in due parti tra piatti della tradizione e proposte più innovative, pensato per soddisfare tutti i gusti. Siamo stati accolti con una entrée di panzanella, fresca e saporita, accompagnata da un ottimo prosecco che ha aperto la cena nel modo migliore. A seguire, un tagliere con pasta fritta e salumi davvero gustosi, e un tris di crostini ben assortiti, tra cui merita una menzione speciale quello ai legumi, equilibrato e dal sapore rustico ma delicato. Come primo abbiamo scelto le tagliatelle al sugo di cinghiale con salsa ai frutti di bosco, che si è rivelato il piatto sorpresa della serata: una combinazione insolita ma perfettamente riuscita, dove la dolcezza dei frutti di bosco esaltava il sapore intenso della carne. Per secondo, una tagliata al rosmarino cotta alla perfezione: morbida, succosa, si scioglieva letteralmente in bocca. Il servizio è stato impeccabile nonostante il locale fosse pieno ed è evidente la passione e la cura che il ristorante mette sia nella cucina che nell’esperienza complessiva. Dal Mi’ Cecio è un perfetto equilibrio tra innovazione e tradizione, in un contesto elegante ed accogliente, a due passi dal centro di Montecatini Terme. Consigliatissimo per una serata speciale, romantica o tra amici!

27/08/2025: We stayed at the hotel for the weekend and so we wanted to try the restaurant as well. We were not disappointed but I honestly expected more of the restaurant of a 5-star hotel which is also very expensive. The staff and service were great. The food could be better. My fillet was a bit chewy. The soup also could be better in my opinion.

04/06/2025: Il nostro ristorante preferito in assoluto. Il migliore di Montecatini assolutamente. Consiglio il menù pesce e la tagliata alla Robespierre. Sono due anni che siamo clienti fissi e non abbiamo lasciato mai una recensione. Era doveroso.

24/07/2025: The food is okay, nothing special, but the service is completely awful. While we were looking for a quick dinner, we stumbled upon this place online. We thought it was a restaurant based on Google's listing, but it turned out to be more of a nightclub/bar. They seated us without telling us it was the night with the DJ set, so after they served our food, we found ourselves stuck eating with horrible music blasting in our ears. We politely asked if they could turn the volume down a bit, since we were all uncomfortable and couldn't even hear each other at the table, but they told us they couldn't because Wednesday is the night of the DJ set. So, they'd rather make our ears bleed than reduce the infernal mess, which would have been enjoyable for the kids even if they'd turned the volume down a bit. We asked for the bill immediately while the waitress cleared the table and ran away, but after more than 20 interminable minutes, I had to go get it because the girl had disappeared. When I pointed out that no one had warned us the music would be that loud, she replied, "Well, we can't say everything. The console was set up anyway," looking at me like I was the idiot. Of course, because two adults walking in with a couple in their sixties asking for a table to eat must have come to hear the Montecatini DJ set by the kid who thinks he's the new David Guetta... how could I not think of that!! I'm convinced they didn't warn us in bad faith, and I bitterly regretted stopping by. Besides the poor service, I found the way they treat customers shameful. They ruined our evening, and we'll never set foot there again. There are much better places to dine in Montecatini.

21/07/2025: We tried this place on our first night in Montecatini and absolutely loved it. The charcuterie plate was legendary. The cheeses were delicious, and the desserts, especially the tiramisu, were fantastic. The friendly and helpful staff, and the prices were so reasonable, we decided to return in the coming days.

17/08/2025: As for the pizza, let's leave it at that; it's unsightly and inedible. They should still be starting from the base. It arrived very thin, almost transparent, and burned all around. As for the meat, I ate it the day before. Excellent, very good, and perfectly cooked.

15/08/2025: I recently visited Pizzeria Trattoria Il Vicolo, and unfortunately, I have to say that the experience was disappointing in many ways. The portion sizes were rather small. What made the evening even worse was the attitude of the staff, especially the lady in the dining room, who was anything but friendly and polite. When it came time to pay, she even rudely and surlyly refused to accept two separate card payments, behavior I find unacceptable in 2025. A place that, in my opinion, doesn't put the customer first and leaves a less than pleasant impression. I absolutely do not recommend it.

26/08/2025: Very pleasant place, shame about the presence of annoying children. If we wanted to be in the noise, there were plenty of other places. A little more selection wouldn't hurt.

26/06/2025: The first waiter slammed the menu on the table without eye contact, another waiter was a lot more polite, and took our order properly. Cosy terrace, a bit of a parade street, so plenty to look at, unfortunately on the other side the thermal baths that this city is so proud of, but which are all badly dilapidated, and which are fenced off.

21/06/2025: Negative experience in every sense, slow service, unprofessional and not even qualified staff, poor and old food, limited wine availability, prices not balanced to what they offer you, not recommended.

25/08/2025: Great place for food, drinks, or just a quick bite. No fancy dishes, but good value for money. Downside: the Milanese schnitzel is thinner than a napkin. More breadcrumbs than meat! Otherwise, excellent food.

22/08/2025: This is a cool spot. I have had sushi here in the past and it is good. My mistake recent visit was for cocktails only.

15/08/2025: I ate really well on my only day here in Montecatini. The restaurant is always open at the times indicated, and the food is truly divine, with traditional dishes as well as everyday favorites found everywhere. The flavor and quality of the dishes are top-notch, and I must say, it's truly delicious. I had the Chianti-style pici with local sausage and Tuscan pecorino cheese, and they were out of this world. If you have to choose from the entire menu, these will definitely not disappoint.
