29/08/2024: In my opinion... They want to do too much.. They should follow a specific path and do it well... It looks like a bazaar... I don't think I'll go back a second time.. I can say that the pizza was raw and the pasta was white... It wasn't cooked...well, it's not a small thing.....then I saw the owner bending over backwards... Between the oven, the kitchen and the counter. Then I understood everything..

05/07/2024: Ci siamo stati a cena perché vicino all'hotel, abbiamo atteso un bel po' per ordinare e per mangiare perché c'era parecchia gente ma ne è valsa la pena, buone sia le cozze che la zuppa di mare, eccezionale la frittura, talmente buona che il giorno dopo ci siamo tornati a pranzo per rimangiarla e provare gli ottimi primi. Il locale è un po' datato ma la cucina merita una visita.

24/08/2024: Abbiamo mangiato un tagliere gourmet ricco di salumi e formaggi particolari e due ottimi calici di vino. Il locale e’ ben arredato e il giardinetto e’ davvero carino alla sera con tutte le lucine. Personale preparato e gentile e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Torneremo presto!

23/08/2024: Siamo stati in questo locale con la famiglia e una bimba di 2 anni,ci siamo seduti alle ore 20 abbiamo ordinato e ci hanno servito alle ore 21,nell'ordine non essendoci la possibilità di una pasta semplice per mia figlia,perché tutti i piatti sono preparati precedentemente quindi la basta in bianca non si poteva avere, abbiamo chiesto un piatto di prosciutto crudo e le patate al forno,sono arrivate fredde,io dico il microonde per riscaldare tutto il resto lo hai perché non le scaldi? Dopodiché ho chiesto di poterle riscaldare e mi è stato risposto che loro le tengono in frigo...e cosa vuol dire? Più tardi chiediamo una lasagna,otteniamo una risposta non consona alla nostra richiesta. La qualità dei prodotti apparte le patate sono buone,servizio super scadente e scortese.

06/08/2024: Horrible. Way too expensive for what it is and doesn't look like the pictures. Staff rude, disinterested and not hospitable. Dated room with a mattress that is too soft and a noisy refrigerator. Located on a busy noisy road. Booked because of the swimming pool, but it turned out to only be open between 10:30 and 18:30, so I could hardly use it. Breakfast was a disappointment with virtually no selection and the buffet was not replenished.

17/08/2023: About eight km from the Sarzana motorway exit, in the Lunigiana hills, we can find this small village surrounded by greenery.. The last stretch of road that leads to the location is a bit narrow and you have to make room in case you encounter other vehicles but you can get there easily with the Maps directions.. We spent about ten days here in an apartment that once housed an old mill.. The internal environment is very large and the stone walls offer a cool shelter from the summer heat. The dining area of ​​the apartment offers everything you need to prepare meals and in the bathroom we can also find a small hydromassage tub. The telephone in the area does not have much reception but the structure has WiFi coverage.. Mrs. Cristina is very kind and always available, the cuisine offered by the farm is excellent and plentiful. In the outdoor spaces we can find a swimming pool for those looking for a bit of refreshment, tables covered by gazebos available to guests and lots of greenery.. In a fenced area there are also donkeys and a pony. Pets are allowed and there is also the possibility of purchasing products of their production. There is no parking in the structure and once the car is unloaded, it will be left about a hundred meters away from the village..

Mrs. Cristina is undoubtedly an added value of the place: her kindness and availability make the stay even more unforgettable. Also the precious staff, always ready to welcome you with a smile. The cuisine is fabulous, excellent and abundant dinners with products, especially vegetables, of their own production or of the nearby area. For those who wish, a rich breakfast, also in this case with home-produced products. The swimming pool makes you even more tempted to spend the day in this very relaxing place.

18/08/2024: Every summer it is a fixed stop on our holidays in Marina di Carrara. Excellent service even if the place is small, excellent hot (Farinata/Cecina)... and pizza in a pan cooked in a wood-fired oven, very good. Highly recommended!

25/07/2024: I returned from Vanilla after many years. My partner and I got two takeaway pizzas and they were really good. The dough is light, very digestible, in fact we have taken pizzas on another occasion, plus the "hot" for those who are not local the "hot hot", here with us, it is the farinata, the cecina or the cake for the people of Livorno! That's good too! One evening we went to eat at a pizzeria, thinking we'd do it first, because then we had to meet up with some friends. The pizza is always good, but the service is a little slow and needs improvement. A note of merit goes to the pizza chef. The second time we got take-away pizza, I asked for a Rustica without aubergines, he made it again because whoever had stuffed it had made a mistake and had put them in. Not bad, I would have eaten it anyway, even though I don't like aubergines. He behaved correctly and professionally! My opinion is positive and I recommend going there!
