04/10/2024: Horrible, no hay otras palabras. Servicio = 0 Alimentos = 0 Antes era un lugar para ir, comida decente, un servicio amable decente ahora es una sombra del lugar que una vez fue. Afirman que sus 'tortelli' son caseros, no por lo que son basura insípida típica producida en masa. Los platos en los que sirven los platos principales de comida son platos laterales, por lo que las porciones son realmente pequeñas. En la actualidad es un cantine para los trabajadores de autopistas y la misma comida de bajo coste/baja calidad se sirve a clientes desprevenidos a precios extremadamente inflados.

We had little time, the options were limited, so we opted for Ristorante Pizzeria da Silvio; among other things, we had wanted to try it for a while and we took the opportunity. Well, I had a Margherita pizza and he had a stracchino and rocket. The rocket had run out and was replaced with courgettes. The pizzas arrived. Right away, at the sight, we realised that they probably wouldn't be that great, but once we tasted them that "great" turned into "poor"! A product of very poor quality, without flavour, truly terrible! We didn't finish them... we are anti-waste, we have great respect for food, so to leave something on the plate it must be truly inedible! We thought they were frozen, a two-bit frozen product, to sadly discover that instead they make them themselves! This makes it all the more negative, also because we spent or rather threw away €21.00 including two bottles of still water and cover charge! I wonder how you can offer a similar product and charge for it as if it were quality. With €9.50 and €6.00 ​​you can eat some great pizzas! They were also badly cooked, the dough did not rise well... my goodness! Unthinkable! There is a middle ground between terrible and excellent, you can offer a product that is at least acceptable, edible and at honest prices! This is not the case! I gave one star, because you can't give less! Forget about this pizza! Stay away from it! I'm honest, if I were the managers of the place I would be ashamed... evidently, customer care is non-existent, at the base there is only the idea of ​​earning money, but the negative reviews and word of mouth are not to be underestimated... I repeat, horrible pizza! 🤦🏻‍♀️

15/06/2025: Alla pizza, focaccia, poke darei 10 stelle. Ingredienti freschi e buonissimi Al personale darei zero. Maleducati e cafoni. Si insultano tra di loro e rispondono malissimo ai clienti. Molto carini e gentilissimi i ragazzi che sparecchiano. Prezzi nella media.

THIRTY minutes of waiting for a piadina, we kindly asked what had happened and the girl replied "I missed it, I'm a beginner and alone, I'll make it for you now, never mind". Unable to wait any longer, she wrote on the receipt for us to come and get it another day. I asked if it was possible to get my money back and she tried at all costs to give me an amount lower than the one I spent even though she had the receipt in front of her. All of this with a lot of arrogance and rudeness. Working with the public I know that oversights and mistakes can happen and learning a job is difficult, but pretending to be right and treating the customer in this way is unacceptable.

02/04/2025: Ho una madre ultranovantenne che ama i pranzi domenicali al ristorante e quindi è “caccia” ai locali nuovi per aggiungere un “sapore” diverso. Da un amico mi è stato suggerito questo e devo dire che è stato un consiglio prezioso. Bella varietà di proposte, porzioni abbondantissime, ottimo rapporto qualità/costo, servizio veloce. Sono tornata a pochi giorni di distanza perché dovevo recarmi ad una visita nell’ospedale vicino e ho trovato precisione ed affabilità e un trattamento da pranzo di lavoro (durante la settimana) ancora più conveniente e la solita cortesia
