03/08/2025: WHAT ARE YOUDOING HERE?! "IT'S A PRIVATE BEACH!!!! NOT A KIDS FRIENDLY AREA. Be careful! Are you ready to spend time with the kids here,first read my story and be prepared! So I came to the beach with my three kids at around 6 o'clock on Saturday,I bought the necessary things at the bar,like water,ice cream, and apirol, and we went to the beach with the kids.There were several people on the beach including me and the children.I left the stroller and Apirol near the empty sun lounger and my children aged 1, 3 and 8 years went swimming. We played on the beach for about 50 minutes, and then tired and happy we went to the exit.On the way to the exit we were met by an unfriendly woman in a green dress from the market, shouting at us , " WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE " IT'S A PRIVATE BEACH " That we had taken someone's sunbed! They forced me to pay 100 euros. For the sunbed near which I parked the stroller, I never even sat on the sunbed, mothers who will read will understand me very well. That sitting on a sunbed with 3 small children is an impossible mission)), and they forced me to pay 100 euros for a sunbed that I didn't use at all. So this beach is a not kids friendly area.No one even thought to help me, offer a sunbed or give me towels. They simply charged me 100 euros for 1 hour, for a sunbed that we didn't even use.So I paid 100 euros for a sunbed that had already been bought for the season by another family.

02/10/2025: This is the creamiest, and best Gelato I have had in my three weeks of travel through Italy, to include Rome! Friendly staff, baked treasures I want to try all of, and spotlessly clean.

15/10/2025: We were there again yesterday. Wonderful pizza and tiramisu, very friendly service. Very fair prices. We had a very nice evening. Very good and well-topped pizza. Very good prices. Four of us sat inside and had plenty of space around us, instead of the usual Italian cramped seating. Very relaxed. Highly recommended.

25/09/2025: Completely disorganized, over an hour of waiting without the waitress saying a word, and completely disregarding the customer. They didn't mention that it would be an hour's wait for two pizzas, and they didn't ask us how our evening went, if there were any problems, or any other information. Never return. I strongly advise against it.

20/10/2025: While passing through Carrara, we had lunch at this restaurant. Everything was excellent, from the service to the food. Plus, with a small child, they made us feel at ease and even made her happy, so she "painted her mustache." Highly recommended for the quality/price ratio.

05/10/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant as we walked past: we were immediately struck by the decor! We weren't sure what to expect, but it turned out to be a truly delightful little place. Generous dishes made with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, and the staff were very attentive and courteous. A top restaurant in the heart of Carrara; we'll definitely be back.

12/10/2025: We booked for 12, but the lady insists we'd booked for 14. We arrive at 12:45, and she takes orders at 2:00 PM. She tirelessly runs around the dining room, serving and rushing to the kitchen. She serves a table of 8, giving priority because they arrived 5 minutes before us. She only takes part of our order. When she comes for the second part, she tells us she's run out of many of the dishes on the menu and we have to adapt. Dried cured meats. Overcooked and unseasoned tagliatelle with mushrooms. Rubbery testaroli. The stew is acceptable. I've had better elsewhere. The price is truly confusing, too high; we spent €40 each for a taste of an appetizer and a first or second course. I would advise the lady to hire someone else to work in the dining room.

04/09/2025: A stunning location, a terrace overlooking Bagnone with a medieval feel that blends with courtesy and customer service. Last but not least, the delicious food.

12/10/2025: We had a great time at dinner. Got to learn about the history of the place through the owners, beautiful old couple. Was there until close and they ended up serving us some limoncello and showing us a few new liqueurs! Food was incredible, best restaurant we found in Bellano!

The fish was excellent (obviously), but the spaghetti with clams didn't taste like clams. They took them from the kettle, added parsley, and added 8 clams (delicious). A waste of seafood... €18... Spicy tagliolini: not spicy; eggplant, pecorino, and shrimp, tasteless... €17 2 appetizers, 2 first courses, two coffees: €100...

13/07/2025: Qui il tempo si è fermato...in positivo! Non è stato solo un pranzo ma un'esperienza! La semplicità del locale ti riporta al sapore buono delle cose genuine. I tavoli di marmo sotto le pergole e il padrone di casa, Giovanni, ti fanno sentire accolto. Ottimi i formaggi, la pasta e fagioli e il coniglio; menzione speciale al gelato Versilia; il tutto annaffiato dal bianco frizzante prodotto nella loro vigna. Non dimenticatevi di assaggiare i pomodori del loro orto, dolci e saporiti come non avevo mai assaggiato. Super raccomandato.

17/06/2025: Esperienza negativa da non ripetersi: trattoria spartanissima, personale poco disponibile, menù e conto a voce (nemmeno un pezzo di carta per il prezzo delle pietanze). Prezzi non adeguati nè alla qualità nè all'ambiente.
