11/01/2025: Returned after two years and it is always a pleasure to return....... The hand always remains the same, The food is truly excellent, in my opinion the tordelli are the best I have eaten The rice cake is unquestionably delicious....the staff are good and well prepared, congratulations to everyone, see you next time.

27/10/2024: I'm not used to reviewing but today I feel offended by the name inn I expect tradition, warmth, friendliness and certainly good food, well today I didn't find all this. I'll start by saying that I go to colonnade often, we've been around almost all of them, the only thing missing was because I've never seen it because it's outside the center of the town, so for this reason I already had higher expectations since you have to go there with intention, apart from that we sit in a cold environment fluorescent green tablecloths staff not at all welcoming and already from there a little biased oh well but I think we will eat well, we order appetizers lard, cured meats and cheeses and a ravioli with meat sauce well the appetizers arrive and there I am immediately struck by the nervous lard that didn't taste like nothing (I'll start by saying that I know well, I'm not from Africa) Tuscan salami, bacon, three pieces of cheese without rind just so you don't know what type it was and sweets with mushrooms, bresaola, typical Apuan salami! What a disappointment then I tell myself I'll make up for it with the ravioli! Here they come, 8 ravioli which don't have a typical shape, but they weren't bad, but they weren't cold! If I can give you some advice given by a professional who has been in the restaurant business for over 20 years, look again, it's so easy to improve, all it takes is a little more effort and who knows, take a look at the competition that perhaps you have to learn, then a reasoning comes naturally as is the competition ever full and you are not? I would like to have an answer and a discussion with you. I attach photos of the appetizer because I really wanted to show it so as not to be seen as a liar

01/12/2024: A beautiful reality discovered after four years of residence in Carrara. The King's Bay is a restaurant bar with a few tables where you can enjoy fresh fish (caught only) made in every way by Vittorio but also excellent first courses and then....... the crudités!!!!! ??? The place is clean, the service is excellent and the staff friendly. Everything was excellent. The prices are compatible and in line with the quality of the products offered. Highly recommended for those who want to eat the catch of the day.

26/09/2024: Basic menu with poor choice, good but banal dishes, I was a little disappointed, honestly I expected that the photos of all the dishes I saw in the reviews were part of a single proposal, but instead they were made in multiple meals. I was even immediately told that to eat shellfish you have to book them in advance. Infinite sadness!

13/02/2025: Requested a crepe with Nutella and a pancake with dark chocolate and white chocolate. Half-empty place so it's difficult to get the order wrong... I received a crepe with I presume dark chocolate that was dry as a nail and was thrown away and the pancake with white chocolate and Nutella, too bad I'm allergic to hazelnuts, and fortunately from the color I realized that it wasn't dark chocolate. Never again

25/10/2024: Clean place, with a wide choice of various crêpes and piadinas. Very filling and at a great price! Well done.

24/12/2024: In Winter cold rooms. Only only with AC possible. Hardly to find, look out fot Restaurant ELIA

The place needs to be renovated, the non-existent privacy forces you to listen to the conversations of the nearby tables and to have your own heard... not exactly the best. Prices that are too high are not appropriate for the location and the venue

01/01/2025: Typical, characteristic restaurant, it looks like a photograph from the 70s. Entrance at the end of a corridor, almost narrow and semi-dark. All very good, from the giardiniera to the herb cake and the cod fritters. However, the tagliatelle with cod sauce and the stewed cabbage, stuffed with cod, deserve a special mention. The necci with ricotta is absolutely worth trying. We will definitely be back.

04/10/2024: Horrible, no hay otras palabras. Servicio = 0 Alimentos = 0 Antes era un lugar para ir, comida decente, un servicio amable decente ahora es una sombra del lugar que una vez fue. Afirman que sus 'tortelli' son caseros, no por lo que son basura insípida típica producida en masa. Los platos en los que sirven los platos principales de comida son platos laterales, por lo que las porciones son realmente pequeñas. En la actualidad es un cantine para los trabajadores de autopistas y la misma comida de bajo coste/baja calidad se sirve a clientes desprevenidos a precios extremadamente inflados.

15/02/2025: Cena per festeggiare il compleanno del mio compagno Mimmo....Tutto perfetto!!! Sgabei con salumi e stracchino buonissimi. Fuori menù frittura di pesce top. E le cipolle caramellate veramente gustose. Porzioni Super abbondanti. Io avevo portato la torta di compleanno ma, vedendo passare i dessert serviti agli altri tavoli..beh me ne sono pentita. Conto ok. Grazie Mimmo & Francesca.

14/01/2025: It's a shame I can't give zero because what they deserve, I ask for the hot one and they tell me that the one on the pan is all booked up and in the meantime I order a pizza, Italy One slice remains during cooking and almost out of pity I'm asked if I want it of course I give up . I get the pizza, I pay for it, I take home an inedible pizza. I'm sorry that once with real vanilla, things were not like that. Never again in this place

02/09/2024: Ho provato il cacciucco da asporto del giovedì su ordinazione. Vi assicuro che ne vale veramente la pena. € 28 una porzione di cacciucco abbondante e buona. Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente.

19/01/2025: Abbiamo cenato in due veramente tutto buonissimo eravamo felicissimi, antipasto abbondante primo saporitissimo anche il vino della casa qualcosa di speciale
