15/06/2025: In occasione della visita al castello di Fosdinovo, siamo stati ieri a pranzo: siamo stati accolti come se fossimo famigliari, tavolo sotto il pergolato d'uva con veduta fino al mare. Veramente stupendo. Il menù veramente ottimo. Da consigliare assolutamente i ravioli patate e porri conditi con un sugo in bianco di funghi pioppini coltivati da loro. Un piatto mai assaggiato ma di una bontà unica. Così come il coniglio fritto. Prezzi più che onesti con il coperto e il caffè (in moka Bialetti) offerti. I proprietari gentilissimi e cordiali; siamo stati veramente trattati come in famiglia. Esperienza assolutamente da consigliare e da ripetere!

02/06/2025: Pozione incredibile con una vista che nelle condizioni migliori arriva alle 5 terre e al monte della Corsica. Ospitalità famigliare e distensiva. Tanta simpatia. Piatti sobri ed accurati, buona la scelta. Siamo stati davvero coccolati! Torneremo sicuramente ad assaggiare i fritti e i primi!

13/07/2025: So I booked a table at 8:45 PM with TheFork. When we arrived, I pointed out that we were the 8:45 table of six, and we waited almost 15 minutes to be seated. After being seated in a remote room, we waited another 15 minutes for the menus. At 9:20 PM, we ordered appetizers, which arrived 30 minutes after ordering, but the pizzas arrived immediately. At 10:20 PM, the first course arrived: spaghetti allo scoglio, delicious, and four second courses without the side of fries, so I had to ask how they were. Then the fried fish was super greasy, and I had to ask for more because they hadn't prepared it. Well, what can I say? We arrived at 8:45 PM and left at 11:15 PM, not bad. The food is really good, nothing to complain about. But I would improve the dining room staff and speed up the kitchen a bit. I definitely won't be returning.

20/07/2025: The most unassuming little restaurant that most wouldn’t even notice. Catering for the locals, they don’t have a menu except for their daily specials board. Everything depends on what is fresh and homemade that day. Incredibly friendly service and outstanding food at a very affordable price. We had the swordfish with tomato sauce and olives, I personally really don’t like swordfish but I realized it’s just because I’ve never had it fresh! This was incredible! We also ordered the homemade gnocchi with a creamy tomato sauce, prawns and zucchini. Was delicious. We didn’t take a photo because we ate it too quickly but we also had the chicken scallopini (grilled thin chicken breasts) with mushrooms which was wonderful. I will definitely be returning! Wonderful service and amazing authentic food.

08/07/2025: A small, traditional trattoria with an indoor dining room and a veranda with tables. The atmosphere is informal, with paper tablecloths and house wine by the carafe. The menu changes depending on the catch of the day. Simple yet well-executed dishes, made with the freshest fish. The value for money is unbeatable.

07/07/2025: A quiet little place at the end of the world ;) Very friendly staff, tasty paninis with famous local lardo as well as something for vegetarians too. Definitely worth visiting when in Colonnata!

19/07/2025: Come to Gioiello if you like a simple, slightly old-fashioned place. The food is good and reasonably priced, but the details of the place leave a little to be desired, and the staff is very unfriendly. We came on a Saturday night, and there was a deck with music for dancing. If you like it at a reasonable price, you'll definitely have a good time.

11/07/2025: Excellent pizzeria and restaurant, with a beautiful view on the hills above Massa. The Friday pizza platter consists of a meter of pizza with excellent toppings, always chosen by the pizza chef. The three of us, except my son, struggled to finish the entire platter. With a drink and dessert, it's €20 per person. Great news, thanks for the tip, Alberto Buffa.

01/07/2025: Very nice agriturismo found wandering on the internet looking for a good place to eat good local food and never has a choice been more appropriate! The road to reach the place is not the best especially if you are not used to it but the climb is worth it!!! The location is splendid, a little corner of paradise!!!! The terrace is fabulous with a view of the vineyards, the sea in the distance and the whole town of Massa and lemon and fruit trees all around! The veranda and the interior are also very nice, very curious and characteristic! The environment is very welcoming as are all the staff! We were inside because on the terrace at lunch it is very hot and windy, but we had a really great time and the time flew by! Everyone was super helpful, very kind and professional!!! But let's move on to the food: everything was excellent from the appetizer to the coffee! All the cured meats were delicious and the hot crispy focaccia made on the spot was PANIC!!! it was like a drug... one piece led to another!!!!! All the typical first courses and the fresh homemade pasta were excellent! The idea of ​​bringing them in baking dishes was great so we could all share and taste everything!!! The barbecue was also good! The red wine in the flask was AMAZING: it went down like a charm and in the end I felt great and my head didn't even spin and I drank a lot of it!!!! It means it was very good!!! Unfortunately we didn't have dessert because we were full, but if I may say so, if there had been some nice homemade tart or the typical rice cake, perhaps we would have been tempted to go back even fuller!!!! The bathrooms were also very clean and well stocked! Good value for money! And we also bought a bottle of the excellent wine to take away!!! We will definitely be back!

20/07/2025: A very rustic and homey place, with a stunning view, attentive and very friendly staff, and excellent food, from appetizers to desserts, all homemade. Highly recommended, also good value for money.

13/07/2025: I'm returning after a long time and had a negative experience. The panzanella was greasy and dry. After an hour of waiting, pizzas arrived that looked like shoe insoles, hard and difficult to cut. The baked rabbit was undercooked and salty. They made us wait an hour without even apologizing; unexpected events can happen, but they didn't even care about us. The view was excellent and the appearance was impressive, but the taste was deeply disappointing.

22/04/2025: Quando passiamo da Marina di Carrara è impossibile, per noi, non prenotare e fermarsi a mangiare la farinata in questo vecchio locale del luogo. Farinata e pizze vengono cotte nel forno a legna, non elettrico, che dona un gusto particolare al cibo. Esperienza e manualità dei titolari sono alla base del risultato finale. Ottimo!
