22/11/2025: We went to this restaurant to eat panigacci with a table of friends of about 10. When we arrived, the table was set with still and sparkling water, without asking (spoiler alert: it wasn't included). I personally ordered the tortelli, which were truly awful, cheap with a very compact and dry filling. The meat sauce was awful, as was the mushroom sauce for the boiled panigacci. All this was accompanied by unpleasant service, with a listless and slightly irritated waitress. The collective noise was overwhelming, and the location was poorly maintained. As for the restrooms, located on the lower level of the restaurant, they were completely frozen; the men's restroom lacked paper and the hand dryer didn't work. The bill was high, not in keeping with the quality and quantity of food. The €2.50 cover charge included bread, which wasn't brought. Hair on the plate and cobwebs in the corners.

22/11/2025: The bill was very high. €0.70 per panigaccio. When we arrived, the water was already on the table, which we couldn't send back, so we had to pay for it. The trio wasn't bad, except for the mushroom one, which tasted like nothing, and the bland passata. The panigacci themselves were perfectly ordinary, nothing special. The service could be improved; the waitress was uninterested and a bit rude. The cleanliness left much to be desired; the plates were dirty, and we found hairs on two different plates. The place itself was neglected; the tables were worn, and while sitting down, I had an unpleasant experience: my socks were scratched by the edge of the table because it was made of wood shavings that kept coming off. €5 for 1 liter of Coke. €2.50 for the cover charge, which includes the bread they didn't bring us. The trio was €11. €9 a jug of beer. Unfortunately, it wasn't a very satisfying family dinner, but I hope it was just bad luck.

04/09/2025: Very nice hotel! Welcoming staff. Speaks French and English. Very clean. Close to pretty villages. Quiet to enjoy the Italian countryside.

02/04/2025: Ho una madre ultranovantenne che ama i pranzi domenicali al ristorante e quindi è “caccia” ai locali nuovi per aggiungere un “sapore” diverso. Da un amico mi è stato suggerito questo e devo dire che è stato un consiglio prezioso. Bella varietà di proposte, porzioni abbondantissime, ottimo rapporto qualità/costo, servizio veloce. Sono tornata a pochi giorni di distanza perché dovevo recarmi ad una visita nell’ospedale vicino e ho trovato precisione ed affabilità e un trattamento da pranzo di lavoro (durante la settimana) ancora più conveniente e la solita cortesia

20/09/2025: A pleasant, simple location with a good view of the beach and sea. Very good pizza and pasta at reasonable prices and in decent portion sizes. Compared to the other restaurants on the main street (with a great view of the main street) or the more expensive restaurant closer to the harbor (Club Nautico), this is my insider tip!

29/09/2025: The meal was delicious! The atmosphere was incredibly quaint, the dishes were expertly prepared with local ingredients. The location was perfect. Highly recommended!

14/09/2025: Delicious food, you get a taste of Pontremoli's tradition with the delicious testaroli... Service took a while, but that was simply because the owner was alone serving. It may have been a coincidence, but she was still super kind and helpful. The atmosphere is quaint, clean, and they make you feel right at home... I absolutely recommend it.

08/09/2025: Welcoming atmosphere and helpful, friendly staff. The appetizer of cured meats, cheeses, and panzanella was very good and filling. The pizzas, however, weren't up to par: the mozzarella was very firm and the dough was a bit heavy for our taste. The burgers looked very good; so if you're undecided between pizza and burgers, go for the burgers. The spicy oil also seemed to have expired a year and a half ago. If the owners are reading this review, please change it.

23/10/2025: Gluten intolerant, I finally found some great bread!! It didn't look promising, but the flavor, texture, and dough were excellent!! In short, ugly but more than good!!! Highly recommended!!!!

18/10/2025: Delicious products, from sweet to savory, for those who want to savor the flavor of foods that would otherwise be prohibited in gluten-free versions. Excellent.

12/10/2025: Terrible, never again... The waiters are not up to the task of taking an order for 5, tasteless first courses, nothing special about the fish, dirty location.

01/11/2025: The pizza is very good, but you can't make people wait more than 2 hours every time to receive their Deliveroo order, obviously without being notified, but rather receiving hasty and rude responses from the staff once contacted. If you're busy, don't accept the order or at least let them know the waiting time so they can schedule it.

11/10/2025: The pizza was pretty good, but I ordered via Deliveroo and there was a 2-hour delay (we called the pizzeria and were told they were already full for the time we'd chosen...). Maybe it was a computer error, I don't know. The fact is, instead of eating at 8:15 PM, I ate at 10:30 PM. They could have canceled the order or at least notified us, not made us wait 2 hours without any news. (And from 10 PM onward, the phone was disconnected and the internet said "closed," so we didn't know until the last minute whether it would arrive or not.)

02/06/2025: Since the beach resort we always go to is closed, my boyfriend and I decide at the last minute to go to this resort, have lunch and stay on the beach, a sunbed and two umbrellas for 35 euros and okay it's not a problem, it's okay, the restaurant is like a hot food restaurant, there's an unbelievable queue but okay one thinks the food is good since there's a queue so you just have to go and stay at the beach and that's fine it's always okay, our turn comes and my boyfriend asks for a portion of spaghetti allo scoglio and they are given spaghetti with mussels and pecorino cheese, being allergic to cheese I eat them myself, okay cold, plenty of oil but still edible it was 2 pm we were hungry, the nicest piece arrives with the spaghetti with clams which are cooked to order and the mixed fried fish, the spaghetti with clams were burnt and I'm not joking, clams and burnt garlic smell and taste of burnt inedible in fact they remained intact, mixed fried fish that didn't taste of fish but of fried oil from the morning or from I don't know how long ago inedible in fact they remained In fact, if you want to go there based on personal experience, avoid eating there because the food is truly terrible. We spent 55 euros on lunch, stolen money!

28/05/2025: Locale molto carino con ampia scelta di piatti, sia pesce che carne. Una particolare attenzione alle intolleranze alimentari (nel mio caso senza glutine). Cibo buono e personale molto gentile e disponibile. Fritto di calamari buono ma panatura un po' troppo secca. L'unica nota negativa è stata l'attesa tra una portata e l'altra....troppo lunga. Magari è stato un caso.... Nel complesso esperienza positiva, da ripetere se mi dovessi trovare ancora in quella zona.

16/10/2025: Surreal experience. We had reservations for four, and five of us showed up. An elderly waiter (who I assume was the manager) started yelling and gesticulating inappropriately, saying we couldn't stay. Note that the room was half empty. Let's be clear: it's a legitimate decision that I can understand, even though I've never seen a restaurant owner turn down a group because of one more person, but the manner and rudeness made the whole thing truly surreal. For a second, we hesitated whether to slap the manager or contact the health service for compulsory medical treatment.

12/10/2025: Booked for 4, 5 arrived, asked if it was a problem, they said we had to squeeze in, they said ok, went back to sit down, the owner sent us away with a very rude gesture in front of all the customers, unspeakable behavior, I will never go there again

26/09/2025: So bad. Booked and paid but Hotel is closed completely. Nobody there, nobody reachable on the phone! But of course they tell another story.. So we got nothing for our money just blabla with lies. Be careful with online bookings on this hotel. Just book if you stay there and all the other hotrls are fully booked. I lost my money by these cheaters because of false statements

15/09/2025: The hotel is clean with comfortable bedding and secure parking. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. 👍 Located in the center of Marina, very convenient.

07/09/2025: I am really sad to judge, but this place was a bit of disappointment. The pizza itself was good, for a good price. However, i got something else than i ordered. The service was reluctant, no smile, i really didn't feel welcome there. Now it might be a bad luck, you can definetly get a much better feeling from this place. Note that service does not speak english at all. Edit: They still don’t speak english, but the pizza was pretty good and service was friendly:)

05/08/2025: You had to pay first and then order. My 4-cheese pizza was runny and only had sliced cheese on it. Disgusting. The lasagna was cold for 15 euros, and a ready-made one tasted better than this. At least the staff wasn't unfriendly.
