Trattoria da Braccobaldo In Carrara

16/08/2026: Three of us went for dinner on August 12. We chose the panigacci menu. They were as delicious as the first time I tried them. The only flaw was the service was a bit slow. We sat down at 8:30 PM; the three boiled panigacci arrived at 9:15 PM, and the dry ones after another half hour. There must have been some mix-up because I don't remember these times in 2024. However, the owners noticed and gave us complimentary water and a quarter of wine. I didn't ask for anything or even report the delay at the cashier, so I thought it was very nice and fair. Recommended; I'll definitely be back!

16/07/2026: My husband and I had dinner at this restaurant yesterday. The atmosphere was family-friendly. The service was excellent. The food was delicious. The gratin panigaccio was absolutely delicious! The grilled vegetables were high-quality, flavorful, and fresh, seasoned with excellent olive oil...I had to ask for seconds. The prices were truly fair. I highly recommend it!
