29/10/2025: A very good restaurant, tucked away in a small village but well worth the detour. The food is excellent, well-seasoned, the meat is very tender, a real treat, and the ingredients are high quality and well-chosen. The setting is lovely, and the grill for the rib-eye steaks in the dining room is fantastic. The staff is friendly and efficient. A minor drawback is that the hot dishes aren't served hot, so the sauce and meat cool down quickly. Just a small shame about that. (This applies to the Angus sirloin and the beef tenderloin.) I highly recommend this restaurant for meat lovers.

27/10/2025: Had lunch and dinner several times with the family, excellent cuisine and refined wines. Porcini mushrooms reign supreme (I've never seen such a variety of dishes) when it's in season, and meats... 14/10/2025: I'll start by saying we didn't stay there, but we hope to stay there soon. We had lunch on a Monday in September at this fabulous farmhouse... what can I say? It's a fantastic place, tranquil and peaceful, divine tagliatelle with mushrooms, delicious ice cream with honey 😋... highly recommended by me... we'll be back... 🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝

Located near Cerreto Laghi, I'd say it's a must-visit if you want good food at more than fair prices. Ample parking. Upon returning a month later, my first impressions were more than confirmed. Domenico's professionalism and courtesy in serving are exceptional qualities that make you regret leaving; the home-cooked cuisine remains superb.

Excellent product quality and more than fair prices. Since I'm in the area for vacation, this is the second year I've purchased products here.

17/10/2025: We stopped for lunch on a Sunday. The staff were friendly and helpful, welcoming us even though we hadn't booked. We had a very good appetizer and a truly excellent main course. The price was adequate for the quality offered and still reasonable in absolute terms. The restaurant is located in the narrow streets of a small medieval village, but it still has ample and convenient parking. The premises are spacious and well-maintained.

11/10/2025: Locanda Gavarini is a trusted source of quality and exquisite cuisine, from traditional appetizers to a selection of cured meats, from Chicchere della Nonna (Grandma's Chicchere) to the unsurpassed Parma Black Pork with potatoes and chestnuts, and from the ever-changing and spectacular desserts. The carefully restored and carefully maintained ambience complements the experience, along with the impeccable and courteous service. Prices are more than reasonable.

24/09/2025: I didn't take advantage of the hotel's charm, just their cuisine, dedicating myself to the famous panigacci. Cooked and topped with pesto, tomato sauce, butter, and cheese, then plain with cured meats, stracchino, and gorgonzola. Special mention for the "chiodo" (literally, "nail"): pronounce it like that and your taste buds will thank you. The house red wine paired perfectly, all with friendly service at an incredibly reasonable price. I'll definitely be back.

22/09/2025: Excellent for a stay and especially for eating a panigaccio that you will never forget, the location is a little inconvenient to reach but it is worth it 100 points!

We had a wonderful time; the place reflects the idea of ​​a true osteria, the staff is attentive and kind, and the menu offers a simple yet excellent and intelligent variety of dishes, from the most traditional to its reinterpretations... all delicious.
