05/01/2025: beautiful restaurant with farmhouse.... we were passing through with the camper on 12/31 we called on the phone and although they were closed because they were busy preparing for the New Year's Eve dinner they made themselves available for a takeaway lunch which we ate on board the camper all outside thanks to a beautiful sunny day with spring temperatures ... in their car park adjacent to the restaurant ... maximum availability and courtesy and above all abundant and tasty dishes ...

30/12/2024: Io e mio marito abbiamo cenato e pernottato una notte in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati molto bene! Bella posizione, vista sul borgo di Mulazzo e vicino ad una pineta.....silenzio e tranquillità! Mi è piaciuto l'arredamento spagnoleggiante e soprattutto cena ottima e tutto lo staff attento, disponibile e gentile. La camera molto pulita, unico neo è la doccia un po' piccola e la mancanza del bidet, ma ci si adatta! Sicuramente torneremo per una cena quando saremo nuovamentei in Lunigiana (abbiamo una casa in zona che purtroppo al nostro arrivo era inagibile e abbiamo scelto di pernottare al Caracol per una notte, ottima scelta) Complimenti a tutto lo staff!!

03/11/2024: We had lunch at this restaurant last Friday. Very good paella, taken in two different versions, both valid. Big disappointment for the starter, chosen Cantabrian anchovies. They were served in a sad metal box (like a supermarket...) with some fillets in oil inside, all accompanied by pieces of bread, let's say toasted.... costing 12 euros! Definitely worth seeing again.

30/12/2024: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Last night we went to Ristorante da Mauro with the family and we had a great time! The welcome was warm, with the owner and staff always ready to raise a smile with funny jokes. The service was impeccable. We enjoyed very high quality dishes: the ladies chose the ravioli with meat sauce, while my father-in-law opted for the tonnarelli with bacon and thyme, served in a wheel of pecorino... a truly exceptional experience! I tried the egg cooked at low temperature, perfect, and a delicious tartare. The main course was a grilled fillet, cooked to perfection. We noticed that our neighbors had a spectacular looking Florentine steak, so we will definitely order that next time. Everything was excellent, from the starter to the dessert. Highly recommended!

05/12/2024: a drug!!!!! There are few pizzas this good and the friendliness of the staff is great! pizza by the slice, but you can order whatever you want. Truly genuine ingredients, that's why the pizza is so good! I go every time I'm in Marina di Carrara. The pizzeria remains on the road parallel to the main avenue of the port, beyond the pine forest, near the main square. There are no indoor tables for the winter, only outside. But it's worth eating everywhere!

Abundant breakfasts with local products, dinner with typical dishes enriched with expertly managed flavours, accommodation in rustic Tuscan style with every comfort and a unique and exceptional panorama. A super cast and attention to detail.

07/01/2025: a little tavern that is a gem with rooms with vaulted roofs Delicious herb cake, testaroli in a space box, testaroli from a slow food presidium, delicious in all types of seasonings... what can I say excellent raw materials and great attention from the management to the story of the product which is a plus... truly congratulations again!

04/01/2025: Highly recommended!!! If you want to live an experience in a tavern in the center, with a particular environment, good food and friendly staff, you are in the right place. As soon as you enter you are greeted by an inviting scent and an excellent home atmosphere. Very friendly staff and really good food. Online prices.

01/09/2024: We found this camper place through Campercontact and highly recommend it. Electricity and water are available, the owner is very friendly and the view is fantastic, with a sunset this is even fabulous. For a few euros you can use the swimming pool.

05/12/2024: Cena fra amici, il servizio è molto lento, sia nel prendere l'ordine che nel servire le pizze al tavolo. La pizza normale e la focaccia sono buone. Le pizze gourmet sono ridicole: la metà di quelle normali e di gusto niente di che. Anche i dolci li eviterei (cheesecake e tiramisù lasciati li per metà).

26/12/2024: We chose this inn as an intermediate stop on a trip. After booking we realized that it was also home to a starred restaurant, unfortunately closed for shift that evening. Picturesque and silent environment, rooms more than welcoming and spotlessly clean. Excellent à la carte breakfast with local products included. We will definitely see each other again

03/01/2025: Fame precedes this place. Also called Ca' Gianin, it is a decidedly out-of-the-way restaurant, an hour or so from the main towns. But it's always full. On our way back from Cerreto Laghi we stopped for a quick dinner. It was 7.20pm and there was room for 3. At 8.30pm when we left there were people without reservations waiting. It offers excellent rustic food from the area. We took just a couple of classics: meat ravioli with ragù and pappardelle with wild boar. Ample parking. Excellent service
