High prices, only acceptable with the 50% The Fork discount 3. Small portions 4. Lack of coordination in food delivery, we ate in shifts 5. No POS 6. Bathrooms without paper towels

19/07/2025: Cibo buono ma ho cenato da sola nonostante fossimo in coppia. Arriva il mio antipasto e dopo 15 Min quello del mio compagno. Poi arriva il mio piatto principale e mezz'ora dopo quello del mio compagno...per me queste cose sono inaccettabili. Non tornerò, ovviamente

15/07/2025: Il locale è posto sulla passeggiata a mare, in posizione strategica dal punto di vista della visibilità, e si presenta molto bene, con tavoli ordinati e ben apparecchiati. Il nostro è stato un pranzo veloce, perché eravamo in transito e la lunga percorrenza che ancora ci attendeva quel giorno non consigliava di fare un pasto impegnativo. Giudicare un ristorante sulla base delle semplici insalate che abbiamo consumato mi pare ingiusto, però va detto che nel loro genere ci sono parse tutto sommato deludenti, non fosse altro per il rapporto qualità-prezzo... Dato comunque che l'ambiente risulta attraente, ci torneremo, magari per provare la pizza e i piatti di pesce.

09/11/2025: Unlike most other cafés there is no menu on the wall - for good reason: a cappuccino is 3,50€. We have not paid more than 1,80€ in any other place in Lucca. On top of that the milk was steamed way too hot, the result is a flat cappuccino that has lost all its taste. The place does not look like a tourist trap at all, but it is. There are tons of better caffès in the city with not just normal prices but also better drinks. Being confronted with inflated prices when paying just feels like being ripped off. To their credit: the menus on the table show the prices…we come to Italy often and never had to check „hidden“ prices for a coffee before - you do here.

17/09/2025: They run a different model here. You book your time share on the beach for the full season. Restaurant is well run and although we had a light lunch the standard litmus test - spaghetti al pomodoro e basilico - was perfect, al dente and the salsa neither sweet nor acidic. Definitely worth a slow lunch anytime!

12/09/2025: This beach club is 🔝in 40 years that I have been coming to Versilia I have never found such a welcoming beach club, starting from the great boss Riccardo, very reserved but if he gets to know you he opens his heart to you and is very nice, from his wife Melania, a skilled worker... then two super children Chiara always smiling with customers and always affable with everyone, truly a super 🔝then Andrea always attentive to everything and everyone and that everything runs smoothly... super waiters and lifeguards for a relaxing summer. SUPER BEACH CENTER🔝

22/09/2025: Service: The wine we wanted to drink, which the staff said was a great decision, wasn't available. The bottle that we then ordered was brought to us open, but we couldn't even test it first, so we had to pour the first glass ourselves. The waiter had problems speaking english and was not flexible at all with the dish selection, since many dishes weren't available. We had to pay inside at the register, so with all that in mind, why does one have to pay cover charge? Food: The mozarella in the caprese salad was very jewy and the olive oil and aceto balsamico came in plastic bags, again why cover charge? The fish was okay but bland. The gnocchi were mushy and the shrimp sauce tasted frozen with a weird rotten fish aftertaste. Also the shrimps were cut open and there were scissors of other sea animals in the dish. We had to return it because it was inedible.

16/11/2025: Worst nightclub in Versilia, hands down. You arrive at 12:30 AM, and if you're male, you'll be let in after at least an hour and a half or two for no reason. This doesn't happen in other nightclubs in Versilia. The staff is rude and rude. Avoid this nightclub, it's awful.

09/11/2025: GOOD FOOD AND GREAT MUSIC 👉 The Maki Maki nightclub is located in Tuscany, in the Darsena area of ​​Viareggio, on a stretch of waterfront road lined with many bars and restaurants. 👉 The venue has a decent indoor space and a beautiful outdoor area for summer evenings. 👉 In addition to excellent pre-evening aperitifs, there's a great restaurant called Leblon, where you can dine just a few dozen meters from the beach. 👉 The nightclub is the highlight of the evening, featuring alternating commercial and soft house music in a room with two private boxes on either side of the central dance floor. During the summer, the outdoor music section is very interesting, often featuring a dance troupe. 👉 Overall prices are reasonable, and the area offers plenty of free overnight parking. 👉 The only downside, but certainly not due to the venue, is the surrounding area and the area in front of the building and other venues. This is often crowded with people who aren't particularly inclined to live civilly, detracting from the beauty and livability of the entire Darsena Viareggina. 👉 If you're in the area, I highly recommend spending an evening there.

16/05/2025: The place is super cute, the location is convenient in front of the park for children...but it's expensive unfortunately, and the spritz we ordered were practically water. A space that should be used to the fullest..with quality snacks and music.. For the summer I hope they improve the pet management to enjoy it to the fullest!

18/07/2025: Bellissimo locale storico con tavolini all' aperto sotto un bel portico in pieno centro, prodotti ottimi sia dolci che salati. Forse il servizio non proprio velocissimo e il personale non troppo simpatico, ma si chiude un occhio.

02/05/2025: Personale scostumato e villano che non rispetta il cliente! Ero in fila al banco dove sono stata " superata da altri clienti " e cacciata dalla commessa dopo che mi ero permessa di farlo presente. Sono basita , mai visto un comportamento del genere

10/11/2025: Very good place but they play games with the bill for tourists. I have been in Luka for 1 month and my coffee here has been almost 3 times a week where a coffee and a croissant have cost one 5 euros, one 6 euros, one 4.5 euros and one 2.5 euros. This is not a good thing at all because there is no price on the menu and the moment they see that you are a tourist or not a local they take advantage. Very shameful and very scandalous to do something like that.
