09/11/2025: This is my second time here, and the second time it's always the same story. It's a birthday table, you call, and they force you to pay €20 per person for an aperitif, or else the food won't all arrive at once, and we'll be forced to do it Roman style. Okay, we accept. The platters arrive with cold food, there's no one-size-fits-all tasting, some items are limited in quantity, and the platters are randomly arranged. They bring some things to some, and other items to others. We complain, and not much is done. To make up for it, they deliver large quantities of subpar food, like cold, poorly made sandwiches, stale focaccia, cold crostini with sausage and frozen mozzarella. We had to ask for some items to be reheated, otherwise inedible. Regardless, we felt bad afterwards because the food clearly isn't good quality. Once can happen twice in a year, I think it's the rule here. Furthermore, the staff, while friendly, doesn't do much to hide the annoyance felt by a (justifiably) dissatisfied table. The place also has terrible acoustics; you have to shout to be heard. Perhaps they'll treat you better if you're two people. Highly discouraged for large tables with a set menu.

27/12/2025: Unfortunately it was a disappointment to come and eat here. The pizza was low quality and cold. Then we left the toilet platform without even toilet paper. Then we asked for coffee which we didn't have. Oh well... Then to top it off, the bill was very high. I definitely won't be back. For 4 people, almost one hundred euros!!!!!!!! We didn't eat anything.

06/12/2025: During a trip to Tuscany, we stopped by chance at the Pizzeria "Pizza55" in Pietrasanta, and it turned out to be a delightful discovery. The place is small but very well-kept, with a welcoming and quiet atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing break after a stroll through the historic center. We were greeted and served by a truly kind and professional young man, attentive to detail and always smiling. The lady who ran the place was also incredibly sweet and hospitable, helping us feel immediately at ease. We ordered two excellent Pils, a Diavola and a Margherita with tuna, which proved light, digestible, and excellent in flavor. The well-leavened dough and quality ingredients really make the difference. In short, a simple but perfect experience. I absolutely recommend Pizzeria 55 to anyone in Pietrasanta who wants a good pizza served with kindness and care.

22/10/2025: I stopped here because I desperately needed the restroom, but it was absolutely filthy. The service was okay, and the ice cream was delicious.

20/08/2025: Disappointing. The reviews are excellent, but the gelato is just plain old gelato. Fast service, and you can sit outside.

15/07/2026: A place with plastic tables and seats on a very busy street, paper placemats, €16 pizzas served on paper plates, as was the coffee. You've really lost your mind.

29/06/2026: Can a baker sell a 75cl bottle of water for 3.50 and a 33cl beer from the refrigerated display case for 7.00? When you pay, you're even a nuisance. No complaints about the stuffed focaccia, it's good.

26/07/2026: An iconic venue in Versilia. Cocktails featuring all kinds of exotic fresh fruit, highly Instagrammable but above all delicious and high-quality, which also justifies the prices, which are still reasonable. High-quality aperitif/dinner drinks with a sea view. Tables on the sand. Often very busy, both for aperitifs and late at night, but despite the high attendance, the staff have always been kind, knowledgeable, professional, and above all, always smiling, despite the high level of work pressure. I recommend the passion fruit caipirinha and their pizza.

26/07/2026: A very beautiful and welcoming place, but unfortunately they can't keep up with the customers they let in. A group of five waited 40 minutes for drinks. Two people were brought first, and then they had to wait another 20 minutes to join them because their other drinks hadn't arrived. The waiters were very rude, and after asking for a beer glass, apparently not appreciating the request, they brought a shot glass out of sheer contempt for such unspeakable rudeness.

08/08/2026: The pizza, chicken, and seafood are all delicious, the chef is very good, and if you're lucky, you'll see an employee from a nearby establishment feeding the seagulls every evening.

02/08/2026: Thanks to the Stella d’Italia hotel, we discovered this excellent restaurant. First course (Antipasti): chef's suggestion and mussels (Pepata) For the main course: tagliolini allo scoglio and ravioli gamberi e curry Apart from a tiny bit of sand in the seafood, it was delicious 😋

20/07/2026: Leaving a restaurant without dinner certainly doesn't bode well for a good review. I went to this restaurant on Saturday evening for dinner with my partner. They sat us down at a table. After about 30 minutes, they took our order, but some of the dishes were out (including the potatoes). We waited another hour, and the waitress returned, saying she'd lost our order. We gave it back to her because, knowing the hour was late, we wouldn't find another place to dine. At that point, however, I politely asked her to serve us right away, since we'd ordered a peach salad and spaghetti for our first course. She said yes and that the dishes would be coming out soon. After another 15 minutes, nothing had yet come out, and the waitress herself confirmed that they wouldn't be coming out any time soon. Exhausted, we got up and left! There are other details I could add about the atmosphere of the evening, but I prefer not to elaborate. I'm sad to leave a historic restaurant without having dinner, especially since the dishes I saw coming out were quite tempting, but given the evening, I certainly won't be rushing back!

19/07/2026: Nice and original location, good quality food, but nothing that would make you say I'll be back soon. The rovelle lucchesi and the egg with tomato sauce—I might even eat them at home, but when we go to a restaurant, we expect something a little more original. The service leaves a lot to be desired. You bring me a bottle of sparkling wine on ice and leave. Do I have to tell you to open it? There's no wine list; you have to get up and choose a bottle from their wine cellar on the shelves. I repeated the order several times because as I write this, I'm already lost. Between the first and second courses, it's an hour's wait. The quality/price ratio is fair.

22/07/2026: Excellent! You'll feel good, eat well, and spend a fair amount. This is the place I can truly recommend for lunch in Forte dei Marmi.

31/07/2026: We visited on a Wednesday in July at lunchtime and were surprised to find the place packed with locals enjoying their lunch break. The lively and vibrant atmosphere was quite an experience. We were quickly shown to a table and received friendly service. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious, and the price was very reasonable. The ambiance is more like a cafeteria, but the food is definitely worth it. Our only complaint was that all the locals around us were offered free water and olive oil, while we tourists weren't. Despite this, we can still recommend this restaurant, as it's not overly touristy.

22/07/2026: Absolutely not recommended!!!!!!!!! They make a distinction between locals/Italians and tourists. The pasta tastes good, but there's far too little for the price!!!!! Three bites... other plates were much fuller. Dishes arrived late, some not at all, or appetizers came after the main course. Disappointing!!!! Eat pizza and move on... or better yet, avoid it altogether!!!! The staff... abysmal.

11/08/2026: Here's our take: the food at this agriturismo is excellent. Excellent cheeses, good cured meats, excellent first courses, and excellent second courses.

17/07/2026: Like going to lunch at grandma's!!! Taste and simplicity! Besides the delicious meat and mushroom sauce, a special mention goes to the zucchini from their garden: spectacular!!!
