15/06/2025: Always friendly, always on time. Good and digestible pizza, for a takeaway it's a lot of stuff. With this pizzeria you're on the safe side 👍🏻

16/05/2025: I ordered 2 take-out pizzas and a focaccia with Nutella. The customer service is really efficient, the delivery is fast and the quality of the 2 pizzas is very good. The only regret was the focaccia that from the taste does not appear to be Nutella but another chocolate cream. As much as one can argue with this information, we tasted the focaccia in 2 and we both confirm.

07/06/2025: I stayed 3 nights with breakfast. Great location, very kind and polite staff, especially the super kind cleaning ladies and the lady who prepares breakfasts, kind, smiling and very sweet. Modern and clean rooms. In general the hotel always smells good.

I was with some friends last night and I assure you that the price is not worth the quality, since a friend of mine received a bad mascarpone pizza (13€), Jesus only knows how long it had been going bad and who knows about our pizzas, in fact, not even he knows, since he also turned his back on you, a crime against humanity and I wonder if the positive reviews are real customers or are your colleagues or the boss himself. then 3€ for water, not even in the most godforsaken states does it cost that much, the reason why your waiters (nothing against them) are thin is because they certainly don't feel like tasting anything after the end of their shift, I wonder if they work by choice or are you re-richening them to have the antidote to the poison you put in those pizzas when they were customers.

05/06/2025: I don't understand how it can be full and what people eat at home... I won't add anything else, it's not necessary, change places. Actually no, I confirm what others have said, really excessively expensive for pizzas of dubious quality.

We took two tasting menus "IL PERCORSO DEL MARE" which included: tasting appetizers (3 samples), seafood paccheri, fried fish and lemon sorbet Excellent fried food and the right paccheri, not al dente! Overall a pleasant evening

18/05/2025: We had a really good time, great food, pleasant and professional service. Original and welcoming interior, a nice large space. The only negative note is the slightly neglected external entrance, but given where it is located it is understandable. In any case to be repeated, perhaps dining outside. Overall, however, I would say that we had a really good time.

14/06/2025: Historic restaurant and pizzeria in Bagni di Lucca, run with passion by Ilario and his staff. It offers a menu of meat, fish and mushrooms from the area. The fillet with black truffle from the surrounding hills is excellent. Good value for money. In the evening, the wood-fired oven serves excellent pizzas to eat on site or take away. The wine list is interesting.

18/04/2025: Pere cotte nel vino rosso con gorgonzola e noci, battuta di filetto con cipolla caramellata e tartufo, tordelli della casa, agnello al forno con patate e bomboloncini finali. Menù di terra con pochi cambiamenti durante l'anno ma inossidabile per chi ama questa osteria. Vini conosciuti e sconosciuti da tutta la Toscana (noi abbiamo preso un Pinot Nero francese e ci stava bene lo stesso). Buon servizio e tanta amicizia.

18/04/2025: Seconda tappa "obbligata" del nostro tour al mare...anche se proprio proprio al mare non siamo. Bisogna infatti fare un pochino di strada all' interno, primissima campagna a pochi chilometri da Forte dei Marmi. Un bel boschetto di olivi nasconde questa osteria. In menù ottime paste fatte in casa, zuppe di stagione, secondi cotti nel forno a legna e dolci artigianali. Vini quasi esclusivamente toscani. Noi veniamo spesso in estate per mangiare fuori ma anche il caminetto ha il suo perché. Un saluto dagli amici delle Ducati Multistrada.

21/04/2025: Ho scelto di tornare con familiari, per il pranzo di Pasqua, in questo locale già sperimentato in altre occasioni. Che dire, chef Girasoli è sempre una garanzia. Il pranzo a menu fisso è stato un crescendo di emozioni per la vista e per il palato. Il servizio attento e cortese mai invadente. Da sottolineare l'eleganza e la grazia dei modi con cui il Sig. Niccolo' ci ha presentato le pietanze. La proprietà ne tenga di conto. Locale veramente consigliato per pranzi e cene con ospiti di riguardo. Alla prossima.

17/02/2025: Ho fatto altre recensioni a cui ho dato punteggio più alto ma tutto è relativo e qui si parla di un ristorante di livello con una stella Michelin. Non dò il massimo perchè non mi ha entusiasmato rispetto alle aspettative, alcune cose non solo buone, ottime, altre meno ed un servizio attendo ma non preciso, tanto personale ma la posata che casca, casca una pietanza, insomma cose che non devono succedere, piatti spiegati di fretta che non capisci e non apprezzi. Due coppie al tavolo scegliamo il menu degustazione di pesce, ripeto alcune cose eccezionali altre meno, alla fine della cena esci sazio ed il prezzo vale il lavoro, il locale, il servizio quindi a mio avviso del tutto accettabile. Almeno io non potrei mangiarci tutti i giorni ma tornerò per provare il menu di terra. Comunque bravi

21/04/2025: Une expérience incroyable. Un accueil plein de gentillesse de Patricia avec de précieux conseils culinaires. Tous les ingrédients pour passer une excellente soirée entre amis. La nourriture était délicieuse tant les pâtes faites maison que les pizzas. Une petite douceur pour finir !! Et l’addition tout à fait acceptable. À recommender sans hésitation

17/06/2025: quattro persone di cui una senza glutine. Il locale è certificato e le pizze vengono servite con tutte le precauzioni a norma di legge. Peccato che la pizza senza glutine è arrivata dopo un ora ed un quarto dalle altre, costringendo il celiaco a vedere gli altri mangiare per poi vedersi recapitare una pizza mezza bruciacchiata. Ad ogni nostra domanda ci veniva risposto "presto arriva". Personale di sala non molto cortese, forse un po' troppo alla mano con eufenismi fuori luogo. Purtroppo non credo ritorneremo a mangiare li. Locale ben tenuto e pulito.
